There's a restaurant right on the strip that you should try. I'm pretty sure it's called Go Yourself. Give it a shot.
I've never been to the west coast so I'm super excited about going.
I all ready have my hotel, but I need suggestions on the must gos and must sees. I would appreciate any suggestion available. I don't gamble so I need something else to do. I am attending a conference so my mornings are booked. Thanks

I'm just playing. I've never been to Vegas.
You really need to just research or you'll get the same you've gotten frm this punk or just go where you want. I can only say: best buffet Bellagio, best gambling Freemont Street, best raping? Freemont street, best strip club Sapphire on Industrial, best club during the weeknights Studio 54 at the MGM Grand, Best pool (and historically amazing fight venue) ...the Mandalay Bay. I got alot more, but just PM me for more unless you want this poor turd to try to hurt your feelings.
I've been there in total of a year in the last FIVE years (vacationing), so I think I've experienced quite a bit.
Just opinions.
Mellow out dude. I was busting balls.
I didn't realize these internets were so serious.
You may be surprised, Vegas is not the "west coast".
son go to the Palms hotel. $20 will get you into 3 of the hottest clubs/bars in Vegas ... Moon, ghostbar, and Playboy ..... Rain is at the Palms too ... other than that, I suggest LAX at the Luxor ...
if you are looking for strip clubs, don't buy into the bull that the cab drivers will tell you. the moment they see a single guy or a group of guys get into a cab, they start selling you bull about "free" stip clubs ...... go to Ricks (formally known as Scores) or Sapphire if you want to see good looking broads ..... also, don't buy into any bull from morons on the street trying to sell you "free passes" to clubs. god bless son. have fun in the greatest city in the world
I've been to Vegas about a dozen times. Old Downtown Vegas has better deals as far as I'm concerned. Food, gifts, loose slot machines etc...
There is a lot to see on the Strip, and it won't be as crowded as normal because of the bad economy. You might be able to catch some good deals because of it. IMHO, Vegas buffets are over-rated and over-priced. Go eat where the locals eat, that is your best bet. In -N- Out Burger is made fresh and is really good.
Thanks to most of you for trying to help. I am an older ladyso I won't be attending any strip clubs.
I am specifically looking for a good affordable show and some good food. Thanks again.
As gay as it is (what in Vegas isn't) go see Cirque Du Soleil. And if you're looking to just walk around and look at stuff, go shopping, eat, whatever, Caesars and The Venetian are both probably your best bets. NYNY is pretty cool too. As long as you're not gambling, stay on the strip.
Heath Ledger lives there, he might have some local flavor for you.
Food check out ellis island brewery it's a few blocks off the strip on flamingo and Decatur
My favorite buffet is the rio buffet
Tons of great Indian restaurants here
Shopping go to ceasars forum shops or the mall in the middle of the strip
I think Cher is in town
It's actually very busy right now due to march madness
For eye candy walk around the Venetian and bellagio u must see the bellagio fountains at night and go up to the observation deck of the stratosphere
Bring some comfortable shoes and sum screen ska sin screen
