He had surgery on his injured foot, and is officially done for the 2009-2010 season.

Did you see the ratings for some of the players? Only Kobe, Wade, LBJ and CP3 are rated in the 90's. Seems ridiculous. Pau only an 84?

I hope his native country of China is happy now. They practically drove him into the ground by contractually forcing him to play every summer. Playing in the Beijing Olympics was all well, good and understandable. However this dude has played practically year-round, without any extended time off, ever since he came into the NBA.

Playing in the Beijing Olympics was all well, good and understandable. However this dude has played practically year-round, without any extended time off, ever since he came into the NBA.

& a most poignant lesson for all NBA teams to consider. Whistling past the graveyard as Houston did with Yao ended up a catastrophic event.

Yep, and Kobe too. This constant Olympic crapola is senseless. Wasting any talent, or the inherent risk of injury whatsoever on these exhibition events is totally absurd & without reason just reckless.
