Another thing I have done is looked up the psychology of people that do the multi-persona trolling and their motivations, fears, and the like. There is quite a bit of literature being written as people are finding people that do that to be problematic. Reading some of the sociopathic shit I've read I can understand why.

I definitely now think I understand your motivations, fears, and the like now. You are typical in a lot of ways.

It is not exclusive of terrorism.

Did the FBI officially classify this as workplace violence just because it happened at a workplace?I don't know. It looks like it can fit more than one classification. It's not like they won't count as murders and assaults if it is classified as terrorism. Or do you think that's how it works?

I see you dodged my question again so I will ask again:

Are cafe violence and concert violence official crime classifications you have seen listed anywhere before, TSA?

Everyone still comfortable with the Syrian refugee process that officials admit they have little to no data to crosscheck against? DHS and FBI screened her

Malik came to the U.S. on what is known as a “fiancé” visa, which allows an American fiancé to petition for his or her partner’s temporary entry before marriage. For the visa application, the address she listed in her Pakistani hometown, ABC News discovered today, does not exist. Malik received a her Green Card this summer, U.S. officials said.

I see you dodged my question again so I will ask again:

Of course they aren't and it's just as ridiculous for you to continue to try and say it's workplace violence because it happened at a place of work.

The same way it's not cafe or concert violenceWhy do you keep bringing up your imaginary classifications?

While agreeing on that broader definition of the
problem, specialists have also come to a consensus that workplace violence falls into
four broad categories. They are:

TYPE 1: Violent acts by criminals who have no other connection with the workplace,
but enter to commit robbery or another crime.

TYPE 2: Violence directed at employees by customers, clients, patients, students,
inmates, or any others for whom an organization provides services.

TYPE 3: Violence against coworkers, supervisors, or managers by a present or former
employee.

TYPE 4: Violence committed in the workplace by someone who doesn’t work there, but
has a personal relationship with an employee—an abusive spouse or domestic partner.

Yes or no.

WASHINGTON — The woman who, with her husband, killed 14 people in San Bernardino pledged allegiance to the Islamic State in a Facebook post the day of the attack, officials said Friday, and the F.B.I. announced it was treating the massacre as an act of terrorism.

Why isn't the FBI following their own definition of workplace violence?

ChumpDumper
12-04-2015, 08:25 PM
Why isn't the FBI following their own definition of workplace violence?
Who says they aren't?

They are investigating it as an act of terrorism because it fits that definition. It also fits the definition of workplace violence.

Are you all really that stupid that you can't understand a crime can fit more than one definition?

Who says they aren't?

They are investigating it as an act of terrorism because it fits that definition. It also fits the definition of workplace violence.

Then why hasn't the FBI classified it as an act of terrorism AND workplace violence?

Are you really this stupid?

ChumpDumper
12-04-2015, 08:30 PM
Then why hasn't the FBI classified it as an act of terrorism AND workplace violence?Have they denied it fits the classification of workplace violence?

Nope. I said it meets the definition of both. How does it not?

They also haven't denied it as an act of sexual violence, or racial violence, or an act of homophobia either.

You're claiming its workplace violence. It's your burden of proof, not mine.

You've seen what the NYT report how the FBI is treating this. Do you have any evidence from the FBI, OSHA, a lawyer, or anyone else that supports your take?

vy65
12-04-2015, 08:33 PM

None of that means it isn't an act of terrorism. I have repeatedly called it an act of terrorism.

So what is your problem?

No one from the FBI, OSHA, or the DOJ has called this workplace violence. Not a single occupational or legal scholar has called it workplace violence. When given the opportunity to announce this as workplace violence, the FBI called this terrorism instead.

Superficially meeting the definition is only half the battle. There are statutes, administrative provisions, and agency advisory opinions construing the OSHA definition -- which lol, is the applicable agency, not the FBI -- which you haven't mentioned, ostensibly because you have no clue.

We're all very impressed that you can google shit. But your googles don't make you an expert no matter how much you'd like to think othersise

You tell me, Darrin.

What is workplace violence?

Workplace violence is any act or threat of physical violence, harassment, intimidation, or other threatening disruptive behavior that occurs at the work site. It ranges from threats and verbal abuse to physical assaults and even homicide. It can affect and involve employees, clients, customers and visitors. Homicide is currently the fourth-leading cause of fatal occupational injuries in the United States. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries (CFOI), of the 4,679 fatal workplace injuries that occurred in the United States in 2014, 403 were workplace homicides. [More...] However it manifests itself, workplace violence is a major concern for employers and employees nationwide.

I am asking you why I should refer to the Occupational Saftey and Hazard Administration for the purposes of a criminal investigation.

Why I should refer to the Occupational Saftey and Hazard Administration for the purposes of a criminal investigation?

Choice of words.

I will delete the quote if you want me to.

Do you want me to delete the quote?

OSHA has jurisdiction over workplace violence.

Not surprising you can't follow. You have no basis for saying that. There isn't even a definition. You didn't even think to mention OSHA or the DOL in a workplace shooting.

Now we come back to the obvious mutually exclusive thing with you again and me not believing you are a lawyer.

I think that Messianic Jew really pissed him off with all stuff he said and posted about Muslims/Islam two weeks prior and maybe other co-workers chimed in and the shooter told his wife and she was like, "Kill the Jew and other infidels who supported him." So they planned it and targeted that Jewish guy for sure and whoever else they were pissed at.

A component of it was workplace violence since it wasn't just a random attack, but also terrorism since they targeted that Jew who bashed Muslims and other co-workers who probably supported him. There's no other reason this guy would shoot up his co-workers unless he felt compelled since they insulted his beliefs not to mention his wife who obviously was hard core in her beliefs and definitely those people dead for their supposed blashphemy behavior, especially with one of them being Jewish and a Israel supporter.

It's the fundamentalist Christians who work very hard to impose their Biblical ethics and morals on EVERYBODY, and try to force the Bible bullshit into public education, into law.

The collection of grifter, fundamentalist pastors, including "Christian" media, are very well financed, organized, under Old Testament craziness.

Some Christians enforce the Bible by discrimating against, percecuting, brutalizing, sometimes killing, people they decide, as infallible, self-righteous, hateful judges, are sinners.

Such behaviour is exactly the same as fundamentalist Muslims, eg, the Taliban, ISIS, al Qaida
