What was their definition of clutch time? It changes almost every time depending on the narrative.

But yeah, the Kult of Kobe is hopeless. They only care about PPG, "mamba mentality," and the total number of game winners (of which he only has one in the playoffs iirc).

Why is this a thread? As if being more clutch of Kobe was some kind of incredible feat. Didn't Kobe shoot like 25% on the clutch or something like that?

So lemme see here, Kobe has to pass the ball to his ty teammates, or be called a ball hog...or the alternative...he passes it, they ineptly fart around for 21 seconds, then pass it to Kobe and expect him to hit every last second shot to bail their sorry asses out? Wow.

I didn't know Kobe controlled what ty players Cupcake brought in and when he got the ball back from these great teammates, he is expected to make something happen Every. Single. Time? Got it.
You mean like he didnt control shaq and dwight going away? Or like he didnt control 48.5 eating up all the capspace despite not being any better than ramln sessions at that point?

WTF makes y'all think Nephew doesn't have a killer mentality? Just because he doesn't do a corny ass Kirby scowl doesn't mean he doesn't want blood. I hate the got but he has it.
I know right lol Westbrook has killer instincts because every play he acts like a ' . Kawhi comes in and just dominates other top players.

Simmons and Embid, two of the leagues iest players are getting humbled by the NBA's version of the terminator, but when he slams the ball on Embid's head instead of doing the cut-throat tant he just raises a fist for a nanosecond so therefore he doesn't have that "killer mentality." Wasn't it JJ Reddic a few years back in some interview that was like players didn't even wanna be in Kawhi's general area on the court, you hardly ever hear players admit like that publicly.

one dunk that always pops up to me is that put back dunk against Miami in 2014 I believe. I believe he did it closing the half. smashed that and jogged back emotionless. Westbrook Simmons or embed would have pouted thier chest like animals. Kawahi brought fear to Lebron at ing age 22. Kawahi is a damn killer and when he’s fully 100% he’s lethal. I’ll do anything to have my lakers sign him lmao. Huge kawahi fan

Ice didn't defend like . Therefore, it's Jim, Admiral, , then Ice for me.

Make no mistake, if Kobe was born in 1968, he would have ted on Ice too

Cult of Kobe splicing together a highlight reel to make him look good against Kawhi

Very, very strange as I always remembered Kawhi defending him without breaking a sweat. One of his easiest assignments actually. Rudy Gay, on the other hand, would always torch Kawhi for whatever reason.

I recall Kobe stretching the anus of my poor Spurs in crunch times from 01-08...

We would be 6/6 in the Finals if Kawhi could make a damn FT in Game 6...

Kobe had two good game against the spurs in the playoffs and the media killed that to death. The spurs designed the entire defense around shaq and left kobe opened every possession, then people cream themselves when Kobe made wide open shots. Same with fisher.
