In all due seriousness, most of the posts that are supposed to receive Senate approval have been filled with recess appointments. This looks more dictator-y by the day. Bypass Congress to move money for the wall using a fake "emergency", misuse obscure provisions in trade laws to declare allies as "national security concerns" to get desired tarrifs, recess appoints, etc, etc, etc.
This dysfunction will have some long-lasting effects.
Getting rid of Bolton is actually a great correction to his mistake of hiring him.
