Of course that is part of it ...
but tbh that only draws minorities (he isnt full black anyways so mostly blacks and asians)
And the more left leaning whites ...

But I think even right wing conservatives enjoyed his comeback story

Whenever you hear this much "great for the sport" you must question the legitimacy.

A lot of them viewed Tiger as an Uncle Tom so he wasn't a threatening figure for them. If anything I think a lot of them missed the attention he brought golf during his prime.

Not a fan of his, but probably the greatest moment in the history of sports, tbh..

Tiger unifies people of different race more than any other athlete in sports history, only Dad Killer is comparable..

Yawn. One major in 11 years with all those steroids is pretty sad. And all the slurping about how it's "the greatest comeback in sports history" is ridiculous when it's not even better than Ben Hogan's.

    This is Koepka's sport now.

What's funny is that people in Poland wouldn't accept him as one of their own, they would consider him American

I don't follow golf in any way, nor have I ever watched a second outside of Tiger, but I've seen some corny mans on twitter that hate him because of the with his ex-wife

If you hate an athlete for that, then I doubt you'll find more than 10 guys that you'll like in all of sports

calling Jack Nichlaus the GOAT. Tiger changed the sport of golf from something only rich country club kids played to a sport kids actually wanted to be good at. There isn’t any other example of one player having such a profound impact on his sport.

Just curious, has an athlete you don’t like ever won anything fair and square?

Btw, anyone who thinks steroids would actually help tiger has never played golf. A good golf swing requires being limber and flexible, being too muscular would destroy any fluidity and range of motion, not to mention how much it would up your muscle memory when you putt.

I counted him out from winning a major about two years ago
    I was wrong
    Dude was flubbing chip shots
    Back fusion surgery
It’s a great story of redemption
