I like mine a little crispy on top.
I don't want to give my secrets away but I use ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and a bechamel sauce.

I had some home made lasagna the other day, it was the ts!
You know it. I also make a mean spinach lasagna during Lent.
Was it the breast you've ever had?
Me and spinach don't get along.
What about a nice crisp salad, with lasagna? Yum!
Yeah, a salad is good.![]()
Mmmmm.....lasagna is great to quench the munchies.
u talking about the garlic bread rolls? or the one baked like a pizza? should try the one baked like a pizza, its fkn nice.....
A combo of beef, veal and pork is the key. Provolone cheese to kick it up a notch. One taste and BAM! you'll be hooked.
Provolone cheese does NOT belong in lasagna.
I agree.
Yea, the rolls or the ones that look like miniature toasts.
Best frozen lasagna hands down.
I'm in.![]()
Ooh, I don't know. I buy it all the time because it's warm and gooey and convenient, but it doesn't have enough fresh tomatoey taste for me. Here (I'm in San Marcos) there's a local brand called Michaelangelo's from a restaurant in Austin and they make good frozen lasagna and chicken parmesana and stuff.
the number of posters around here that admit they like tossing salads amazes me
Agreed. Stouffers is serviceable, but you kinda get what you'd expect: just plain ol' lasagna.
Good lasagna really comes down to a good (preferably homemade) sauce.
I wonder if we can get Food Network to sponsor a Spurstalk Lasagnafest...
Call Bobby Flay!![]()

thats the man, put it together between a bread roll with stacks of mayonaise, salt and pepper with lemon...... nice....
