Blake being that far of Aldridge is the only thing that really sticks out to me.

Blake: 24/8/5 on 46/36/75 shooting. Led team to 41 wins (Also, didn't realize Blake shot 7 three's a game )

Aldridge: 21/9/2 on 52/24/85 shooting. Led team to 48 wins.

Seems like they should have been closer to a coin-flip, but I guess Blake gets the nod due to his "star power". 115 pts to 17 pts is outrageous, tbh.
May also be that Detroit improved and got into the playoffs with Blake. LMA kept the status quo from last year, so probably didn't stand out in the minds of the voters. How did James make it given the Lakers suck and he missed tons of games?

Spurs barely got in the playoffs and really, they were the 7th seed because the Clippers roster dumped and still almost had a better record. No one on our team deserved an all-nba nod, but I do think, as Spur fans, if you wanted the Spurs to make the playoffs, you should thank LMA for a solid season in helping the Spurs do that.
Pistons this were .500 in the friggen east and while Blake had a good season, stood no chance. Spurs won 7 more games than them in abtougher conference.

Hornets were two games under .500 in a crappy conference

Westbrook had one of worst offensive shooting seasons in NBA history. Two All NBA players for one more win than the Spurs?

Thompson should have made it over those two (why not hurt Warriors bottom line with more salary?). Beal was really good but can’t give it to a 32 win team.

Why are the best two players in the league on the 2nd team? That's...odd.

Paul George is a 2nd teamer at best. Kawhi and Durant are obvious 1st team. They should just put 3 forwards on the 1st team with Giannis.
