    Who can make that offer? Philly could at one point, but why would they give up piece for a one year rental of Kawhi? with LBJ in LA I think its a safe bet that Kawhi tries to join him there next year. If there is other teams willing to make a better package than one centered around Ingram I am all for that, but I don't see it.
