    trevor ariza will not leave a starting position on a championship contender team in LOS ANGELES a place where he grew up. and besides I think the lakers can offer more than you guys anyway. AND if the lakers win the le expect all the players to stay right where they are.... there are no James Posey's on this team

    I think he and the Spurs have something of an understanding, that he will play in Europe for now and get a shot in the States next summer. Pretty sure his European contract expires this year or he has a feasible buyout.

    I hope we could get a confirmation on that because this team needs a guy like Gist on the roster.

    this was a stupid post.....and why was it stupid.....cause you are just trying to start . every post I saw about Ariza in this thread stated that we want him in SA, but realize he will be expensive and most likely wont leave LA.....
