I used to (you're right about that), but now I'm more calm and focused during live ball play during games. I just only go ape during timeouts or stoppages in play, or a bad call, but I don't harp on a bad call for too long. I'd actually rather be on the court playing. I think I'd feel better playing rather than watching. I wonder if Tim is feeling the same thing watching some of these games, especially last night's game.
2013 was the ultimate "never let up for a second otherwise it could rip your heart out" type of lesson learned. Gotta stay focused for the full 48. Maybe someone needs to tell the players this. Great first half, but the attention to detail in the second half was pure . Obviously Kawhi going out had a lot to do with that.
lol. I'd still punch him in the face even after winning the series. I still don't feel sorry for him losing his girlfriend/fiancee. Well, maybe just a little. Either way, when you're trying to beat someone, I didn't feel there is any need/place to feel sorry for him.
We had this one. So, what are you thoughts on the rest of the series?
I was pretty confident going into game one. And during the game (up until Kawhi went out), I thought winning this one would put the Spurs in position to push this series to the limit by either winning it in game 6 or at the very least taking it to game 7. This one game may have changed all that though. Freaking horrible change of events.
I hope Kawhi can play in game 2 and if he does play, whether it's game 2 or 3, I hope that he's not limited much by the injury.
