Why did Mexico take their "C" team?
It's clear some people don't know their ... but decide to talk anyways...
Why did Mexico take their "C" team?
The A team was playing the Gold Cup...
Not only Mexico, Costa Rica too. CONCACAF would only let either team participate in Copa America if they sent their u23 teams.
CONCACAF: In an effort to maintain the luster on the Gold Cup, CONCACAF allowed Mexico to participate in next year’s Copa America, provided that the team is a U23 edition, plus 5 senior squad members.
Given the seniors they sent to that squad.. clearly they knew they weren't going to contend.. I think the only good thing that could have come out of this tournament, would've been if Jonathan Dos Santos and Marco Fabian would've played.. They need the experience, and it would've been interesting to see how they would have competed.. but after the pros ute scandal.. that all went down the drain, Gio can't do by himself.
the story in the future will read....... the above plus:....................."But after the fiasco and major ownage in Argentina 2011, they decided to go back and change their stupid decision"
They tried to cash some money with the young guys...they failed.
That's your best effort at trolling?
lol you mad?![]()
really not... but hey keep trying![]()
lol Gio
Costa Rica could've used the same excuses and they're in the quarter finals.![]()
Son, costa rica was already eliminated too.. At least they got some points though.
If Brasil and Ecuador tie Brasil gets the 2nd best 3rd with goal differential (Peru already has 1 of the 3rd places locked up). If Ecuador or Brasil win Paraguay gets best 3rd place. so either way Costa Rica is out.

If Brazil loses, they're out.
If they win by two goals they play Paraguay
If they win by one goal they play Chile
If they tie they get Venezuela
lol Brazil beign better off tying.
BTW, did anyone catch the Paraguay/Venezuela match? Game of the tournament so far. Renny Vega (Venezuelan's goalkeeper) is a special player, he's fun to watch. He tied with the game (with an assist) at stoppage time.

I thought Peru had 2 points... nevermind![]()
What a difference Maicon makes... Dani Alves pales in comparison
It's also clear that Mexico hasn't won anything on soccer at the maximum level tbh...
Brazil - Paraguay will be fun to watch... lol Colombia using the bracket originally designed for ARG...
