I'm not a fan of OKC outside Adams, but I can't stand most of the Dubs' franchise top to bottom. Just so much arrogance and unwarranted self-importance.

Spurs owned the paint vs OKC and got destroyed on FT disparity and blown calls. Don't give me that.
The Spurs didn't own shit :lol They lived on outside shots. Duncan couldn't do shit. LMA was a jumpshooter.

I just hate the Warriors more tbh. Both teams are filled with douchebags but the Warriors douchebags are just more annoying. Plus I hate their small ball and 3 point game. The Dubs have given SF no reason to hate them. Draymond is a douche, ya, but other than him, who?? They've never even beat us in a series. OKC on the other hand has a history of being douches from Westbrook's celebrations being more obnoxious than Green, KD making salty comments and calling Kawhi a role player, to them getting 2002 Laker ref treatment....
I think SF are just jealous for whatever reason. Can't explain it.

Their owner has been taking pot shots at the Spurs for several years now tbh. On top of that their entire team (not just one player) have acted like they're on a three-peat since the beginning of last season. Their fan base is also full of migrant Laker fans as well. Only redeeming qualities they have for me are style of play and Kerr.

We've seen this from them before: the low IQ game in do-or-die situations. One might say that it's their signature move.
Not impressed by keeping it close.
They've got a couple of more chances to prove that they've turned the corner. Tonight they reverted to chucker mode, and, more importantly GS got to press the reset button on a lot of things that were plaguing them in this series.

I have been a Spurs fan since '94 what is there to be jealous of lol when it comes to the Warriors. Draymond's celebrations in my eyes are even more obnoxious than Westbrooks considering this guy goes out of his way to taunt and try to bait guys into fighting him. He's also a dirty player which makes him more hateable than Russ. Draymond is not the only douche on the Warriors. That whole entire team showboats too much for my liking. The showboating and the fact this team is a bunch of front runners makes them extremely detestable. You have guys like Igoudola talking shit when back in Philadelphia he wasn't know to talk or taunt. There are other guys on that team who were role players on previous teams that now run their mouths. Plus they rubbed me the wrong way after they beat the bucks this year. You had guys like Klay and Curry during the postgame interview basically saying "Nobody has the right to celebrate against us when they win but when we win we will rub it in." Also I didn't like all the discrediting the Warriors did when the Spurs beat them this year. Klay,Curry,Green all went out of their way to throw salt on the Spurs victory.
I have already acknowledged OKC is a bunch of douchebags. I'm well aware of Durant's system player comments. I don't like Durant I think he's too moody like a woman. Russ is a douche no doubt about it. In a perfect world OKC wins this series and then loses to the Cavs in the finals. That is the scenario I'm hoping for.

Don't trip man, it'll be all the sweeter should they lose next game! All GS did was ride the wave of being home which carries the refs with them naturally, and role players play better. OKC has beaten GS because their "others" have given them great contribution. Going back home should mean OKC's guys play better and GS's plays worse which they can't afford to against OKC.

Actually I get everything you posted and sympathize with all of it except that this OKC team has grown on me through the play of their roleplayers.
You just get a feeling for a team sometimes, even if you don't like them that it's their season. Last season GSW had the perfect storm of injuries to teams they faced and credit to them they capitalized.
This season it looks like OKC found another gear that goes beyond their two stars. Sure they need Russ to play well and not TO 11 times and get other guys shots and they need Durant to be making his assassin shots to break opponents down, but they have come together as a team. When that happens it looks special.
While GSW is a great team as well with very good roleplayers all their guys are unlikable as you said. Even their roleplayers are assholes. Frankly I only really like Livingston. He's really good at what he does and as you say he's been a journeyman and overcome injuries and somehow isn't stained by arrogance like the others.

Yup. OKC has been surprising because their bench (outside of Kanter) came out of no where. But tonight, they got nothing from anyone except Morrow but he didn't play enough to make a huge impact.
I think GS bench was +18 bench points. OKC needs that because WB/KD carry such a big offensive load.

Wow :lmao Billy just went full on Scott Brooks with the "we are a FT shooting team".
He said that he didn't understand the FT disparity and that they are a team that gets there at a high rate and he believes FT's were the difference in the game.
So OKC gets a FT advantage in nearly every single game and now he blames FT's and says that? What about a team like SA that "is a team that doesn't foul often" and yet got a big FT disparity?

I mean, at least GS has won it all. OKC have been arrogant for years with nothing to show for it. But I'll guess we'll have to agree to disagree.
Arrogance is arrogance. GS beats OKC in the arrogance department which is saying something since OKC has been arrogant for years like you said.

There was no chance that OKC would have won this one tonight. I don't think anybody expected them to wrap it up on the road — GSW wasn't going down in 5 with HCA.
I'd still favor them in game 6 at home — I think the crowd, their length, and athleticism will be the death knell of GSW.

This is crazy.

They can beat either one of them, IMO... I'd rather see OKC because the Cavaliers would have HCA and because LeBron, Kyrie and Love all have a history of playing well against the Thunder, FWIW. Kyrie had some big games against OKC while LeBron was in Miami.
They can beat the Warriors too, though. I don't know if they would but they can.

Game 7, 17 June 2010:::I was right here, same seat. Kori, before she gained all that weight had thrown Luva thru the front door then locked him out. She took a2 Midols and let him back in:::"Get in here, asshole."
13 down, end of the 3rd quarter. Miners were prayin' and hearts beat fast, old Cubby, fuck, he'd thought they'd breathed their last. Smoke and gas belched outta Splits big asshole, and then D. Fish, his one eyed daughter strapped to his back, grabbed a jack, hoisted a timber and gave old Kobe the Dutch Uncle. I don't have to tell you what happened next. But, I will. The breaks were goin' against us,,,Kobe got the ball, tippy top of the old Noah's arc. He lep into the air, big fuckin' leap, still couldn't get it off, shoveled it off to the Art, it was his test and he passed that test, flyin' colors and like a giant oak tree just stood there alone, big Ron.
- "Nobody, nobody, Cubby, nobody closes us out."

Kerr is calling one every 30 seconds
Feels like it, but think it's only their third.
Have to use one in first quarter, one in second quarter (both become automatic timeouts if not used by 6/3 or 9/6 minutes). Then one more 30 in first half.
Same in second half on quarterly full timeouts (think you can use them early?) but get two 30s and one extra full.
