Found this:

The viral, 50-minute video posted on the platform Rumble on Nov. 20 features a series of spreadsheets. A video host claims the documents reveal how Dominion “distributes the votes” in Philadelphia by doing “fraction magic” to transfer “fractions between precincts.”

The claim is baseless. Dominion had no access to voting data in Philadelphia. The company has roundly denied (https://www.dominionvoting.com/) claims about vote switching and software issues with its voting systems.

Election security experts concur that there’s no evidence such fraudulent activities occurred — a broad coalition of top government and election industry officials released a statement (https://apnews.com/article/top-officials-elections-most-secure-66f9361084ccbc461e3bbf42861057a5) on Nov. 12 saying the Nov. 3 election was the “most secure in American history.”

Those facts haven’t stopped the video from amassing more than 15,000 Facebook interactions, as well as massive engagement on Twitter, where Fox Nation host Lara Logan shared it in a post retweeted more than 17,000 times.

Logan later tweeted that Edward Solomon, who is labeled as the video host, “misspoke” and “meant Pennsylvania,” not Philadelphia.

Defund the police definitely made it worse, but Imo the cause of that is Democrats having horrific messaging on the economy. Trump is the worst jobs president we’ve had since Hoover yet most voters thought he was better on the economy than Biden was. Republican presidents have been disasters for the economy for the last 30 years.

For whatever reason people equate pro-economy with pro-business. "demand side economics" is a good way to describe Dem policies maybe or something of the sort

I’m not talking about the actual issue, I’m talking about messaging. Diverting resources to more effective means is what I would call reforming the police.

I also want to be able to dial 9/11 and have police show up. That’s not a public service I’m ready to throw away.

Defund the police also means something totally different depending on who you talk to, which is another problem. There’s no clear or coherent message, just a saying that sounds radical and is easily vilified.

I don’t disagree with any of this but it’s beside the point. “Defund the police” is a really stupid hill to die on from a political perspective. If it requires this much of an explanation that means it’s DOA to the typical American voter.I get the rhetorical angle here, but basically, you're asking that policy bow to boneheaded indoctrination and I think that's bullshit.

So do a lot of people who voted for reform DAs at the county level all over the US this year. Discretion counts for a lot.

It simply sucks as a slogan lmao. It actually probably prevented progress on a popular idea like police reform much like most radical slogans do. The people voting for reform DAs don't have anything to do with this slogan being bad as all of us liberals here would vote for them and most of us think its a shit slogan

More than 1,500 attorneys sign letter condemning Trump legal team

Hundreds of attorneys across the country have signed on to an open letter condemning the legal efforts pursued by lawyers for President Trump in the hopes of overturning the 2020 election results.

An open letter from Lawyers Defending Democracy has been signed by more than 1,500 attorneys, law professors and officials in the legal profession, including some high-profile signees such as Laurel Bellows, a former president of both the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

"More than 35 losses in election-related cases have made one thing painfully clear: President Trump’s barrage of litigation is a pretext for a campaign to undermine public confidence in the outcome of the 2020 election, which inevitably will subvert constitutional democracy. Sadly, the President’s primary agents and enablers in this effort are lawyers, obligated by their oath and ethical rules to uphold the rule of law," reads the open letter.

"Bar Associations need to condemn this abuse and bar disciplinary authorities need to investigate it," it continues.

Trash and his mafiya's coup attempt has failed, with support from 99% of the Repug Congressionals.

Note:

the Repugs and 74M Trash voters would have gone along with a successful coup

because they are no longer working for democracy,

don't give the tiniest shit about Americans and America, and

have an authoritarian strategy of taking over the government,

to implement the anti-democratic fascism of Capitalism that dictates to the venal Repugs with heavy financial support.

Sooner or later, the Capitalist oligarchy will succeed, maybe with only minor blood spilling, in completely taking over govt.

America won't survive for its tricentennial.

And when this one will be thrown away, they'll go find another article in the constitution to be able to cope until the inauguration.

biden's path for victory? sit back, put his feet up, and wait. biden already has 302 electors certified (hawaii pending, as well as missouri for trump) burden is on team trump to manage to flip multiple states. those efforts have been an unmitigated disaster so far (will have to happen in court, not on twitter, unfortunately)

today marks the beginning of the federally imposed safe harbor period where states must resolve all election related disputes.

those guys will cast their votes on december 14

PA did it in 2019, it was a trade off for eliminating straight ticket votingMakes the optics even worse. Republicans allowed an unconstitutional law to stand for a year and a half and challenged it only after the Trump lost the election.
