Amazing that the Cavs are doing this without a coach.

He's going to be fucked regardless against G St or Houston, but he should hope for Houston simply because they play ultra high variance basketball-- Rockets could conceivably shoot badly 3 times out of 6.. just find a way to push it to a game 7 and then anything goes b/c you're the greatest game 7 performer ever.

LeBron’s ownership of the Raptors isn’t even funny anymore it’s just sad. I mean they waited an entire year just to get shredded by James again. I guess the good news for them is LeBron might leave Cleveland this summer so there’s no need to break up the team. If they truly believe their team is championship caliber and it’s just LeBron standing in their way why not just run it back next year if he leaves the Eastern conference.

when this season is over the future is a bit murky for us following a promising season...
we have to beg for LeBron to leave his home and an annual fastpass to the Finals ...(though Stevens may change that soon).
Randle may leave and even signing PG is mo sure thing and he moves the needle far less than LeBron or even a healthy Kiwi ...
which is just to say dont know how u do this ...but I appreciate the levity because im a bit anxious right now. Even if we win it may cost us parts of our young core.

Duncan did that to the Wallace brothers on one good ankle.
Not only disingenuous but factually incorrect. Disingenuous because neither Wallace was a primary scorer so the points comparison doesn’t shock nearly as much as Lowry and DeRozan since they are #1 and #2 scorer on Toronto. Still Duncan was short on points anyway of the two Wallaces. And while the secondary stats were close, they weren’t 1 or 2 rebounds or assists difference like with LeBron. And should you make a more apt stats comparison with blocks, it’s not close.
LeBron essentially matched the combined stats sheet of Toronto’s two main stars.
Duncan statistically put up stats in the neighborhood of a combined two role players.
Again, disingenuous and untrue. Tim Duncan is the greatest PF to ever play the game. You don’t need to lie on his behalf.

If I didn’t know any better the Wallace brothers were the main defensive engines of the pistons.

Kobe didn't play in 2013 playoffs numbnuts. -20 points for being a dumbass. My point stands. Kobe is 4-2 vs Jim H2H when they both played. That's it and that's allPERIOD.

If I didn’t know any better the Wallace brothers were the main defensive engines of the pistons.
Duncan 144 points, 54-129 FG 41.9%, 99 rebounds, 15 assists, 15 blocks
Wallacex2 151 points, 68-138 FG 49.3%, 111 rebounds, 20 assists, 38 blocks
LeBron 136 points, 57-103 FG 55.3%, 33 rebounds, 45 assists
Lowry/DeRozan 138 points, 53-108 FG 49.1%, 30 rebounds, 46 assists
The defensive difference was there. Each Wallace individually had more blocks than Duncan. And despite neither being a primary scorer, the combined Wallace pair outscored Duncan and were more efficient doing so.
LeBron virtually paced the combined stats of Lowry and DeRozan while doing it very efficiently, and the scoring is what stands out because Lowry and DeRozan are the #1 and #2 scorers on Toronto, not the third and fifth best scorers like the Wallaces. There was really little reason to mention Duncan’s 2005 performance compared to Wallace and Wallace as it relates to what LeBron just did. With Duncan, it was “in the neighborhood” statistically. LeBron was almost exactly the same as the combined two scoring Raptor stars.

Sure, but Lebron wasn't guarded by two of the best defensive players in the league either.
The scoring between Duncan and Wallace were very close, but that part that stood out were the rebounds. Ben Wallace was 2nd in the league in RPG that year, and even with another defensive big men in the league next to him in Rasheed, Duncan was close to the total rebounds of the two in a 7 game series. What the Wallace brothers were to rebounding was what DeRozan and Lowry were to scoring. That was my point.

hmm
difference of 2 points = difference of 12 rebounds
2 = 12?

A subpar series, but still led the team in points, rebounds, and blocks, and also came up big in the series-deciding game. That Frontline of Detroit was devastating defensively, and maybe one of the best ever His 2001 and 2004 series vs LA comes to mind as worse.
Otherwise, I agree. LeBron was WAY more dominant in this series than Timmy in the finals. Very weird and unnecessary comparison :lol
