Cavs were up 22 pts this game... their 3rd straight loss.

Lebron looked slow on that drive... pass this summer tbh.
As others said, his body will finally go kaput if the Spurs max him out.
Funny they called that out of bounds step and not Gianis' game winner against OKC. How the mighty have fallen.

Why the fuck would he wanna join this trainwreck? He'd definitely have a better chance elsewhere (not the Lakers obviously). Lebron on the Sixers would be pretty sick.
Totally agree. But if the Lakers hire Fizdale, it could be a wink-wink for Lebron?

Tim Duncan would have just ingnored the guy, Duncan was as tough as nails on the court. Klay needs to not let stuff like that get to him, the fans don't like you deal with it.

It's a new generation of players. A lot of these guys are soft I remember going to Hornet games during the 90's and hearing people curse at the players all the time. It hardly ever phased any of the players back then.

The NBA already dealt with this stuff with Kobe back in '04. The only way the Me Too movement can harm the NBA is if one of the top stars of the league such as Lebron,Curry,Durant is involved in a sexual assault scandal. It's inevitable there will be players who get in these types of situations but as long as it's not the leagues most popular stars then the league will be fine.

Ehh I don't see LeBron coming to the Spurs at this point before he retires, but I also don't see him not being max contract worthy at 34 or 35, even if he declines some physically he just brings too much to the table to no still be great.

Helps when you're playing on such a stacked team. All he really has to do is knock down his wide open looks from mid-range and then fill his role defensively. Perfect role player for them.

I agree it was which it isn't anymore and therefore the media should stfu about this matchup. I heard Stephen A scream "Durant has come at Lebron oh my god he's made a statement in both games this year of not backing down to Lebron and just coming at him. " The media is on Kevin's nut now expect them to say pretty soon that he's the best player in the league and the Warriors are the greatest dynasty of all time. Warriors would sweep the Rockets. If the Warriors go on a playoff run of 16-1 again or 16-0 it's going to be funny to hear how the media and talking heads like Stephen A try to spin it. I can see them saying some stupid shit like this :lol "Well even though the Warriors dominated the playoffs this year again they weren't as dominant as last year. Instead of blowing out teams by 30 they were only winning by 20 which is a sign that they are beatable." Unfortunately there will always be a lot of stupid people that will tune in to these games believing the Warriors are beatable much like those people who wasted money on Floyd Mayweather's PPV fights in hopes of seeing him lose .

Who cares. Bell is a scrub that gets overrated in here due to being in the Warriors system. Put Joff on the Warriors and he would like the second coming of Arvydas Sabonis. Hell put your boy Kyle on the Warriors and he becomes Magic Johnson. Warriors can make scrubs look good. Last year they made Javale McGee look like a solid NBA player.

He may not look as good as Bell in their system but he would be solid for them. It would be hard for Joff not to look good for them when he finds himself wide open underneath the basket for a layup or a dunk on nearly every possession. Plus the refs would give him the benefit of the doubt on the defensive end and allow him to get a way with a few more fouls than he's able to do in San Antonio. Also he would be able to get away with illegal screens just like Zaza is for them.

The Cleveland Cavaliers held an emotional team meeting prior to Monday’s practice, where several players challenged the legitimacy of Kevin Love leaving OKC loss on Saturday ill and missing Sunday’s practice, league sources tell ESPN.
Adrian Wojnarowski @wojespn

In a locker room increasingly full of finger-pointing, Love defended himself and explained his side to teammates, coaches and management, sources said. At end of meeting, there was a sense with some that team had worked out some issues, but that ultimately remains to be seen.

E'Twuan Moore has been pretty damn good this year, and since Rondo came back and Jrue Holiday moved to the 2 he's been great. When I do watch them they tend to make retarded decisions on both sides of the ball regularly and they lack discipline. Give them a better coach and they're prolly right there with Minny.

You are probably right with them being a better team if they had a better coach. I saw them 3 times this year against the Warriors blow big double digit leads. They have potential to be great but they have to make a few changes and like you said getting a new coach is one. They also need a legit 3 and some better perimeter players.

Very scary looking injury. Tbh, I am surprised they sat him on his tail to roll him out. That plus the mention of their stabilizing his left leg makes it seem better than I thought at first.
The first thing that came to my mind was that I never saw him move either leg after he pulled himself off the court. I was afraid he did some damage to his lower vertebrae and nerves. I was fearing paralysis of the guy's legs, tbh. A really hard-nosed defender. Hope it's a leg, and he recovers fully.

Was getting my games confused - my bad. Should have said went toe to toe with Boston despite the absent players.
Boston will be competitive in the future with the west teams but is still an echelon below GS/Hou. Wouldn’t be surprised if they win the East given what a mess the Cavs are.
Spurs are in the murky zone below the Celtics right now, but a healthy Spurs roster and Spurs would edge them slightly (ex Hayward). But probably won’t matter for either team.

I met John Wall about 5 years ago at a bowling alley called Pinz out here in LA. It was brief, but he came off as a huge douche bag tbh. And that was before he was a big NBA name. He's probably worse now.

The one off Hollywood Blvd? I lived two blocks from there. Ran into Kid Rock at the same place (if it's the same one). He was a punk also.

I was just thinking how odd it is that the Westbrook hype has died down a lot this season, no one is really talking about him for MVP even though he is once again almost averaging a TD over the season...i think he's .5 rpg off of 25/10/10. Crazy to think he might actually do it in back to back years. If OKC keeps winning i'm sure he'll gain some late traction in the MVP race

Doubt it'll be much traction. Everything I've seen, read, and heard since last season indicates that many went against their gut instinct of NOT voting Westbrook for MVP and feel guilty for voting for a guy solely because of stats. Word is that, even if he repeats the feat, most won't cast their vote for him a second time and, instead, give it to their first choices (Harden and, now, LeBron since Kawhi is out) last year.
He'll also likely be docked a few votes for having George and Melo on his team this season.

Because Giannis was crowned before the season started.

You're probably right, but Lebron is fading imo because his team has been really meh this year and have actually been pretty bad as of the last month or so. Harden is probably the favorite which I dont get either because he's missed some time plus CP3 has arguably been just as if not more important for Houston so i feel like Harden should be getting docked points same way that Curry/KD kinda cancel each other out. thats the only reason I think Westbrook can gain traction because there have been no real standouts this season

His team won't have enough wins unless they go on a serious tear imo, he's not even in the discussion really at the moment

Agreed. I think Harden gets it despite Paul. The only other option is Kyrie...maybe?

He has a decent argument, obvious leader on the #1 seed in the east while missing an allstar the entire season. He is basically having a 2011 Derrick Rose type season

Lebron Curry Harden are the only people in consideration. Maybe Durant.
