Eh, the 2014 Heat were getting burned out too. The 2013 versions of both teams were better. I'd go 2013 Spurs>2019 Raptors>2014 Spurs, though the 14 Spurs did have a higher ceiling.

That's true. Boris might have been Toronto's second-best player in this year's Finals. Still, full-bloom Leonard is worth a butt-ton.
