You have no idea how evidence or testimony works - at all.
Like I said to you before -
in thousands of cases in the USA every day in court rooms everywhere-
testimony is heard. Criminals, liars,rapists,cops,teachers,nuns,s bags, etc...
The totality of the cir stances and the totality of evidence is weighed carefully by judges and juries - and although this was not a court legal hearing - the same rules apply.
Have you never heard of the mafia guys who testified before Congress? It happened in our history.
It led to RICO laws - which will lead directly to Trump being prosecuted at the SDNY.

You still have no idea what cons utes evidence. Testimony isn't evidence, especially from a convicted perjurer to the same group he already lied to before. Testimony is just hearsay. There's a difference between an eye witness who can place someone at a scene, or offer an alibi for someone, and someone who just makes allegations about someone else. Accusations under oath are only good for raising su ions. They aren't proof of anything. You keep acting like they are, and then you insert your wishcasting prognostication and call the case closed.
