if you don't limit a young player and let him do whatever he wants, you get Jalen Green
You know I can sue you for that Moron ?

Completely agree... Team ball isn't evenly distributing shots among everybody... It's having ppl play their roles perfectly... Wemby is developing and because he is such a unique player, we need to get him going and see the extent of his talent... He needs to hold the ball more, and not simply be just a finisher, too... Make him control the pick and roll... Come off mid screens to here he can either attack or shoot... Simple things like that
U being extreme... When Duncan was a rookie, he was given the keys, immediately... Same as MJ... these guys were able to develop faster because of that and hit their primes quicker... Once that happens, it's much easier to build around them to see what u have... Also it doesn't make them disgruntled... You nuts if you don't think Victor gets upset that he isn't getting more shots, or able to showcase his abilities... Steph Curry being able to do what he wants is what changed the NBA once he started to hit 40 footers... When u have generational talents, you don't treat them like roleplayers for the sake of being "fair"
Keldon has a better at ude, can shoot, and can make a ing layup
That skinny 19 year old will never develop the confidence and ability to take us to a ring if he is shooting as many shots as Zach Collins
Seriously... I liked Sohan, but his downer Debby at ude combined with his play this season has me off the bandwagon
Duncan was the most league-ready rookie in 30 years
Jordan was also significantly older in his first season
it’s clear from your other posts that you don’t understand basketball (and psychology either) at all
This is a development year, not a compe ive year for Spurs. There will be a lot of mistakes and disappointing losses like this one where they blow a 22 points lead.
Don't be too upset about it and keep the big picture in mind: it's all about Spurs being a legit contender in a few years. Things are looking great in that area with Wembanyama being even better than expected.
45% of Toronto's minutes last night where from players aged 28-30.
34% of the Spurs Minutes where players who where 20 years of age.
Kinda my thoughts about it. Trying to bear in mind that even going up by 20+ at any time is an accomplishment for this young team.
Pop should have let Malakai plays more in the 4th quarter. He was having a good game and he should be able to get some buckets to stop the bleeding in the 4th quarter.
I'm not too worried about wins and losses this year. Losing games now because they're trying to see if they can make Jeremy a PG in the long term is fine, but can't say I'm happy about losing a game because they want to treat Zach like he's prime Shaq while the franchise isn't getting shots in the late game is a little hard to swallow.
They know you can fake a pass before you throw a pass? I don’t understand why it’s so hard.
Feels like Wemby was pretty exhausted during that TOR game
What if the team wasn't missing him, but instead knew he was running on fumes and went away from him in the 4th.
Wemby seemed to lack that pep from the other 4Q heroics and we know stamina and conditioning is a real variable he is dealing with right now. Adjusting to the pace of the NBA, esp at his size and going to him when he is zapped could lead to TOs or failure that will destroy a young rookie's confidence.
This mentality is so sad. Loser culture.
If that’s the case Wemby needs to man up. He should be able to do more laps than GrandPop.
Building conditioning isn't "manning up", it's a process that takes time. Shortcutting it could very well lead to injuries, possible serious ones.
I'm still getting used to the idea of a defender who routinely blocks three point attempts. I remember a few years ago, there was a playoff game between the Suns and Pelicans where Herb Jones blocked a three and that play became the play of the game, made highlight reels, and was a big topic of conversation. In the past, even for all time great defenders like David Robinson, Hakeem, or Ben Wallace, a block on a three point attempt was an event... With a 19 year old Wemby, only 6 games into his career, I've already come to expect at least one a game.
No Riga Time no chance of victory.
Dude, can’t you tell when someone is joking around? Sometimes you act like Spurstalk Karen I swear.
Wrong account buddy. You need some training talking to yourself.
