Guilfoyle is thretening to coup Greece today, but she got her start as a US Ambassador by offering access in exchange for paying off her $100,000 AMEX bill
https://images.wsj.net/im-68256322/?width=1280&height=1280
Kimberly Guilfoyle was preparing for her congressional hearing to become U.S. ambassador to Greece (https://www.wsj.com/topics/place/greece) when she reached out to a Trump donor with an urgent request: She needed $100,000 that she said she owed American Express (https://www.wsj.com/market-data/quotes/AXP)—in a way that wouldn’t leave a paper trail.
“It won’t show up anywhere if you wire money to American Express,” she wrote on Signal, according to messages reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. “Please.”

Christos ... whom Trump once called a "good-looking guy" ... is not an elected or appointed official but a paid lobbyist ... the Wall Street Journal (https://www.wsj.com/articles/kimberly-guilfoyle-mystery-man-energy-5adeb541) reported.
The thing is ... as ambassador to Greece, Guilfoyle has reportedly tried encouraging a few foreign governments to ink gas deals with the company Aktor.
And who happens to be a registered lobbyist for the gas conglomerate and has received $160,000 in payments? You guessed it ... Christos ... this, according to the WSJ.
In addition to attending multiple meetings across several countries with Kimberly ... Christos apparently flew her to Bulgaria on a private jet.

The FBI wants to hire the Ultimate Fighting Championship to train its special agents under a one-year deal that would bypass the competitive bidding process typically used for federal contracts, according to federal records (https://sam.gov/opp/39231f8ae00a4486857af02fcb451a2b/view).
The agency claimed that the UFC is the only organization qualified to provide the training within its required time frame. The estimated cost of the proposed deal was redacted from the publicly released documents.

Kennedy would never be able to do the trial in the US because of its significant ethical concerns, Offit added. “He’s taking advantage of a developing country … Is it because children in Africa are more expendable than children here?”
Danish researchers plan to enroll 14,000 infants in Guinea-Bissau (https://www.theguardian.com/world/guinea-bissau) in the trial, giving the hepatitis B vaccine to half of the babies at birth and withholding it from the others for the first six weeks of life.
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has reportedly (https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-news/cdc-controversial-hepatitis-b-vaccine-study-1235637894/) set aside $1.6m in this year’s budget for the project, and it will be matched with private funding from the Pershing Square Foundation, which was co-founded by the billionaire activist Bill Ackman, and the Bluebell Foundation.
The CDC, the Danish researchers, Pershing Square and Nantote have not responded to the Guardian’s questions about this trial.

Trump is a big ol wuss
During a Tuesday morning prep session for his new press secretary Katie Zacharia’s first briefing at the White House, the president instructed Zacharia to tell the world that he was asking Guilfoyle to resign, people familiar with the matter said. Trump didn’t speak directly to Guilfoyle before making the decision, one of the people said.https://www.wsj.com/politics/policy/kimberly-guilfoyle-greece-ambassador-resignation-dbd7551c?st=TsDULE&reflink=desktopwebshare_permalink

so greedy and petty and selfish
Trump was annoyed at how brazen the accusations appeared to be, people who spoke with him said, and he was troubled that Guilfoyle was making money off his presidency. The president’s senior aides were growing increasingly frustrated with the negative headlines, which they worried would feed the perception of self-dealing just weeks ahead of the midterm elections.

RFK, Jr is not only in bed with snake oil salesmen, he's put them on FDA safety panels
FDA scientists presented some of these reports at the July meeting and flagged worrisome outcomes in animal experiments, such as a 2020 study (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32334036/) revealing signs of liver toxicity in rats and dogs injected with BPC-157.
Brian Lee, a liver disease specialist at the University of Southern California, was among the panel’s minority who voted against easing restrictions. Without clinical studies, he said, afflictions that take time to develop, like liver damage and cancer, might not be spotted for years: “I think this endorsement can be potentially harmful, and I cannot in good conscience vote ‘yes.’”
The panel’s newcomers disagreed. “I do not believe the FDA made a good case on issues with safety with BPC,” said Kris Wusterhausen, founder of an antiaging company in Texas, the Resurge Clinic, which sells a BPC-157 product for $149.
“Once you’ve seen the effects of BPC,” he said, “you can’t unsee it.”

Patel is comparatively weak on crime
FBI getting weaker too
With fewer agents and a strained budget, the FBI under its director, Kash Patel, has brought thousands fewer criminal cases than previous administrations, an MS NOW review of Justice Department data shows. The findings rebut Patel’s repeated claims that he has led a crackdown on violent crime.Patel has boasted (https://x.com/FBIDirectorKash/status/2101332939644506267) that the FBI has arrested 54,000 violent criminals, which he describes as a 90% increase in arrests from the same period in the Biden administration. What he doesn’t mention is that his count is inflated by including arrests that state and local police forces and other federal agencies have made when an FBI employee is present.
Many of those arrests are not FBI cases, the FBI acknowledges.
In reality, the FBI has referred 15% fewer criminal cases for federal prosecution during the second Trump administration than during the same period in the Biden administration. And, while the FBI does not break down its criminal referrals into types of cases, the data also shows that the DOJ prosecuted 15% fewer cases of violent crimes during the first 16 months of the Trump administration than during the same period of the Biden administration.
There were nearly 3,800 fewer people charged federally with violent crimes during the first part of the second Trump administration than during the comparable Biden period — the opposite of what Patel says. That figure includes cases referred from all federal agencies, not just the FBI.

The purchase of several aircraft by the Department of Homeland Security during the final days of former Secretary Kristi Noem’s tenure is tied to an “ongoing criminal law enforcement investigation,” the department’s Privacy Office told The Washington Sun.
The acknowledgement, made as part of the department’s denial of an Oct. 14 Freedom of Information Act request (https://static.washingtonsun.com/36/95/196f06b1438eb320729cea366428/2027-hqfo-00101-final-response.pdf), added that “DHS can neither confirm nor deny the existence of records responsive to this portion of the request. Confirming or denying the existence of such records could reasonably be expected to interfere with ongoing or prospective enforcement proceedings.”
Earlier this month, Noem came under renewed scrutiny after The New York Times reported (https://www.nytimes.com/2026/10/04/us/politics/kristi-noem-planes-donor.html) that DHS purchased five airplanes from a political donor, Daedalus Aviation Corporation, at a “substantial markup.”https://www.washingtonsun.com/legal/kristi-noem-dhs-airplanes-foia

brain worms talking
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said on Wednesday that he would allow (https://www.hhs.gov/sites/default/files/hhs-503a-peptide-enforcement-discretion-policy-appendix-b.pdf) widespread patient access to unapproved peptide injections made popular by internet influencers, sparking serious concern among drug safety experts.
The plan would bypass the most standard Food and Drug Administration safeguards for approving drugs, such as tests to see if the compounds work better than a placebo and whether they might cause cancer or birth defects. To do so, Mr. Kennedy announced “enforcement discretion,” meaning he will tacitly allow companies to produce the unproven injections without going through the usual review process.
Mr. Kennedy, who has said publicly that he has benefited from using peptides, propelled the matter forward, declaring on podcasts early this year that the F.D.A. would lift restrictions to widespread use.
But in a highly unusual turn of events, the document released Wednesday suggested that his action was unilateral and couched the decision as Mr. Kennedy’s alone. F.D.A. scientists previously advised against widespread use of the peptides, and none were present in at least one meeting Tuesday finalizing the policy.
