Did you see John Oliver's segment on felon voting rights in Florida where people would have to go to Tallahassee and plead their case directly to Scott to get their voting rights restored? Sad like $10 minimum wage, expanding medicaid or going into a universal healthcare is considered moderate but I guess it is. Just going to $9 or $10 minimum wage paying off social security and even lowering the full minimum social security age to like 62 or 63 would be phenomenal for me

I want to make the end of people's lives easier and also its a proven, popular program so would be a well liked move. Also, a way to stand up to Rs who have been trying to minimize/gut/do away with it since FDR's days by pushing in the other direction and expanding it
