    The fact Goodell is appealing is pure comedy at this point. Eventually the owners are going to tell him to stop wasting their money on lawyers/court fees/etc. and drop it.

    Also, at this going to the 2nd circuit court of appeals. That's just about the least likely court to ever overturn this ruling.
