There is a pretty important thrust of the thread. Your attacks on me, or seeming inability to fathom what that is, doesn't affect that truth.
You didn't answer the question, as I have already explained. You answered a different question than what was asked.
If you think you answered the question, you are simply incorrect. I don't know what more I can say.
I have pretty much outlined what I think it means, but will trot that out clearly at some point. I just want to give you a chance to do so first.

GOP leadership is fully aware of this trend and has taken many aggressive, totalitarian steps to counter this. These steps include voter suppression efforts directed by state governments where the GOP controls voting rules and laws, and diluting Democratic votes through active partisan gerrymandering.
That the GOP holds more power than they have had in a century does not disprove conventional wisdom. It does, however, outline how effectively the GOP has been cheating Democrats out of voting power.
On another note, I can't believe that they're making a movie based on the average arcade game, Rampage.
Is this tie in necessary?
The one thing that made this game frustrating as was that you could punch and damage the other players playing with you.
So at the beginning of the game, everyone agrees NOT to do it. Then someone gets frustrated and starts knocking other s off the
buildings. Usually because someone else scooped up some humans in front of them.
But then once someone takes the first shot, the rest of the game was spent trying to up the other players.
Instead of keeping the game going.
Also, contrary to what I thought, Ready Player One is getting good reviews.
I'll be shocked if I'm not under-impressed though.
Anyone have any interest at all spending money to watch?
Mr. Rogers posthumously just saw the OP

So diversity only matters in cherry picked situations?
What are the ramifications of the lack of diversity in the USA Basketball program? What's the eventual outcome?
wow...this thread is catching on...Nicholson as well

It's turned into a regular flip fest

LOL...all this reminded me of this little SpurFan
Skip to :17...gotta pay attention
Ok...RG...now that everyone has flipped, can you share with us your grand thoughts?
Oh please Mr. Poopateer?
What does it say about the quality of your arguments here that you have to resort to this tactic?

Did you watch the video? Closely? What are the implications as they relate to your OP?

Your choice to be honest, or not. I can't make you be honest. Your decisions are all on you.
And holy ...I'm burnt out on the missing person do entaries. Especially the ones where they're looking for someone who's still alive.
"Hey...surprise...we found 'em".
No . Thanks internet.
What does it mean that so few young people of color are interning at the current White House? What are the implications, both present and future?
Is 8-10% more than 2%? Why fewer this year than in the year you pictured?
8-10% of what ethnicity? Did you include non-African Americans? Asians? Hispanic? How did you reach this number?

We have determined that self-selection might be a cause. Why is that important?
Honesty about what? This thread grew pretty damn tiresome. If that was your intent, then congrats.
Did you see the little kid flipping off Lebron. That's some funny .
DOUBLE BIRD MOTHA A.
And his dad's reaction.
As a Democrat, I think a "toothless GOP" is a bad thing. Healthy democracy requires more than one effective party, in my opinion. I would agree that there needs to be a shift in moderation for the GOP.
So you are saying that liberals will become more moderate/right as time goes by, and that will force the GOP to be more moderate.
What if they simply keep voting for Democrats, forcing that party to be more centrist?
It's condescending because you're assuming others here haven't already thought this through.
And your reasons aren't relevant just because you say they are. Sorry.
If you want to make a direct claim and get down to it, then go for it. If not then take a hike, professor.
I find your reaction to having to consider the implications of what an almost entirely white internship program means to be part of the problem.
You can't address it in any serious way, so you choose to attempt to derail the thread.
In this case, I as a liberal, can now simply show how unserious or unprepared conservatives are about serious discussion of race and other issues.
No condescending here
True enough. It is on me to say why, and I will.
What if other people haven't, in fact, thought it through? It certainly seems like that is overwhelmingly the case.
How is pointing out something that is true condescending?
LOL. Having a serious discussion implies that the parties involved will provide their thoughts and opinions to...discuss. You've been unwilling to do so.
Loaded question.
Truth isn't truth just because you say it is.
