I don't know what McVay can do about his linebackers, they're going to get massacred by James White, Michel and even Burkhead..

James White will have 20 receptions
    What's the early line?

Chiefs would have won this game if they weren't so nervous and shaky in the 1st half..conservative playcalling and Mahomes being inexperienced..

They were great in the 2nd half, their offense scored 31..
This post affirms my point, if you want to beat the Patriots using the offensive route, you have to be steady from the 1st quarter on like the Eagles did last year... you can't just punt away the first half like the Chiefs did in both meetings with the Pats this year, and expect to score enough points in the 2nd half to storm back and win.

Let's also not ignore there were several occasions where Peyton choked early before he had the chance to lose to Brady ( losing to Billy ing Volek in 2007 and a mediocre Colts team in 2014 just to avoid losing to Brady in the next game).

Patriots had timeouts to spare. He took one to give the chiefs a chance to tie the game. And that’s exactly what happened. If he didn’t take that timeout there’s be no overtime. They’d have lost right there.

If Dee Ford doesn’t line up offsides the narrative is Reid beating bb. Brady being a legend in overtime and not letting chiefs see the ball isn’t an indictment of reid

your problem is you don’t have takes. You just ride shticks into the ground regardless of contrary observable evidence
You must be confused. I'm talking about the re ed timeout Reid called towards the end of the first half, when the Patriots looked content to run out the clock. After that timeout, they promptly drove downfield and turned what should have been a 7-point game at the half into a 14-point game.

It's this kind of stupidity that defines Reid's teams in the playoffs. That, and blind loyalty to bad coordinators like Sutton. Bottom line is that the Chiefs had to play catchup against the dynasty Patriots because of Reid's ty coaching in the first half, and that's just not going to work most of the time.

I don't, but even if I did, ranking players by their actual individual abilities instead of the accomplishments got with teams efforts is really such a bad thing to do?

I have 17000 posts. Not one of them has ever mentioned White. Go find the post you're talking bout and link it. I don't even post upstairs anymore. Been a handful of posts probably in years.

    Link the thread.

How is being on the same team as a defense that played really well against Brady not a team accomplishment? Your logic is inconsistent.

So you think that if Peyton and Brady swapped cir stances (teams to start careers basically), Brady would still be the more accomplished QB of the two in terms of teams' accomplishments?
Peyton would have demanded a trade away from a coach who didn't let him call his own plays, so there's no scenario where he and Belichick have the illustrious run that Brady and Belichick have.

I think Brady leads the 2006 Colts and 2015 Broncos to super bowls (not saying much since neither team needed anything out of its QB) and probably the 2005 Colts + the 2013 Broncos for that matter.

There's not a ing chance Peyton comes back from 28-3 against Atlanta though, we've seen what happens when his team gets off to a bad start in the superbowl ( lubing up his asshole and saying "Thank you sir may I have another!" to Pete Carroll)

If they swapped teams, Brady damn sure woulda gotten more than 2 rings, and Peyton damn sure wouldn’t have 5.
the thought of Peyton having the mental for ude to erase a 25 point deficit against a superior team

If it were him in that game he would have lost 42-3 then had Bill Polian cry about how rule changes were needed in the offseason

Yeah that's Peyton's problem, he loses to Billy ing Volek in 2007 just to avoid possibly having another playoff L against Tom Brady so he win the completely meaningless "winning record against Brady in the playoffs!" trophy

Why are you acting as if Brady wasn't a 200th pick?

Brady on any other team might have never got the chance of starting in the NFL.

So that's your argument now, Peyton is better because he was drafted higher

Brady sure as wouldn’t throw a game clinching pick-six to Tracy ing Porter either
He also wouldn't lose to Billy Volek or 2014 Andrew Cuck out of fear of having a losing playoff record against Manning either
