ESPN analyst Jay Bilas joins the consensus calling Dylan Harper hands-down the best prospect in the draft behind Cooper Flagg. Doesn't expect the Spurs to move off the pick.

Bilas: “If I were going to do something (trade-wise), I wouldn’t do it with that (No. 2 pick). I would take Dylan Harper.”



Though he knows nothing is set in stone until tomorrow night, Dylan Harper told us today in New York he enjoyed his predraft time with the Spurs and is looking forward to joining the team:

As for fit issue w/Fox and Castle, Harper said he doesn't understand the fuss is in the positionless era.

No 2 picks walk into the building and the GM gives him the keys to the franchise day 1. Harper is going to walk into the building and the Spurs are going to be like "so this is what we will need from you as a backup point guard"

Harper will play SG to start out and he's already fine with it. He said it in interviews.

Would Sarr be above Maluach? It’s close for me and that’s around where I think he would land in this years list of prospects.

I don't think he would have because of the weak level of the Australian league and because there's a huge diff in their athletic abilities, Sarr acts like a finesse player when Maluach looks like a potential un guardable monster on the floor.
