SAN ANTONIO -- A 21-year-old man pulled an "Ozzy" on the Alamo. Now he faces charges for allegedly relieving himself on the landmark.

The El Paso man was arrested for urinating on the Alamo Saturday night. Alamo officials say he went behind an olive tree and under the chain and peed on the side of the shrine.

"That sounds like Ozzy Osbourne," said a Dallas tourist named Francis. "But that was a while back. So, I mean it happens."

Melinda Navarro with the Alamo says rangers saw 21-year-old Daniel Athens go into the corner and ran towards him. But they were too late, the deed had been done, they say. Athens was intoxicated and alone, say authorities.

Navarro does not believe it was a copycat stunt.
