People have the silly perception that basketball players don't need to use PEDs, tbh..it's far less egregious than in power-reliant sports like fighting, Baseball and Football..
There's also the perception that you can't be on PEDs if you aren't completely ripped like Karl Malone or Lebron

..most basketball players don't have impressive physiques, and the average basketball fan isn't knowledgeable enough about bodybuilding/PEDs to understand the potential advantages..
The NFL is much worse, though..I think everybody is aware that virtually every non-QB in the NFL takes PEDs, but it's just accepted because of the barbaric nature of the sport..even with all the "Adderall" results(which is an NFL synonym for PEDs), everybody still watches football and doesn't give a , myself included..
