Who knew there would be tens of millions of illegals? I would think that an AG in say Iowa or Oklahoma would use the Federal government to NOT count any illegals. Tens of millions of illegals steal the proper representations of those states with few illegals. That is just not Cons utional.

I think that the entire population of Mexico ought be counted towards the total population of the United
States. These population numbers should go towards the representation of the states of NY, IL, WA, OR, MA, and CA.
