Srs question: How much of the left do you think Biden had lost by writing off Bernie point blank?

Some but less than you think. In 2016 Hillary lost roughly 12.5% of Bernie primary supporters, I think that number is under 10% this time around.

Even though Bernie went full cuck for Shillary, they clearly hated each other the entire time and he by no means was enthusiastic about stumping for her. This year he dropped out of the primary a lot earlier than he needed to and he's been going above and beyond to help Biden. It's not lost on Bernie that Biden was one of the few senators who respected him and took him seriously before 2016.

The vibe is just different. In 2016 there was no energy around Hillary and a lot more people had a bad feeling in their gut than they care to admit. This year Biden is raising a ton of grassroots money and people are excited to vote.

Probably fewer than Obama lost from Hillary voters before he won.

i think people who were bernie-or-busters like ironmexican were already that way. people who were willing to hold their nose and vote for biden already did so because they were willing to compromise to avoid another 4 years of disaster. i dont think that has changed after the debate

basically the people in those random tweets were already not going to vote for biden before the debate because they think he's literally the same thing as trump, or at least not significantly different enough from trump to justify voting

But what about the ones grudgingly going along with Biden b/c they thought he'd throw him bones and now they know that's not happening?

    Bernie post debate:

    Worth every minute of it.

Will Stump for Biden in person, not virtually in the coming days.

Odd sort of comparison that I'm not sure how applicable it is. But based on what?

Guarantee it was all Trump is so awful and is a racist and nothing about how Joe is going to pick up the torch for progressives.
Probably the majority of Bernie supporters have called Commie Cuck a shill that has betrayed his own movement at this point.
That's not going to be as impactful as you fantasize it being, tranny.

    Also at Bernie good now.

I'm not sure how you don't understand the application, it's a direct comparison that should be fairly easy. But I base it on the opponent that Obama was facing versus the opponent Biden is facing. It was probably easier for jaded Hillary supporters in 2008 to stomach a possible John McCain presidency.

It's not a great application b/c the Venn diagram of Hillary/Obama voters is going to look much different than the Venn diagram for Bernie/Biden voters.

But, your point about the opponent is a good one. It is what I had in mind when questioning what the drop-off would be. It seems that the Bernie Bros hanging on for Biden are the ones who have high levels of TDS. But I don't think that's a majority of that wing (I think it's in a range of 10-30 percent). I think there's disbelief there among Chumpettes on this.

Biden is programmed by the far left and losing its support at the same time?

The hardcore ones, sure. The casuals who were willing to go along with any possible concession, even lip service, may be awaking from their comas.
That number could be bigger than the media is letting on. Or did you already forget that these are the same holdouts Hillary and Chumpettes were blaming 2016?

Lashing out. Biden does have to placate the far left if he wants their votes.

Seems to me you're 180 degrees wrong, Biden reliably punches to the left.

Did you happen to know Biden has two Republicans and zero progressives on his transition team?

He didn't punch far left on anything in the debate.

Sure he did, he repudiated the Manifesto and declared his opposition to Medicare for All -- again.

If you can remember back that far, you started this thread because Biden "lost" the far left.
