When was the last time you saw a KKK member begging a cop to let him breathe

You have the right to shoot someone walking down your street if you feel trhetened?

I’ve got you beat with Chumpdumper still replying to me for now over a year![]()
I have to quote the stuff I'm commenting on. Would be confusing without the context. I can take the post number out so it doesn't trigger the poster I guess.
See, this is why I had to make it so I only see notifications from my friend's list.
What a ty system where you still get quotes from people you have on your ignore list.
"And, what it says is that you have the right to defend yourself, the lives of your family members, your home, and your property. That extends to your property. So, this is on private property," he said.
Schmitt noted that in a time where residents are calling to defund the police and "violence [is] spinning out of control" in places like St. Louis, "somebody [has] got to do something about" prosectors like Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner who are "targeting law-abiding citizens for exercising their fundamental right of self-defense."
You actually do have the right to brandish your weapon. You didn't read my post from the AG...
I didn't call castle doctrine. I said if it was a private road the mob was clearly trespassing.
Feel free to show where anyone was actually on their property. None of the available footage shows that. If they were smart they would have had their own cellphones out instead of guns.lawyers.
Mus stain on her shirt was a nice touch.
fat is lucky someone didnt shoot her the moment she began pointing the weapon
and
it would have been a justified killing
By definition brandishing a weapon means you pointed it at someone. Based on the video both of them actually pointed their weapons...her more than him but they both did it.
HQ special
Are you ing re ed? You can see it right off the bat. That's their property the rioters are on. That's not the street, which is way further back.
TheGreatYacht See, these chumpettes don't bother to learn the simplest things as they call for their mob justice.

Wrong per Merriam Webster.
I'll file this one just under your cow fart take.
nothing there demonstrates that any of the protestors were on their property. looks like they were on the sidewalk at best. in fact its clear they were just walking by it and moving along the whole time, all the while these people are pointing guns at them
be better
is it your opinion that the prosecutor is making this case political and the AG is not?
that's obvious
agree. looks like the sidewalk.
The HOA has nothing to do with the technical ownership of the private street. They might administrate the repairs and make the assessments but the homeowners own the streets.
sad to see it
LOL. You don't know that unless you've read that particular HOA's do ents in light of Missouri state law. Which I doubt you did.
