    You're right to an extent, specifically here in California. The state has rebounded in finances, or so the MoonBeam Mafia cant stop bragging about, yet the homeless issue has inexcusably exploded into the 10% of the state that isn't an utter hole. California Dems truly don't care about the poor that can't/wont vote.
