If the score is REALLY close late in the game or OKC actually somehow has the lead he better not do it because I guarantee it'll get called :lol

sasaint
05-30-2016, 10:07 PM
Well, you won't see Westbrook giving it up for the rest of the night after that airball by Roberson :lol

Roberson has been poor offensively this game. I think the lack of faith that Westbrook and Durant showed in him and the other role players in game six sucked out the confidence they had built up through the first 5 (especially first 4) games.

At this point, rooting for Lebron is just setting yourself up for more disappointment, its gonna be the Warriors in 4 or 5. They were a no contest matchup in the regular season, winning by like 30 each time. Just accept it and hope someone can step up to the plate next year, and with Durant leaving, that means its gonna be up to the Spurs to stop them.

Warriors in 7. Gotta give the Tribe some credit, they've manipulated the playoffs for a win-win-win situation, at least to them. Okc, Dubs and Cavs will be good stories regardless of who wins. I expect the officiating to be more hands off here on out. Next couple rounds should be classics imo.

Dude...it was all the hubris of Golden State. They thought they could cakewalk through OKC. They deserved to get their ass beat to humble themselves back to this game 7 win. They need all those losses to realize who they were and how they got to where they were.

That explains why State was less, than stellar ...
But before Curry hot thatvlast 3 the game was not over but chance at victory was slim ...its the WCF
You dont just watch him dribble all over them drill a 3?!

That dude Adams earned Green's rezpect ..
Ha he just said that in interview as I typed this

Green gets more disrespect because its racially motivated. He's probably the darkest skinned player in the league now in the league now how very unpopular. He's obnoxiously loud mouth and over excessively boisterous when he's playing basketball. Most of all, he's on the best team in league history. His twitter mentions is blown up with hatred. Its youtube cancerous. It provokes inner sociopaths in various fans or pure racist hatred for Green. This is how most thugs act and I agree, Green needs to tone it down some but why should he? He's being himself and shouldn't have to change to appease people to be honest.

Whoever won the PG battle won each game:

Curry looked like his old self for the final 5 quarters of the series while WestBrick shot 36% & committed 15 turnover during the last 3 games of the series.

It also helped Draymond wasn't playing like a bum & Klay was hitting every 3 pointer during the latter part of the series.

At this point, rooting for Lebron is just setting yourself up for more disappointment, its gonna be the Warriors in 4 or 5. They were a no contest matchup in the regular season, winning by like 30 each time.

Actually, the first meeting of the season was on Christmas & the Cavs only lost by 6 on the road. Kyrie had made his season debut not too long before that game so he still didn't have his legs under him.

uNtk1jgMY0k

The second meeting on January was an absolute ass whoopin' which led to the firing of Blatt:

Hoq2zOac8gA

In both meetings Blatt was the coach & Love was being under utilized. Mozgov was also still in the rotation (now Tristan is the starter) & Frye wasn't on the roster. Most importantly, Kyrie didn't get his groove back until February & is now playing at an elite level.

The series is most likely going to be like the first game of the series rather than the second meeting.:lol

Kyrie is the perfect fit next to LeBron, he can do it w/ the ball in his hands or playing off the ball while LeBron plays point-forward. LeBron/Wade had issue in 2011 b/c neither of them was great off the ball. The Heat eventually surrounded LeBron w/ shooters to closeout games: Mike Miller, Ray Allen, Battier, Bosh, Chalmers, James Jones.

Now he has JR/Kyre/Love/Frye/Delly who are all knockdown shooters. Even Dick(:lol)Jefferson is a better fit next to Bron than Wade when he's playing point-forward.

True. but how many of those guys are going to be taking a wealth of 3's?
And Barnes has hit some big ones even with limited touches the past few years ...
As has Iggy who is not even a as good a shooter as JR like you said ...

So we gonna roll with the guys that hit big shots in close games or the guys that only seem to hit them in blow-out games?

JR smith can be a flame-thrower and Kyrie can get hot too ... I dont trust the rest.
So who will hit more 3's?
Kyrie and JR or the splash brothers?
Also which backcourt will give up more on the other end?

I think Cavs can puch it to 7 if they steak game 1 or 2 ...
I just dont see how they win this UNLESS ...

LeBron is able to go in to god mode while also keeping those two guys plus Love all involved
AND also make up for the shitty defense of Love, Kyrie, Smith and Frye ...
That is asking a whole lot.

if anyone can do it ..it's james. So no excuses let's see how he responds.

Don't even worry about it. They won't win. Klay Thompson set that record with 75% of his threes contested. The Cavaliers have no where near the length of the Thunder. Their best scorer shoots threes at 32%. All they have to do is let LeBron wear himself out and funnel him just like teams have been doing for the past years. Prevent offensive rebounds of course and don't turnover the ball. Most of all, hold the lead and do not give up the corner three. Its the recipe of LeBron James winning. Teams bailing him out.

Being up 3-1 without HCA isn't the most comfortable position in the world. You really have two games to win the series, not three. If you let the series get to that Game 7 on the road you're pretty much screwed. Coming back from 3-1 down without HCA, like what the Rockets did against the Suns in 1995, is way more difficult.

It wasnt Rockets level historic but impressive nontheless ...

I will say this Tiat, I dont think state could get away with spotting James a 3-1 or even a 3-2 lead.

Warriors Thunder game 7 scores biggest NBA ratings in cable history

by Frank Pallotta (http://money.cnn.com/author/frank-pallotta/index.html) @frankpallotta (https://twitter.com/intent/user?screen_name=frankpallotta)May 31, 2016: 4:06 PM ET

Game 7 of the NBA's Western Conference Finals delivered in both action and viewership.

The Golden State Warriors 96-88 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder brought in an average viewership of 15.9 million for TNT on Monday night.

The highly anticipated win or go home match up between Steph Curry's Warriors and Kevin Durant's Thunder was cable's most watched NBA telecast of all time. It was also the the most watched program in the history of TNT.
The game peaked at 19.8 million viewers from 11:15 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. as the Warriors wrapped up the win.
Game 7 brought in big viewership in both the Bay Area and Oklahoma City where roughly 30% of the homes were watching the game.
TNT's NBA postgame show, "Inside the NBA," even saw big ratings bringing in an overnight rating of 4.8, the highest overnight rating for the show ever.
Overall, the game and the post game delivered the two top rated programs of the night across both cable and broadcast TV.

TNT, like CNN, is owned by Time Warner (TWX (http://money.cnn.com/quote/quote.html?symb=TWX&source=story_quote_link)).
http://i2.cdn.turner.com/money/dam/assets/160531101723-stephen-curry-780x439.jpgThe Golden State Warriors and Oklahoma City Thunder game 7 brought big action and big viewership to TNT.Related: ABC has its most watched NBA Finals ever (http://money.cnn.com/2015/06/17/media/nba-finals-ratings/?iid=EL)

Golden State's win now sets up what could be a blockbuster NBA Finals for ABC.
The Warriors will be taking on LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday night. This pits the two biggest stars in the NBA (if not the entire sports world) in a rematch of last year's heavily watched Finals.
The six games of the 2015 NBA Finals averaged 19.9 million viewers for ABC (http://money.cnn.com/2015/06/17/media/nba-finals-ratings/?iid=EL). This was the most watched NBA Finals for the network since it started airing it in 2003.
It was also the most watched Finals since 1998 when Michael Jordan's Bulls defeated the Utah Jazz.
With attention surrounding James' attempt to end Cleveland's championship drought and the Warriors coming off a historic 73 win season, this year's number could easily top last year's.

Ezeli/Bogut/Iggy were out for that game & Softridge looked shook when he saw Bogut in the paint during the previous matchup.:lol Diaw was also the best player in that game & he looked like shyt against OKC.

It would have been 2010 WCSF status considering Tim/Manu being a shell of themselves against OKC & West having a train run on him during the regular season. They would have also taken out Danny & Iggy would have given Kawhi trouble in an ISO heavy halfcourt offense.

Cripples would have had a chance w/ a HEALTHY Blake/CP3/ReDick against a less than 100% Curry considering how well they played them in the regular season even without Blake. Swap WestBrick w/ CP3 & OKC would have come out victorious in WCF.

Yep. And that would have serviced Media to a T. They'd love to cut out Westbrook about now and just beat his black ass to a frazzle while at the same time feting James as king of the world.
