Calling it now:
this will be one of those "things you really didn't want to know"
after the truth is revealed -
that basically - they are just policing russian propaganda unlike in 2016
because Congress asked them to!
Flying subpoenas before they lose that authority.![]()

Republican priorities:
1. Shove new SCOTUS through at the last minute
2. Congressional hearings with the Twitter guy

?. Economic stimulus
This is gonna look great to voters. I'm all for it.
This guy should shut the up.
He himself has millions of followers and is able to get his own message accross. Grifter biting the hand that is feeding him.
I'd approve a good Shapiro twitter banning.
reasonable take
imagine going to harvard law and then publicly claiming that twitter poses a first amendment threat
thats how you know he's a hack. he knows better and chooses to lie
Trump just admitted to ordering a hit on an American citizen using deputized US Marshals
social media won't spread all the lies this time

Sounds good to me.
This dumb story will stay in the Fox echo chamber where it belongs and no one will care.
Another nothingburger.![]()
The only reason anyone gives a about either Facebook or Twitter is because many of you can't stop using those ty platforms. If everybody wouldn't go so ape over them you could just stop giving them your business and capitalism would take over. You should not need government intervention in a capitalist society where the marketplace can regulate businesses based on desired outcome.
I mean if you want socialism, sure, ask for government regulation every time the market doesn't agree with you which means you don't have enough collective agreement to force the market to change directions.
socialism doesnt mean you cant have market forces dictating decision-making of firms, nor does it inherently mean the government regulates them any more.
Mad at twitter and facebook? Blame socialism!
Lol nancy
It certainly isn't capitalism.
The justifications for censorship will never end. That's why it's not a "slippery slope" and is just a logical conclusion.
What's untrue about what I said? Twitter and Facebook are private businesses. If you're all about capitalism then you should be happy private businesses are making their own decisions based on profitability. If you want government regulations on private businesses are you really capitalist?
Let me see the day fire rains on these anti-american companies.
my burner account just got banned from twitter for tweeting a le happy merchant picture at Dianne Feinstein
And then there's this:

Im a socialist. I still respect their decisions as long as they are unbiased and consistent. They are not.
Pretty simple. No need to drag socialism into the equation
Socialism doesnt mean government is involved in every business decision of private companies![]()

sure. markets arent exclusive to capitalism.
distinction is whether the business is owned privately or otherwise (worker owned, or publicly/state owned)
