LOL...the whole RtWM and WM felt like a small PPV (think No Mercy).

Punk vs. Taker was well done from the buildup and the concluding match but other than that the "WWE-Playoffs" have been a shame.
Nothing against him, but how the f*** can Fandango get his first match at WM, when others like Rhodes or Cesaro are not even showing up?
How can you remake a "once in a livetime"-match especially when it only worked because of that tag and not because of the wrestlering?
HHH vs. Lesnar was somewhat ok, but why have such a stipulation when Hell doesnt break loose then? And what is Lesnar doing in WWE anyway?
I like The Shield and it may be the right way to just keep them this 3-men-group, but I somehow feel like WWE will skrew this up anyway...just like with...
Ryback!!! LOL!

best tings: Taker/Punk, Team Hell No keeps the title and doesn't selfimplode
worst things: you could list nearly everything but let's settle with: no Turn (Orton/Cena?), no Divas (no Joke, whats the point of even having them?), no Cash In (resulting in the end of Zigglers career, if nothing big happens at tonights Raw)

I didn't think it was THAT bad. Taker/Punk was by far the best match of the night, but I also enjoyed Lesnar/HHH more than I thought I would, even though the damn crowd was dead silent for most of the match. Rock/Cena was a joke, but I didn't buy the PPV for that match anyway so I don't feel ripped off. A little disappointed that Orton didn't turn heel, and the Jericho/Fandamnit match was horrible. I thought the idea behind the Jericho/Fandamnit match was to put over Fandamnit but instead we got 10 minutes of Jericho dominating and Fandamnit winning with a cradle package, with pretty much no offense at all?

Overall I'd give WM29 a 7/10.

Jericho got the shaft on this one. Yet another rushed and poorly put together match for Mania.

Seriously..don't know why everyone's bitching..it wasn't a bad show. Rock/Cena was bad, but that was because of Rock. After 15 minutes, he was sweating like he was in an iron man match. He was not in good shape. He had a good physique, but he was not conditioned. I paid the money for it, and feel it was worth every penny. Everyone knew Cena was going to win. Rock wasn't going to hang around. He'll fight Cena at the next PPV, lose, and move on...then he'll probably fight Brock Lesnar at next year's WM. Rock just isn't conditioned like the rest of the guys in the locker room anymore.

Couldn't agree more. Great analyzation. I didn't think Rock/Cena was that bad considering Cena had to carry it. But yeah..I didn't understand the point of Jericho/Fandumbass either...With Jericho going on tour, I thought they'd take advantage and let him beat Jericho straight out...nope. Lesnar/HHH was a great match, and Taker/Punk was great also.

The first 90 minutes of the free cable television show Monday Night Raw tonight has been better then the entire 4 hours of $70 WrestleMania. This has been the best crowd in a very long time (the "same old shit" chant was awesome), the wrestling matches have been great, and we finally have a surprise that the fans have been dying for (Ziggler cashing in)

Last night's WrestleMania will easily go down as the worst ever. It's really a culmination of how bad the product has become. The writers are horrible, most of the matches last night were slow and predictable, and there were no "wrestlemania moments" the entire night. WrestleMania used to be filled with surprises, huge spots, month long fueds culminating, and unpredictable outcomes. We got none of that last night. No Orton Heel turn, no Ziggler cashing in, no controversy in the Cena/Rock match, nothing. It was stale, boring, and the crowd was dead because of it. The CM Punk/Undertaker match was the only one that had an old school feel to it, and props to Taker to still be able to perform at a high level at nearly 50 years old (even if it's only once a year). They still refuse to evolve or change Cena's stale character, and he just becomes more and more hated because of it. It's not his fault, it's the creative team's fault. Do SOMETHING different with the man, ANYTHING. It doesn't have to be a heel turn, but Christ, the fucking "never give up" bullshit is so outplayed. He is a limited wrestler but obviously a solid entertainer and hard worker, but give the fucking man a new role. And did they seriously think that the crowd was going to like Cena and Rock shaking hands and saluting each other after the match? Lol, that was so fucking gay and very obvious that the crowd would boo the shit out of it. They are so out of touch with the audience that it's laughable.

My take....

What was with all the commercials/non rasslin' stuff, sucked!

Thank God for no midgets, ladies, bullshit matches. No pillow fights.

Best match.....Undertaker vs Cena.

Biggest surprise...Henry taking down Ryback, why the big Ryback push?

I'm guessing Jericho is back on the road so give Fanwhatever a boost.

Orton is getting totaly disrespected.

They need to do something else with Raines, he could be somebody, why waste him playing The Shield bit?

Was it just me, or was the crowd dead.

When do they figure out that Cena needs to be a heel? Feel sorry for the guy.

Good bye Rock and Lesnar,

How Bob Baklund ever made iT big in pro rasslin' remains a mystery to me.

Age is a terrible thing, poor Bruno. Hard to believe it took this long to get into the HOF, guy is one of the top 2-3 rasslers ever.

I enjoy the entrances and the pyro, but the fued recap videos take up way too much time

I would have rathered a Diva's match over that horrible Diddy song

Undertaker did not wrestle Cena

Agree, it made no sense for Ryback to lose to Henry and then put him right in the main event picure against Cena the next night on Raw. They did at least make Ryback look strong by killing Henry after the match was over

Jericho truly cares about the business and always helps young talent get over.

Orton's failed drug tests are the reason he didn't get any push in the past year

Eventually, the Sheild will disband and they will get singles pushes. You could compare it to the Nexus. They disbanded and the talented ones succeeded in singles competition (Wade Barrett, Ryback)

The crowd was definitely dead, even though it is harder to capture the sound in an outdoor stadium. Monday Night Raw the next night was 10 times louder than mania and 100 times better.

Cena needs a new direction, whether it be heel or a new persona.

Lesnar is no doubt in the business simply for the money. He is still under contract with WWE but it only covers a certain amount of appearances per year. Rock is a multi-millionaire and came back for the love of the business and at the end of the 2 year feud, he helped put over Cena (even though the fans still hate his character).

Bob Backlund was a good mat wrestler but he was never great on the mic and not very entertaining and I have no idea how he was more than a mid-carder

Bruno is 77 years old. I'm surprised he is still living after all of the steroids (no testing back then) and abuse that his body went through for all of those years.

They pushed Ryback into the title picture cause the rock got injured, which is exactly why he got a title shot against Punk(cena was injured)Bruno hasn't been put in till now because everybody knows why.

True, but I think that I read somewhere that Ryback is now 0-6 in ppv's. So even if Rock didn't get injured last night and Ryback now has to substitute for a bit, what good did it do to have him lose to Mark Henry at mania? I didn't understand that decision.

Good God....here's my response..

Commercials are based on who pays them...duh.

Agreed

Undertaker vs. Cena best match? The fuck are you smoking?

Ryback is going heel..they need another big heel. Maybe they'll resign Batista. He and Ryback would make a great match.

Yes..Jericho is going on tour...Fandumbo will get a push, even though he looked like a lost puppy at WrestleMania

Agreed

REIGNS could be really good...I agree...I think Ambrose could be better, however, because he has mic skills. Reigns just has size...Seth Rollins will only go as far as Justin Gabriel...maybe Evan Bourne, if he's lucky.

Crowd wasn't dead..just wasn't as insane and ignorant as the crowd in NY for Raw.

Explain how you make Cena a heel. He makes WAY too much money for the WWE as a face. A heel turn wouldn't hurt television, but it would DESTROY business. All the kids who want Cena gear at the events wouldn't want Cena gear anymore. Unfortunately, they can't go the way of The Rock (Face, then heel until the crowd LOVES your heel persona, then back to face as your heel persona) because John is making them too much money with concessions, and they have to stay PG.

LOL at this statement, as I see them fighting at next year's WM.

Backlund is a badass, and a legend...fuck you...lol

Agreed

I don't see Ryback's attack on Cena as being heelish, but that's just me.

As for the RAW crowd in NJ, the best as well as the most entertaining crowd they've had in years. I bet that NJ crowd had the WWE wishing they could edit the crowd reactions for RAW like they do for Smackdown (if they already didn't wish that already).

We all know how commercials work, so where have they been in other Wrestlemania's?

Obviously I meant CM Punk. But..DUH!..fits knowing ya can't make that mistake on a messageboard with everyone dying to pounce.

Reigns will be a major player by this time next year, yep, a prediction.

Ryback needs a manager, it seems he has...0...skills on the mic.

Cena started off as heel in the OVW, he'd make a great heel. And don't be surprised if we don't see that.

Bob Baklund was not a badass, he was even called...Howdy Doody, OX Baker, Adullah the Butcher, Brusier Brody.....badasses.

Big E Langston is another guy who needs another gig, he looks the part, obviously we don't know about his all important mic skills.

Reigns is powerful...but needs mic skills.

Ryback will fade, just like any monster with no mic skills. May take a while, but he'll fade.

I know Cena's been a heel before...He was a heel in WWE...when he first was the Doctor of Thuganomics, he was a heel. I'm talking about now, though..not the past...they make too much money off his face character. It could happen...but I doubt it.

Backlund is a legend. period...

I don't think E has mic skills..that's why he's parked behind Ziggler right now. If he gets some, he'll be really good.

I don't see that at all. The movie thing just bled over into the rasslin'. The Ryback situation totally difference, if ya recall he came up with the NEXUS. He just stood out like Reigns does with The Sheild.

The Fandango? bit is an old one, it goes back to the late 50's and Ricki Starr.

I know he came up with NXT...just saying he reminds me a lot of Zeus...the attitude and intensity...and lack of mic skills.

Too bad tagteam rasslin' gets treated like it does today. No more great/legendary duos. So many teams that were just that tagteams, they weren't two rasslers just thrown together. They came in the business as a tagteam. Where are the brother teams? Used to be tons of them real or imagined.

Booker T came in the business as a tagteamer as did Shawn Michaels. Hell, Sting and the Ultimate Warrior started out as a tagteam. What were they called, hell if I can remember. Star-something.

I guess The Shield would be the closest thing to what I'm talking about. Would love to have seen Ryback and Big E.Langston as a tagteam coming in. Hmmmm?....with a manager.

Brother teams (real or imagined)

The Torres Brothers...were three
The Grahams
The Neilsons
The Von Brauners
The Von Stroheims...three
The Bastiens
The Brunettis
The Gallaghers
The Vachons
The LeDucs
The Valiants...three
The Kalmikoffs
The Von Steigers
The Volkoffs
The Lisowskis
The Stanlees
The Briscos
The Fargos

Each week I grow more and more impressed with The Shield.

Not a big fan of Fandango, but the Fandangoing is pretty cool.

I wish crowds would try and outdo each other each week. If the crowds are rowdy it makes RAW that much more entertaining, imo.

Rushing him to the main event scene due to Cena's injury and Punk being a heel killed his streak. This crappy heel turn killed his momentum. He's not even a well enough tweener but this run may get him there if they do it right. But creative has been shit so they'll probably fuck it up

Like most everyone else I got into pro wrestling as a kid, obviously at first you know nothing about storylines and politics, that comes later. Some even think it's real, just not for long.......I hope. While it's still there for me I'm not so sure it would be if not for the DVR. Being able to fast forward past all those commercials and crap matchs has saved it. No way I 'd be watching it today without that ability. I figure we get (son and I) maybe a half hour or so of watchable action. That 's not good.

The talent just isn't there right now. And the talent they do have isn't being used right. Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, Brock Lesnar and Triple H need to play a bigger role. Way too much...The Sheild...Mark Henry...Shamus.. instead. Yes I know it's all about $$$$$$$$$$ but I'm just a fan so I'm thinking of me/the fan when I say dump Smackdown. There simply isn't enought talent to go around.

I think Fandango is okay in the ring, but the guy sucks as a dancer. And Summer Rae is not much better. I preferred the first dancer (Andrea Lynn) because of her dancing (especially the booty shaking dances) and her tremendous facial expressions. Andrea Lynn was the only good thing about that gimmick.

There is no big deal about AJ. In fact, there is no big deal about any of the divas right now. I don't think any fan that watches each week would care at all if there were no divas division. Right now WWE struggles to fit in a 5 minute divas segment into a 3 hour show because all of them are crowd killers and bathroom break idiots.

Maxine from WWE NXT 3 should be in AJ's spot right now tbh. She would of made a great heel in the Divas division and is by far a superior actress and mic worker than any current WWE diva. I mean AJ, Kaitlyn, Naomi, and Aksana get called up to the main roster, but not Maxine? No wonder she quit.

Yeah, and every other diva is basically either a generic babyface or a generic heel. It's been that way for quite sometime. The WWE doesn't really put that much effort when it comes to the Divas.

In the 80s-early 90s, the moneymaking model was the face champion holding off heel challengers.

Nowadays, it's morphed into the face main eventer chasing the heel champion, and the challenge is keeping the face over enough that fans stay involved in the chase even if it's extended out.

I'd prefer a clean Bryan victory, but a Bryan victory followed by an Orton heel turn/cash in is acceptable, if it keeps the chase going. It also smoothly transitions Cena out so he can heal up.

My definition of 'clean' is Cena losing to Punk at MITB 2011. Sure, there was shenanigans, but the result itself was not directly due to interference.

Given the storyline, McMahon shenanigans is inevitable, but Bryan winning a la Punk in 2011 is more than acceptable for me.

WWE Superstar Reveals That He's Gay
by Chris Cash (http://www.wrestlezone.com/profiles/239949-wzchriscash)

August 15, 2013

WWE superstar Darren Young was caught at the airport by TMZ this weekend, and admitted that he was gay.
Young said he was happy, comfortable with his sexuality, and that his preference doesn't affect his ability to do his job. The interviewer asked if this was "coming out" moment, and Young responded with "I guess if you want to call it 'coming out'..I really don't know what to say it is, but I'm just letting you know, that I'm happy with who I am".

They had to put that match in there to let the crowd settle down after that Punk-Brock classic. Putting Cena-Bryan on immediately after would have ruined the atmosphere as the crowd would still have been burnt out from the previous match. I would have put the Divas match there myself, but whatever.

Go back to previous PPVs - they almost always insert some filler between the co-main event and main event to settle the crowd down.

HHH as the puppet master works for both concerns because he can cut his trademark smug promos to back up Orton, and if Orton does get Wellness'd, he can switch the belt to someone else or (stay with me for a second) even himself.

After what happened to Bryan at Summerslam, him beating HHH for the title would be equally as satisfying as beating Orton for it.

I don't see the Wyatts becoming faces because their gimmick is suited to being heels.

I'll give credit where credit is due. Triple H has done a great job playing the heel in this storyline. He's one of those guys that's easy to hate. Not a fan of The Big Crybaby's role in this storyline (nor am I a fan of the Big Show in general).

I do to laugh when Stephanie says that Big Show was her favorite wrestler when she was 12 years old even though the Big Show is only 4 years older than Stephanie, debut in the WWE in 1999 when Stephanie was 22 years old, and debut as a wrestler in 1995 in WCW when Stephanie was around 18 or 19. Talk about re-writing history.

Also apparently Big Show doesn't have an iron clad contract.

Based on the booking and storyline flow that's taken place so far, there are two logical ways for the Night of Champions main event to conclude:

1) Bryan wins the title and goes into a back-and-forth battle with Orton for it over the next few PPVs;
2) Bryan doesn't win the title (either by screwjob or by winning via DQ) and the battle escalates to involve more faces.

Considering the slow burn they're taking with Big Show, Ziggler, and maybe even Miz, I think the latter is more likely. Not to mention this whole Management vs Workers thing is right up Punk's alley (once he finishes up with the Heyman feud).

Its one thing for him to job to Cody Rhodes twice and to RVD twice, but he's also jobbing to R-Truth, the Miz, and from what I read on the Smackdown spoilers he's going to job to Santino in 2 minutes thanks to that stupid move known as the cobra. What's next? Will Sandow be jobbing to Zach Ryder next week? I know that the WWE don't value the WHC as much as they value the WWE Championship, but you would think that the WWE would want to book the MITB winner for the WHC to look somewhat strong. Just horrible booking by the WWE.

If Vince had a brain...

Get Roman Reigns away from The Shield, he has the look and enought skill/mic skill to make it work. Put him in a feud with Ryback.

Start working on a huge CM Punk/Daneil Bryan feud. Which will carry on until Wrestlemania, that will be the man event.

Randy Orton and Brock Lesnar...why not?

Cena will be back in time for Wrestlemania so why not put him in a feud with Alberto Del Rio?

Imagine Mark Henry and Big E. Langston as a tag team. Hell the Miz and Ziggler as a tag team.

Curtis Axle and Wade Barrett...hmmm?

Not too late to turn Kane back into the monster. A Big Show vs Kane feud.

Dump the Fandango bit, do something else with the guy.

What I didn't get was when did RVD become some legendary performer, he was never all that. A second tier performer at best.

Hopefully Jericho will be back for Wrestlemania.

Obviously the talent right now is at an all time low, no wonder they are trying to manufacture a star in Bryan. Without...Michaels, Cena, TripleH, The Rock, The Undertaker, Stonecold....they need some help.

No, but then again outside of RVD and Cena every other cash in has been a pussy cash in.

Roman Reigns has no mic skill...where the hell do you get he has mic skill? He's the one who never talks..Ambrose has the talent of that groupPERIOD

CM Punk/Daniel Bryan would be a great fued. They're best friends, and would work great together. I agree 100%

Orton/Lesnar could work...but it won't happen...Lesnar won't be in long enough to build something that makes sense. Plus you'd have to turn Orton face again...that won't be happening anytime soon.

Cena will be back at the Rumble, and immediately put back into the title picture. Orton/Cena at WM for the belt...I'm calling it now.

I agree Henry needs to team with another big...but not Langston..Show. Henry and Big Show would be phenomenal. Miz and Ziggler might work, if Ziggler wasn't too big to be in a tag team. The big stars don't usually stay in teams long...singles is where it's at when it comes to storylines.

Axel/Barrett would work...but not until Axel dumps Heyman.

Kane will be a monster...but a face monster, when he returns and destroys the Wyatt's. Then he'll go back to the normal guy...it was working, why stop it?

Agree with the Fandango statement. He needs to be a psycho guy...along the lines of Jericho when he smashed HBK's face into the television.

RVD is amazing. If you don't get that, I don't know what to tell you. It's not just his performance...it's his ability to sell. Ziggler has the same talent. He's phenomenal, and always keeps the crowd behind him.

I hope Jericho will be back too, though he doesn't have a timetable. He says right now he's not a WWE wrestler...though he thinks he will be again.

The talent is not at an all time low by any means..they just weren't prepared. This is a problem with the WWE..they don't build up their mid card talent enough to make them main event talent in case of emergencies. Sandow could be phenomenal...instead he's going to lose on Smackdown in a couple of minutes to Santino Marella. I like what they're doing with Cody Rhodes right now...they're going to build him up into something special, I think.

On a side note, I hate what they're doing with Ryback...the bully thing is done...it's taking him to the back of the line. How you take a guy that big and make him look like a pussy is beyond me.

Yes the talent level in the WWE is at an all time low, no Cena, no Shamas, no Jericho. We have one bonafide Hall of Famer only...Orton. That's weak! Look at you talking up Sandow, that right there tells us just how weak the roster is right now.

Ryback vs pushing some little dude around back stage, he shoves him into a passing by Roman Reigns....there it is.

Lesnar's contract is up at WM if I'm not mistaken...not enough time to build a match like that. And you have to have a heel vs. face in a fued unless it's legends...Orton and Lesnar aren't legends yet.

Big Bad Powerful Black Destroyers? Wow...that sounds REALLY racist. Henry/Show would be better, and they make more sense, as they've both been attacked by The Shield recently.

You do know it's called entertainment right? Working the crowd is what makes you great. And RVD is good at it. So I guess Rey Mysterio, Mil Mascaras, and Eddie Guerrero were all tumblers, huh? RVD is a luchador style wrestler without the mask and a little extreme (see the Van Terminator)

Sandow is a talent..they just haven't figured out a good character for him yet. His current character is horrible. Cena and Sheamus will both return at the Rumble...I'd almost put money on it. Show is a HOFer, Punk is a HOFer, Bryan and Ziggler could be great, if you don't bury them, Not sure why Ezekiel Jackson has disappeared. He'd be a good one. So we disagree that there is no talent...I think the talent is there...just not the writing. The Rebuilding of the Corporation and the Punk/Heyman angle is the first decent writing I've seen in forever.

Ambrose doesn't have the look while Reigns does.

I wish I had a buck for everytime I've seen a heel vs heel feud that is as old as wrestling it's self. Lesnar can't sign a new contract?

You must have forgotten....Harlem Heat, and cool this silly..that's racist...ok? I deal with reality, no need to play pretend. Henry and Langston a far more interesting team than having Show there.

You do know when a guy is on the top rope ready to pounce but has to stop to....R V D... that it looks corny....right?

No Sandow isn't a talent, he's just another wrestler. There is no doubt the current active stable of wrestlers in the WWE is about as untalented as it's ever been. I was into it when it was the WWWF, back in the Sammartino days. You mentioned Orton not being a legend, well there it is. And he's the biggest star they have right now.

Looks don't always matter. Daniel Bryan isn't exactly a beautiful specimen himself.

Yes, Lesnar can sign a new contract, but he isn't exactly sure he's going to do that. And Heel vs. Heel would work if both heels are interesting. Orton is interesting..Lesnar is not. He's a big bully type character who has a voicebox (Heyman). I know I wouldn't be interested in that fued.

No..I haven't forgotten Harlem Heat...I met both of them..great guys. Henry and Langston would have been cool a long time ago in the Nation of Domination. And they might be interesting now, but the World's Largest Athlete and the World's Strongest Man makes for more interesting television in my opinion.

RVD is an American luchador..one of the few..he's talented...I won't argue with you anymore about him.

Sandow is talented. Very talented. The WWWF days weren't more talented than the current days. The sport/show has evolved. Today's superstars would dominate the guys of old, because this is about entertainment...and you HAVE to be entertaining now outside of the ring on the mic AND inside. I look back at old promos with superstars from the 80's and laugh. So horrible. The only guys with mic skills back then were on the top. Now, just to be in the WWE Training Grounds you have to be excellent on the mic. Proof? I give you Shaun Ricker. A talented wrestler WWE just signed who also happens to be great on the mic. He was on The Hero tv show as well...and he's not even on television...he's still trying to get into the big leagues out of the training ground.

XFlQX4Xk67w

Sandow has a LOT of promise and WILL be a champion. I hate his character right now..but I see it in him. It's like Antonio Cesaro. A LOT of talent, but the writers have no idea what to do with them. Same thing with DiBiase and why he left WWE. Damn shame that he took off, but he had no choice. He's BEEN cleared for months now, but the writers couldn't come up with anything decent to bring him back to television, so he quit. A future champion with a lot of promise...gone, because nobody could figure out a fucking storyline? Garbage.

You're totally missing the point on Reigns. Why was ....

Goldberg
Batista
Lesnar
Ryback

....there? Yep...looks!!!!!!!!!!!!! The big monster, Reigns is a big dude.

I think Lesnar is very interesting/entertaining, far more than Sandow who nobody really cares about.

Totally wrong about Henry & Langston.

You must have never seen....

Freddie Blassie
Nick Bockwinkle
Superstar Billy Graham
The Destroyer
Lou Thesz

....do a promo.

I do agree about the writing/storylines totally sucking and it is a shame about DiBiase. I really do believe me and you could do a better job...dead serious!

Daneil Bryan is getting the big push because the fans can relate to him. Ordinally looking guy getting screwed over by the establishment, that sells because most identify with it. That's what that is all about.

Goldberg was a phenomenon...Batista had mic skills. Lesnar has a mouthpiece, and Ryback hasn't done shit yet. Just sayin. I'm not knocking Reigns..he has the look...he just needs mic work. Settle down there, turbo.

Nobody cares about Sandow right now because he hasn't done anything. He has mic skills and in-ring talent...if he gets a push, people will care.

I'm not saying Henry and Langston wouldn't work..I'm just saying Henry and Show would be more interesting. Does everything have to be a fucking argument with you?

You proved my point. Only the guys on top were good at promos back then. Blassie, Bockwinkle, Superstar, Lou, even The Destroyer were good. They were pretty good on the mic too. But like I said...it's evolved. They weren't The Rock...Stone Cold...Undertaker. These guys could cut a promo that would make their hair stand up on the back of their necks.

Sandow is only a middle of the packer because that's where they have him. His talent level when combined is above some of the main event guys right now. Just need the right story and character. The guys back in the day could not hang with the current and Attitude era stars on the mic..it's evolved too much...proof is right here...3 of the best promos of all time...and they're all Attitude era and after.

Bully Ray is definitely better in TNA than he was in the WWE, but he was mostly a tag team guy that got limited mic work in the WWE and had no character development. The only time that Bully Ray was even in singles competition in the WWE was when they started the brand extention and he wasn't given a character at all. Bully in TNA has shown that he's decent on the mic, is able to draw heat, and is the lone bright spot (outside of Tessmacher) of that jobber group known as Ace & Eights.

I'm glad that the WWE during Breast Cancer Awareness Month is involving everyone on the roster this year instead of the previous year where they only involved Cena and were using it hoping to get Cena cheered.

Ziggler had to change his usual pink attire so Cena was the only wrestler wearing pink during that month. Stupid.

The great tag teams are in the WWE now...they just don't get pushed as much because they focus on singles, unfortunately. A couple of guys who could be one of the greatest of all time is in the WWE right now..The Usos. They're amazing. I also think the Rhodes brothers could be a good tag team as well.

Just a rumor..but the sources are pretty solid. Hasn't been confirmed yet though, so take it for what it is. Wouldn't surprise me a bit. Didn't resign with TNA...posed for a picture on his Twitter holding a replica WWE Championship belt...signs are pointing towards it. Problem is, Hogan is literally in such bad physical condition that taking a simple flat back bump could cripple him for life.

Goldust is reportedly signed until Wrestlemania, and I think the most logical way to book him until then would be as follows:

1) Rhodes Brothers keep the belts until after Survivor Series, maybe up to the Rumble at the latest.
2) Goldust turns on Cody while dropping the belts.
3) The ensuing feud gets blown off at WM, and hopefully cements Cody as at least a semi-main event face.

The best review of a wrestling event you'll ever read

At around a quarter to seven PM, I took about two grams of psilocybe cubensis mushrooms with another redditor at an undisclosed location. We then took the #135 bus deep into east Vancouver to see WWE live at the Agrodome [aka Pacific Coliseum].
The effects hit me strong when we get off the bus at Hastings and Renfrew. The mild stomach discomfort becomes a peculiar warm and cuddly sensation all over my body. We are both giggling as we walk towards the searchlights in the distance.
When we get into the arena, the opening match is already in progress and literally everyone in the arena is chanting 'Axel sucks.' We can't figure out how to get to the floor and end up walking up and down the stairs several times before we find our seats. I see an elderly Indian woman in a John Cena t-shirt and my eyes start watering for some reason.
Xavier Woods enters the ring wearing a sparkly jacket. His entrance video looks like an animated gif image. He becomes my favourite wrestler. During the match, I experience severe time dilation as Hunico gives him a backdrop and then puts him in a chinlock again and again. I feel as though the match is stuck in an infinite loop and Hunico will continue to backdrop Xavier Woods forever. They do this spot for what feels like five or six times before Xavier finally backflips out of it and takes Hunico to the woodshed. Someone behind me yells that Xavier Woods looks like Richard Pryor and I spend a lot of time thinking about whether that was racist or not, considering he doesn't.

.......

Shows how over Bryan is, that Batista can come back and the people hate him for winning the rumble. They're gonna have to give second thoughts to Batista/Orton at WM. I don't see two heels fighting for the championship at WM. I think Orton could lose the title at the Chamber if they can't get Batista over as a face. I don't see it happening. Either shows how important the business is to Cena (being able to continue to play a face throughout constant boos for years now) or how little it means to Batista (flipping a fan off and mocking Daniel Bryan after boos for one night) being that Batista was being brought back as a face, but the fans treated him just like when he left 4 years ago.

Not sure, if WWE was setting this up all along or just stumbled into it, but that is GREAT for them!

Bryan is the perfect "I'm kept down and can't to nothing about it"-guy that people love. The mega-face if you want so (face in IWC, face in WWE, face in real life). Everyone is saying: "F***, I can't beliefe how they keep him down"...when he lost his title, when he had to go through the Team Hell No thing (which was fun, but kept him down again), when he couldn't get/keep the title vs. Orton (while main eventing every PPV).

Following the Rumble, there was so much buzz not only in IWC circles but beyond. Thats the best thing heppening to WWE since Rocky coming back.

Now imagine Bryan winning the WWE title 2 months ago. Would we still love him? YES!!! Would he deserve it? YES!!! Would there still be a lot of buzz? NO!!!

That beeing said: WWE would be stupid not having Bryan standing in the middle of the ring with the WWE-belt in his hands and the whole wrestling universe going bonkers, when the WM30 credits roll.
If they drop that opportunity its over for most fans. They won't be satisfied when he breaks through at Summerslam or whenever. It has to be WM30 as it will give WWE one of the best WM moments ever (while something like Batista:Orton/Batista:Lesnar would backfire so much!

Lets take a look at the WM card...random thoughts (and I may update it every few weeks):

Bryan vs. HHH
...now that Punk may be gone.

Cena vs. Bray Wyatt
Hopefully that will happen, as it puts Cena into a match that could be interesting while not headlining the event...he even could get pops from older fans, as Wyatt is a great heel and nobody would get the feeling, Cena is getting blown sugar up his arse again). Sadly it probably will be...

Shield vs. Wyatts though.
Which could be good, but also opens Cena up again. It also kills...

Big E vs. Ambrose for Midcard Unification
Nice and worthy WM matchup if only as opener. May happen earlier.

Batista vs. Orton for WWE Championship
I can see a good buildup happening (The Evolution, Face of the WWE and so on). But I'm still not sold on it, rather believing in...

Batista vs. Lesnar for WWE Championship
...as it would be more interesting and Lesnar is the better name to the WM attendance (which usually isn't as deep into wrestling as...say...the TLC attendance).

or

Batista vs. Orton vs. Lesnar for WWE Championship
Which I'd like the most if Bryan isn't part of that title match.

Batista vs. Orton vs. Bryan for WWE Championship
It would feel like Bryan is just thrown into something, he wasn't supposed to be thrown in.

Cody vs. Golddust
Everyone wants to see it, BUT do we really want to? I'd say: Tease a splitup, then have them bond together even stronger, when nobody believes in it. Then retire Golddust (whenever he wants to).

AJ vs. ??? for Divas Championship
Natty probably is the frontrunner here...maybe Tamina. Either way: I see AJ losing her title at WM30 if she is allowed to defend it. Chances are, some playboy divas match or celebrity womens match will take that spot and it SUX!

??? vs. ??? for Tag Team Championship
Wow thats hard. Will the NAO keep the title until then? I'd say one of the teams probably will be the Usos and at one point before or at WM30 they will get the belts.

Taker vs. ???
Lesnar? Cena? What about Bryan with Bryan winning? (not that I'd belive he would win, but its possible as Taker is the ultimate company guy and Bryan is the perfect guy to get this honor)

Bryan vs. Sheamus
Thats what WWE seems to beplanning on, but it sux big time to have Bryan in such a meaningless match.

Others worth mentioning:
Del Rio
Big Show
Sandow
Ziggler
Miz
Kingston
Cesaro
Ryback

...everything and nothing could happen with them. Lets hope at least Cesaro, Ziggler and Sandow get something (meaning kickoff show is sad but better than nothing).

And then there is a bunch of Legends which may or may not show up: HBK, Warrior, Hogan,... but there is no way to predict their roles right now. I doubt any of them will wrestle and if, then only in a tag match without any meaning.

They need to give Roman Reigns a huge push, he simply has "it".

WM

Batista vs Randy Orton
CM Punk vs Daneil Bryant
Brock Lesnar vs John Cena
Roman Reigns vs The Sheild

The rest won't matter.

Wow, CM Punk is probably gone and Bryan may take his spot vs. HHH!

Somewhat can live with Bryan vs. HHH instead of a WWE-title match as long as it is the (final) Mainevent of WM30 and Bryan wins.

But if Punk is gone, WWE is f***ed!

:lmao If CM Punk truly is gone, which I am not 100% convinced that this isn't a storyline yet, then WWE just lost a huge cult following

:lmao CM Punk pretty much bolting after the worst script in the history of the Royal Rumble

bryan vs. hhh
orton vs. batista
cena vs. bray
taker vs. brock

It would be awsome, if the WM crowd just wents silence for the whole Orton:Batista match at WM....making WWE pay for their mistakes at the biggest event in 10 years.

Good luck for WM40 WWE!

Punk is gone...I can almost guarantee it. He's burned out...beat up...and has hated what's been going on lately. When he came back with the idea of changing things, he was serious. Nothing has changed, and he felt he wasn't getting anywhere, and it had gotten to the point where he didn't care anymore. Yes, they lost a cult following, and yes, it is very much not "Best for Business"

Been into pro wrestling since the days of Gorgeous George, the original "Nature Boy", Killer-Brusier-Crusher etc.

It's worst off now than it's ever been, I end up fast forwarding past 70% of it. What are those in control thinking? It's as if they don't shit about how to make it work. I couldn't be more disappointed with what's going on now, it's bad! You don't waste a Roman Reigns, the Wyatts???????????, bringing back Batista to headline WM after being gone for how long?

Rich idiots without a clue about what they are doing.

Wyatts an awful performer I wad hoping the match with Bryan last month was a sign he improved bit looks like that was all dbry. The dub hs decided to push reigns to the moon when the shield split though.

Wyatt is a heel though and they can get away with being inadequate performers in the ring and besides he can talk. It's unfortunate that WWE has not seem to learn their lesson and are still pushing guys based on a certain look that can get Vince off and not actual entertainment value. Reigns can't wrestle and he can't cut a promo but he is supposed to be their new guy lol

This is....pro rasslin'....ok? It's all about putting butts in the seats/$$$$$$$$$$$. Nobody gives a fat fuck about actual wrestling ability, just ask Hulk Hogan, John Cena, The Roadwarriors, Batista, Goldberg, Dick the Brusier etc etc. Reigns is a former college footballer who has the look. His in ring performances on a par with those ..SUPERSTARS...I mentioned. His mic skills are good enought he doesn't have to be Dusty Rhodes.

Thats just plain wrong. Look what Haper did in that match and what Bray did vs. Bryan at the Rumble! Yeah a lot of credit has to go Rollins and Bryans way and the Wyatts don't look that exciting against behemoth opponents (who does?)...but having a guy of Harpers sice suicide dive through the robes is pretty impressive.
