It was right in the lower part of Ron's throat. It is clear.

Mesage from the NBA (not just Allanon)
Jackson also announced that the Lakers' Kobe Bryant has been assessed a flagrant foul one for elbowing Houston's Ron Artest in the chest area in the fourth quarter.

Doesn't change the ecstasy of the argument. I said he hit him in the chest/throat region. Since it was not directly into the throat or head, no suspension. But he got a flagrant so you are just owning yourself again and again and again.

    lol join date.

Chest does not equal throat, sorry but over-dramatizing doesn't change the fact that he was hit in the throat.

Stu Jackson explained it very clearly, it was in the chest.

What I do not get is how the NBA has been calling these things lately- while play is in action, they will call a technical for what I think should be termed a foul or while the ball is dead, they will call a foul when to me, it is a technical. Guess I need to read up....

You do notice the words LOWER PART OF THE
    LOWER PART OF THE...........THROAT

Stu Jackson, Head of NBA Disciplinary actions talking.......
NBA executive vice president Stu Jackson just said on a conference call with reporters that the key element in not suspending Kobe Bryant for his elbow to Ron Artest was that it landed “in the chest area.”

“Certainly, it’s clear in our rules that we treat elbow contact above the shoulder area differently than we do other parts of the body,” Jackson said, although he didn’t specifically say Bryant would’ve been suspended if the contact had been higher.

Nope, that sounds like you failed your anatomy and physiology class. I said Kobe's elbow was aimed at Ron's high chest/low throat area.

Then Allanon says: "what, you might as well say high chest/balls area". Because clearly on the human body, the ball sack and throat are equidistant from the chest.

Kobe did throw an intentional bow, but once again it was Ron's chest/throat in the way of a normal basketball move by Kobe.
Give me a minute, I'll go get you the throat quote.
And the chest all flows into the nutz. I guess you could say Kobe elbowed him in the nutz too

    LOWER PART OF THE...........THROAT

Stu Jackson, Head of NBA Disciplinary actions talking.......
It was right in the lower part of Ron's throat. It is clear. There is only like 5 inches between the top of a logo and the bottom part of the throat.
The Rockets wear v-neck jerseys, if you hit a guy on the jersey, it's obviously not on the neck.

Look at where the R in Rockets is, that's nowhere near the fully exposed neck.

The camera showed the elbow landing clearly above the logo. Maybe not the entire elbow, but a portion of the arm was in the throat region.
Hahah, maybe Kobe hit Artest with a shadow? You can clearly see his elbow is NOT touching the throat, only chest.

There's no contact with the throat in your picture.

Look at Ron's face, he looks perfectly happy in your picture, a bit too happy for somebody hit in the throat?
Upperchest, lower throat same region. That is like saying "I hit him in the jaw, not the face".

Clinging to semantics is what is funny. You cannot see Ron's throat in that picture can you? Where did it go?
Upper chest and throat are the same region? That's like saying I punched him in the face, not the throat. Two separate areas.

The chest can take a uva lot more pounding than the throat.

Hahah, you can clearly see there's no contact (there's a shadow under Kobe's elbow, Kobe's elbow is clearly not touching Ron's throat at all).

This is a picture of Artest clearly fouling Kobe, not the other way around. Just look at how high off the ground both Kobe's feet are while Artest's feet are fully planted

Does the chest not flow into the throat? Like I said, part of his arm hit his upper chest, part his throat.

Back-tracking later to allow more leverage doesn't change what you said. Kobe did NOT hit Artest in the throat, Stu Jackson said it himself.

Did you or did you not say that saying someone elbowed someone in the lower throat/upper chest region was the same as saying someone elbowed someone in the lower throat/nutz region?

Manning up is not getting embarrassed by having the logic of a 3 year old that drinks OE and lying about your join date because you are a front running, bandwagon homer.

Manning up is not lying. It is not manning up when you admit something after you have been called out.

You keep pointing to one quote, and ignoring the numerous others that take what I said in context. You suck at predictions, debating, objective thinking, telling the truth and being funny.

Other than that you are cool.

How am I wrong? I am not even saying you are wrong with the Kobe/Shane incident because it is something that cannot be proven.

What I am is saying that your logic and homerism in the Shane/Kobe and the Ron/Kobe is sickening and annoying. You both times placed the blame on the other parties, one in which Kobe was assessed a flagrant (for something he has been suspended for multiple times in throwing elbows) and one in which a guy clearly got kneed and elbowed.

Then you cling to one thing or one snippet, just like you did in the Artest/Kobe thing by posting one behind the view still shot and drawing arrows when you know damn well that was the worst possible picture to try and determine if he threw an elbow.

Then I say this was no worse than the Shane incident and you go off on some other crazy logic and just like the join date scenario, you deny saying the "throat = nutz" even after I post the quote.

Allanon: "The Cowboy clearly got in the Bulls way. The Bull was making a natural move that most Bulls make. If the Cowboy would not have run away in a violent fashion, the Bull would not have rammed the horn up his ass/throat.

DPG, your argument sounds a lot like your argument in the Bull/Matador thread.

As you can see in the Bull vs. Matador, once again the Matador committed the first foul. Can you see the tip of the horn in this picture!!!!! Ah, the truth hurts doesn't it! Since you cannot see the tip of the horn, are we just supposed to take the Matador's word for it that the horn ripped his ball sac in half? Did the Matador flop? In fact, you can see the Matador kicking the Bull's leg in the bottom of the picture; it was a foul on the Matador. The sword in the back shows it was just a reaction from the Bull and a foul on the Matador"
