I only wish that witnesses could freely defend themselves when these traitors go after them and ask questions about hillary/deep state/fisa
Traitor Republican: "did the FBI spy on trumps campaign?"
Witness: "how do you defend the Helsinki debacle - where your president - denounced the USA intelligence and sided with the person who directed an attack on the USA?" "AND by the way Senator - did YOU accept any money from Russia - funneled through the NRA?" "Senator - is this why you are helping the traitor in chief COVER UP his crimes?"
I think that would shut those sewer holes of all those republican traitors.

Internet crushes ‘delusional’ Bill Barr for comparing his job to hitting the beaches of Normandy on D-Day
Twitter users lit up President Donald Trump’s Attorney General over the highly inappropriate analogy.
“As we’ve been watching the coverage of June 6, 1944 D-Day,
I had the thought that my arrival this time felt a little bit,
I think, like jumping into Sainte-Mère-Église on the morning of June 5,
trying to figure out where you could land without getting shot,” Barr said
“The galling arrogance of Barr comparing his bureaucratic expansion of executive branch power to the deeds of heroes who died fighting Nazis puts him on par with his boss.”

Barr McGahn held in contempt of Congress
Can Congress make Attorney General Barr testify? Here are the rules
Congress has three methods at its disposal to seek compliance with a subpoena by holding a witness in contempt, and all have shortcomings.
1. the doctrine of "inherent contempt," the House or Senate could send members of its security force to arrest and detain the witness. ... "They have a lot of guns over there." :lol
2. to hold a witness in criminal contempt under federal criminal statutes 2 U.S.C. §§192 and 194.
All federal prosecutors, including all 90-plus U.S. attorneys, work for Barr, and would be under no obligation to pursue a contempt charge.
3. Congress can seek a civil contempt citation from a judge. The Judiciary Committee, for example, could sue Barr in district court, providing a simple majority of the full House voted to authorize such an action.
"If the individual still refuses to comply, he may be tried by the court in summary proceedings for contempt of court, with sanctions being imposed to coerce their compliance,"

Explain how Trump isn't guilty of multiple felonies. All three elements of felony obstruction are right there, multiple times.
FIRST FELONY
E. Efforts to fire Mueller
Obstructive act (p. 87): Former White House Counsel Don McGahn is a “credible witness” in providing evidence that Trump indeed attempted to fire Mueller. This “would qualify as an obstructive act” if the firing “would naturally obstruct the investigation and any grand jury proceedings that might flow from the inquiry.”
Nexus (p. 89): “Substantial evidence” indicates that, at this point, Trump was aware that “his conduct was under investigation by a federal prosecutor who could present any evidence of federal crimes to a grand jury.”
Intent (p. 89): “Substantial evidence indicates that the President’s attempts to remove the Special Counsel were linked to the Special Counsel’s oversight of investigations that involved the President’s conduct[.]”
SECOND FELONY
F. Efforts to curtail Mueller
Obstructive act (p. 97): Trump’s effort to force Sessions to confine the investigation to only investigating future election interference “would qualify as an obstructive act if it would naturally obstruct the investigation and any grand jury proceedings that might flow from the inquiry.” “Taken together, the President’s directives indicate that Sessions was being instructed to tell the Special Counsel to end the existing investigation into the President and his campaign[.]”
Nexus (p. 97): At the relevant point, “the existence of a grand jury investigation supervised by the Special Counsel was public knowledge.”
Intent (p. 97): “Substantial evidence” indicates that Trump’s efforts were “intended to prevent further investigative scrutiny of the President’s and his campaign’s conduct.”
THIRD FELONY
I. Order to McGahn to deny Trump’s order to fire Mueller
Obstructive act (p. 118): This effort “would qualify as an obstructive act if it had the natural tendency to constrain McGahn from testifying truthfully or to undermine his credibility as a potential witness[.]” There is “some evidence” that Trump genuinely believed press reports that he had ordered McGahn to fire Mueller were wrong. However, “[o]ther evidence cuts against that understanding of the president’s conduct”—and the special counsel lists a great deal more evidence on this latter point.
Nexus (p. 119): At this point “the Special Counsel’s use of a grand jury had been further confirmed by the return of several indictments.” Mueller’s office had indicated to Trump’s lawyers that it was investigating obstruction, and Trump knew that McGahn had already been interviewed by Mueller on the topic. “That evidence indicates the President’s awareness” that his efforts to fire Mueller were relevant to official proceedings. Trump “likely contemplated the ongoing investigation and any proceedings arising from it” in directing McGahn to create a false record of the earlier interaction.
Intent (p. 120): “Substantial evidence indicates that … the President acted for the purpose of influencing McGahn’s account in order to deflect or prevent further scrutiny” of Trump.
FOURTH FELONY
J. Conduct toward... Manafort
Obstructive act (p. 131): “The President’s actions toward witnesses … would qualify as obstructive if they had the natural tendency to prevent particular witnesses from testifying truthfully, or otherwise would have the probable effect of influencing, delaying, or preventing their testimony to law enforcement.” ...Regarding Manafort, “there is evidence that the President’s actions had the potential” to influence Manafort’s thinking on cooperation, and his public statements “had the potential to influence the trial jury.”
Nexus (p. 132): Trump’s actions toward [Manafort and others] “appear to have been connected to pending or anticipated official proceedings involving each individual.”
Are multiple counts of obstruction of justice impeachable?

The picture the overall report paints of Trumpworld's intersections with the Russian efforts to help his campaign and harm Hillary's is every bit as damning, as much for the bumbling ineptness of Trumpworld as for their rather corrupt intent.

Dobbs' abnormal head is as fucked up as Trash's
Fox host wants ‘substantial portion’ of the FBI and CIA jailed — along with his list of ‘radical’ Democrats on Capitol Hill
Fox Business personality Lou Dobbs wants to see a “substantial portion” of the CIA and FBI jailed for investigating President Donald Trump’s alarming relationship with Russia.
“Barack Obama’s intelligence community — a substantial portion of it — particularly the CIA and FBI,
obviously involved in that covert campaign to block the presidency of Donald Trump and
to subvert him once he was elected. :lol
He said he wants “people held to account and go to jail for it.”
He also said he “would like to offer up some names of the radical Dems on Capitol Hill who should join them.”
Dobbs then added, “nevermind” :lol
and did not list the elected Democrats he believes should be jailed. :lol

RG still has a ways to go to match the number of times he reposted his Trump is compromised by Russia wall of text.
Dude, Trump just jizzed on your face again.
The clip began with Trump claiming that his son, Donald Trump, Jr., shouldn’t have gone to the FBI when he got an email promising dirt on Hillary Clinton supplied by Russia. “I’ve seen a lot of things in my life,” Trump said. “I don’t think in my whole life I’ve ever called the FBI. You don’t call the FBI.”
When Stephanopoulos tells Trump that the FBI director said Trump, Jr., should have contacted authorities, Trump said the leader of the nation’s top law enforcement agency is mistaken. “The FBI director is wrong,” he said.
The president then explained what most have assumed will be the case in 2020: that if Russia were to offer his campaign damaging information on his opponent again, he would once again have no problem accepting it. “There’s nothing wrong with listening,” Trump said before laying out a hypothetical situation involving Norway, his innocuous foreign nation of choice. “If somebody called from a country — Norway — we have information on your opponent. Oh. I think I’d want to hear it.”
Of course he colluded. He said he would in 2016, and admitted he would be happy to do so again, all over your face a day or two ago.
(shrugs)
I would guess your response is to either deny it's jizz, or to ask for more. Given how strongly delusional you have become due to your TDS, I would guess it will be the former.

Trash just gave Don McGahn a reason to testify to Congress — ‘’and it won’t be good for the president’
According to former national security prosecutor Joseph Moreno, Trump was foolish to bring McGahn up again in the ABC interview.
“This is so interesting because
normally when you’re under investigation or in this case possible impeachment you want to move things past,”
the bemused Moreno explained. ”
You want to do what the Republicans are saying’ case closed.’
The president seems to relish in bringing this up, and not only that:
Don McGahn holds a really vital position in terms of what he knows, so
for the president of all people to be calling him out and effectively calling him a liar, that’s a terrible strategy.”
“I left government years ago.
If the CIA told me I couldn’t testify —
If the White House tells Don McGahn he can’t testify —
if I were him I would say you just impugned my integrity.”
“I think McGahn is going to appear publicly at some point and it won’t go well for the president,’

In its most detailed account yet, the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington says a Democratic National Committee (DNC) insider during the 2016 election solicited dirt on Donald Trump’s campaign chairman and even tried to enlist the country's president to help.
In written answers to questions, Ambassador Valeriy Chaly's office says DNC contractor Alexandra Chalupa sought information from the Ukrainian government on Paul Manafort’s dealings inside the country in hopes of forcing the issue before Congress.
Chalupa later tried to arrange for Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to comment on Manafort’s Russian ties on a U.S. visit during the 2016 campaign, the ambassador said.
Chaly says that, at the time of the contacts in 2016, the embassy knew Chalupa primarily as a Ukrainian American activist and learned only later of her ties to the DNC. He says the embassy considered her requests an inappropriate solicitation of interference in the U.S. election.

Trump Misleads on ‘Rebuffed’ Russian Offers
the president’s claim that the special counsel’s report said his campaign “rebuffed” Russian offers of assistance. The report said the campaign was “receptive” to some offers, and in other instances “shied away.”
“’no collusion and no obstruction and no nothing. And, in fact, it said we actually rebuffed your friends from Russia; that we actually pushed them back — we rebuffed them.”
The report didn’t address “collusion,” which isn’t a crime, but it didn’t find the campaign had “coordinated or conspired with the Russian government in its election-interference activities.”
the special counsel investigation found mixed results on whether the Trump campaign “rebuffed” Russian offers.
It found “multiple links” between campaign officials and people associated with the Russian government.
“Those links included Russian offers of assistance to the Campaign.
In some instances, the Campaign was receptive to the offer,
while in other instances the Campaign officials shied away.”

House Democrats are looking at (https://www.politico.com/story/2019/06/17/lewandowski-christie-manafort-witnesses-obstruction-investigation-1365814) Trump’s non-White House inner circle.
If someone didn’t work in the Trump administration, the thinking goes, he can’t assert executive privilege to keep them from talking.
“These people could be called without any reasonable shred of a claim of executive privilege,”
“Where’s Paul Manafort? He’s in a prison somewhere. He’s readily available. Get him a suit. Get him a haircut. Have him testify,” a law professor suggested.
Underscoring just how scared Trump is of these investigations,
the White House seems to be getting ready to claim executive privilege over even outsiders,
telling the House Oversight Committee that
“The Executive Branch's confidentiality interests are not limited solely to communications directly involving the President and other Executive Branch officials.”

Former Trump lackey Felix Sater will get hit with subpoena after he skips out on congressional testimony
https://www.rawstory.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Felix-Sater-and-Donald-Trump-screengrab-from-BBC-Panorama.png
Adam Schiff’s (D-CA) office said that Sater did not show up for his scheduled testimony on Friday morning, despite agreeing to do so.
Sater is a Russian-born former mobster who for years worked with Trump on assorted real estate projects, including the Trump Soho hotel and Trump Tower Moscow.
Sater’s financial relationship with Trump dates back to at least 2003, when the Trump Organization rented out office space to Sater’s former company.

so-called AG Bill Barr killed 7 Robert Mueller investigations — 10 days after he submitted his report
https://www.rawstory.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/muellerbarr.png
CNN’s Katelyn Polantz had filed a request to unseal documents related to the special counsel’s investigation and on Monday the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia agreed.
Chief Judge Beryl A Howell ordered the release of multiple documents, including Attachment B, which listed information on applications for court orders requested by Mueller.
The 65-page document shows seven cases that were closed on April Fools Day :lol — only ten days after Mueller submitted his report.

would be surprised at this point if House Democrats press ahead with their attempt to call Mueller as a witness.
Mueller quite presumptuously claimed this morning that there is no reason for him to testify because he doesn’t have anything to say beyond his report. That is not his call to make. A witness does not get to decide what questions he must answer. I wonder what Mueller thinks would happen in a court proceeding if a judge asked him a question and he answered, “Go read my brief, I have nothing more to add.” (Hint: It would not go well for him.)
That said, though, Mueller’s statement was a boon for pro-impeachment Democrats. It is not going to get better for them if he testifies and gets clobbered. House Judiciary Committee chairman Jerry Nadler is probably savvy enough to take what Mueller has given him and run with it.

Trump angrily attacks Mueller for ‘terminating’ text messages of FBI agents in incoherent Fox Business rant
Trump attacked former special counsel Robert Mueller, accusing him of “terminating” the text messages of FBI agents to conceal anti-Trump bias by the bureau.
“You know what I used to say we will find out, they spied on my campaign, and
when you look at somebody saying, listen she is going to win but if she doesn’t we have an insurance policy,” said Trump.
“You know what insurance policy is?
An insurance policy to get him out of office.
These are sick people, two lovers the two pathetic lovers, two lovebirds sung like nobody ever sung.” :lol
“Wait till you see the rest,” said Trump.
“Robert Mueller, they worked for him, and two lovers were together, they had texts back and forth, email back and forth
. You know why?
Terminated illegally, he terminated all stuff between Strzok and Page, some you have never seen.
Robert Mueller terminated their text messages, together, he terminated them, they are gone. And that is illegal. He that is a crime.”
There remains no evidence, however, that they improperly influenced the Russia investigation for political gain —
let alone that the special counsel “terminated” their online communications to cover it up.

Four reasons Mueller’s agreement to testify is a big deal
First,
this is possibly the only way to dispel the notion that Mueller found “no collusion, no obstruction (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2019/05/29/trumps-mantra-was-once-no-collusion-no-obstruction-it-isnt-anymore/).” In fact, he didn’t look for “collusion,” which is not a crime, but came up short finding a criminal conspiracy. Nevertheless, he found that the president and his campaign welcomed Russian interference and thought it would help Trump win. Hearing that directly from Mueller will be a powerful and complete contradiction of Trump’s and Attorney General William P. Barr’s public statements.
Second,
while truth-telling is a benefit unto itself, Mueller’s testimony has the potential to move public sentiment. No matter what he says, he will not sway hardcore Trump supporters who believe nothing negative about their cult leader. However, it is not hard to imagine him shifting public opinion in the way that the Watergate hearings shifted public sentiment (https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2014/08/08/how-the-watergate-crisis-eroded-public-support-for-richard-nixon/) in favor of impeachment.
Third,
Mueller’s testimony may both alleviate and increase pressure on Pelosi to begin impeachment hearings. On one hand, she buys a bit of time to allow Mueller to testify, for public reaction to take it in and perhaps for other witnesses to step forward. However, if Mueller is truly convincing (especially if there is perceptible movement in public approval of impeachment), it will be hard for her to deny that Mueller found substantial evidence of obstruction, for which the available remedy is impeachment.
Fourth,
while Mueller is unlikely to discuss his conversations with Barr, committee members and/or counsel can
read portions of Barr’s original summary, testimony and news conference to Mueller and then ask if the statements are true.
True or false — you left it to Mr. Barr to decide on obstruction?
True or false — President Trump did not “completely cooperate” insofar as he refused to be interviewed and tried to sway the testimony of others?
Barr is unlikely to come off as a straight shooter after Mueller lays out the facts discussed in the report, facts that contradict Barr’s spin.
“This is very important in getting the American public to understand how corrupt and egregious Trump’s conduct was in trying to stop the Russia investigation. At a minimum, people will be educated about the public facts that are in the report —
facts that paint a picture of blatant obstruction of justice.” She continued,
“Ideally, we will also learn more about the campaign’s interactions with Russia and also Bill Barr’s interactions with Mueller and why the investigation ended when it did.”
the impact of his short public statement is a sign of how impactful a full day of testimony could be.”

Adam Schiff Is Ready For Barr’s Interference In Mueller’s Testimony
“I have to expect that Bill Barr is going to continue to do what he has done since he has been appointed and
that is to run interference for the president in any way that he can, and
that is maybe interposing objections to what Bob Mueller can say and
releasing some information that is his own and that is to distract from the hearing,

Damning new details emerge on letter Trump drafted that explicitly linked Comey’s firing to Russia probe
a letter that President Donald Trump drafted that
explicitly linked the firing of former FBI Director James Comey to the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
the original draft of Trump’s letter justifying Comey’s dismissal made it plain that
he was displeased with the FBI for investigating whether the Trump campaign helped Russia interfere in the election.
Specifically, Trump made reference to
“the fabricated and politically-motivated allegations of a Trump-Russia relationship with respect to the 2016 Presidential Election”
in his letter — although this line was later deleted at the urging of officials at the Department of Justice, including former Attorney General Jeff Sessions and former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
Rosenstein agreed to write a cover story for the president that cited Comey’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email probe as a justification for his termination.
“At the time he did so, Rosenstein fully understood that the president’s primary reason for firing Comey was related to the Russia investigation,” Waas writes.
“He also knew from the draft that the president wanted McCabe removed as well.”

Mueller left huge door open for Trump to seek foreign re-election help — and get away with it: law professor
, a Fordham law professor suggested special counsel Robert Mueller needs to take time during his July public testimony to correct an egregious mistake in his report to the Justice Department (https://www.nytimes.com/2019/06/27/opinion/mueller-testimony-congress-fec-trump-mess.html?action=click&module=Opinion&pgtype=Homepage) that is an open invitation for Donald Trump to reach out to foreign governments for re-election assistance.
According to Jed Handelsman Shugerman, the former FBI head made conspicuous “legal errors” and left “loopholes” in his report that need clarification and fixing since they contradict settled law.
“Leaving the statute and regulations ambiguous on foreign meetings invites the Supreme Court to strike them down, as it did with a similarly vague criminal statute this week in U.S. v. Davis,” he continued, adding,
“Mr. Mueller weakened anti-corruption campaign law by validating First Amendment objections to some of the most basic provisions of campaign finance law — by creating, in effect, a loophole — and
by also getting Congress’s statutes on campaign ‘coordination’ wrong, and then declining to call out the violations he actually found.”
“Congress has prohibited foreigners from making ‘a contribution or donation of money or other thing of value,'” Shugerman claimed,
“The Mueller report created legal uncertainty.”
“He [Mueller] puzzlingly made a giant leap to imply that most opposition research — even by foreign governments — might be covered by the First Amendment,” the law professor predicted how any exposed overtures by the Trump administration for future foreign assistance would be defended.
“That legal error has serious consequences.
First,
just as Mr. Trump’s comments were an invitation to foreign governments to help,
the Mueller report is an unwitting invitation to Mr. Trump and foreign governments to use opposition research to evade campaign finance law,” he lectured.
“Second,
if any prosecutor tries to indict Mr. Trump or any candidate for trying to use this ‘opposition research’ loophole,
defense counsel will cite the Mueller report as a solid defense.”

Trump’s Baseless Accusation of Mueller ‘Crime’
President Donald Trump — without evidence — accused special counsel Robert Mueller of illegally deleting the text messages of two people who had been assigned to the Russia investigation.
There is no evidence that Mueller — or anyone else — illegally deleted text messages sent or received by Strzok and Page.
the IG report also said that Strzok and Page received iPhones from the Department of Justice after they were assigned to the special counsel’s office in the spring of 2017.
No data could be recovered from the iPhones, because the special counsel’s office reset the phones to factory settings after Page and Strzok turned them in, according to the report.
Both FBI employees had the iPhones for less than two months, and they continued to use their FBI-issued phones while working in the special counsel’s office,
there is no evidence in the IG report of any wrongdoing.
The report notes that the DOJ “routinely resets mobile devices to factory settings when the device is returned” by an employee.
Mueller is not mentioned in the IG report.
According to public accounts, Mueller’s only role in the matter was to remove Strzok (https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/02/us/politics/mueller-removed-top-fbi-agent-over-possible-anti-trump-texts.html) from the special counsel’s Russia investigation after he learned of the politically charged text messages.

Bill Barr gets a surprisingly harsh dressing-down from one of his long-time colleagues
“Having known Barr for four decades,
including preceding him as deputy attorney general in the Bush administration,” Ayer wrote,
“I knew him to be a fierce advocate of unchecked presidential power,
so my own hopes were outweighed by skepticism that this would come true.
But the first few months of his current tenure, and
in particular his handling of the Mueller report, suggest something very different —
that he is using the office he holds to advance his extraordinary lifetime project of assigning unchecked power to the president.”
Ayer hammered his former colleague’s legal reasoning in his memo summarizing Mueller’s findings, saying
the “facts simply don’t matter” in the attorney general’s understanding of the Constitution,
which Barr believes establishes the president as “the sole repository of all Executive powers conferred by the Constitution.”
“Why worry about facts if, as Trump has claimed repeatedly,
the president has unlimited power to direct or terminate any investigation, including of himself?”

Trash's personal defense lawyer speaks
William Barr: Democrats want to create a "public spectacle" with Robert Mueller's House testimony
"I'm not sure what purpose is served by dragging him up there and trying to grill him," the attorney general says
Barr on Monday accused House Democrats of attempting to create a "public spectacle" by subpoenaing Robert Mueller,
He also said the Justice Department would
"seek to block any attempt by Congress to subpoena members of the special counsel's team,"
Although Mueller no longer works for Justice, the department could seek to limit his testimony about decisions he made as special counsel.

Mueller made key errors that are letting Trump get away with Russia collusion: law professor
the special counsel showed evidence but
failed to state a conclusion that the Trump campaign criminally coordinated with Russia ahead of the 2016 election.
“Based on the facts he found,
he should have identified Trump campaign felonies,” Shugerman wrote.
“Mueller’s errors meant that,
first, he failed to conclude that the Trump campaign criminally coordinated with Russia;
second, he failed to indict campaign chairman Paul Manafort and his deputy Rick Gates for felony campaign coordination.”
Shugerman argued that the third error Mueller made was
failing to place 10 acts of Trump felony obstruction of justice in a compelling context with the other crimes,
which caused those criminal actions by the president to fall flat with the public.
“On top of these errors, the former
special counsel said he deliberately wrote the report to be unclear
because it would be unfair to make clear criminal accusations against a president,”

Trump acted like a ‘total beast’ at cocaine-fueled parties with girls as young as 15 years old
Trump was once known for throwing cocaine-fueled parties where teenage models were introduced to the real estate developer’s rich, older friends,
two men who had attended those parties back in the 1990s, and both men revealed how Trump took over corner suites at the Plaza Hotel to impress his guests.
Girls as young as 15 years old were lured to the parties with
the promise that they’d meet well-connected men who might help them enter the modeling industry. (:lol Trash owned a modelling agency)
“There were always dramas because the men threw money and drugs at them to keep them enticed,”
“It’s based on power and dominating girls who can’t push back and can be discarded.
There’s always someone to pick them back up.
Nobody wants to call home and say ‘Help me.’”
“a lot of sex, a lot of cocaine, top-shelf liquor” —
but no cigarettes, because Trump didn’t approve of smoking. :lol
they never saw Trump use drugs himself, but they said
“he was getting laid like crazy.”
“Trump was at the heart of it,” the photographer said.
“He loved the attention and in private, he was a total fucking beast.”
“So, he’s a man with a woman,” Lucchesi said.
“A lot of girls, 14, look 24.
That’s as juicy as I can get.
I never asked how old they were, I just partook.
I did partake in activities that would be controversial, too.”

Two former members of Mueller’s staff have been asked to speak with House committees.
Barr has not just instructed them to ignore a congressional subpoena;
he’s also telling them to go back on an agreement they’ve already made to appear.Barr is issuing orders to two men who are no longer with the Justice Department.
The attorney general is telling private citizens that they can’t talk to Congress.former special counsel’s office attorneys Aaron Zebley and James Quarles have already reached an agreement to testify before the same two committees as Mueller.
That agreement was made when Barr was still operating on the pretense that
the White House didn’t care what Mueller or his team had to say.
But as Barr’s rhetoric has moved from go ahead to full stop,
the DOJ has declared its opposition to Zebley and Quarles speaking to Congress.
That opposition has been expressed in direct instructions telling them not to show.

Here’s the damning evidence of felony ‘coordination’ between Trump campaign and Russians that the Mueller report overlooked
Shugerman argues that Mueller’s report isn’t as damning of the president and his allies as it should have been — and that Mueller is downplaying the importance (https://www.thedailybeast.com/robert-mueller-missed-the-crime-trumps-campaign-coordinated-with-russia?ref=scroll) of some key events.
“The bottom line is that the Mueller Report is a failure not because of Congress or because of public apathy,
but because it failed to get the law, the facts or even the basics of writing right,” Shugerman asserts.
“When Mueller testifies before Congress on July 17, he should be pressed on all of this.”“It seems Mueller did not hire any legal experts with experience in campaign finance regulation,”
“Given that this investigation was about campaign crimes, this appears to a revealing oversight with serious consequences.”
Mueller’s “errors meant that, first, he failed to conclude that the Trump campaign criminally coordinated with Russia.”
Mueller “failed to indict campaign chairman Paul Manafort and his deputy, Rick Gates, for felony campaign coordination.”
Manafort ... Gates But neither of them was accused of “felony campaign coordination,”
“Mueller should have concluded that both Manafort and Gates engaged in felony campaign coordination, and
he should have indicted Manafort for it.
Manafort is a lawyer :lol with decades of experience working for presidential campaigns:
it would be less difficult to establish knowing and willful violations.
And Manafort’s extraordinary record of lying to prosecutors — and
coordinating his lies with Trump’s lawyers — would help prove the case as an inference of consciousness of guilt.”
“Given Mueller’s failure and Trump’s exploitation of that failure,”
“it is now Congress’ duty to the public, the candidates under investigation and future candidates to
identify the law clearly and
to explain that some of this behavior was a civil violation —
and in fact, a criminal violation.”

In Sudden Shift, Barr Urges Mueller To Defy Congressional Subpoena
When asked in April whether he was opposed to the special counsel testifying before Congress — an event now scheduled for July 17 — Attorney General Bill Barr clearly told lawmakers,
“I have no objection to Bob Mueller personally testifying.”
But now he has changed his tune.
Speaking to reporters on Monday, Barr said Democrats were trying to make a “public spectacle” by subpoenaing Mueller to testify about the Russia investigation.
“I’m not sure what purpose is served by dragging him up there and trying to grill him,” Barr said.
“I don’t think Mueller should be treated that way :lol or subject himself to that ;lol , if he doesn’t want to.”
Barr also said the Justice Department would support Mueller if he sought to violate the subpoena that Congress issued for his testimony. :lol of course the corrupt DoJ would
Barr’s claim that Mueller would have legal grounds to refuse a subpoena is highly dubious.
Lawmakers have every right to ask Mueller about his report and the investigation behind it.
the idea that he could outright reject a subpoena because he “doesn’t want to” testify is senseless. And Barr must know that.
Federal government employees who do important work for the American people are subject to Congressional subpoena, just like anybody else.
They can’t get out of that because they don’t want to participate in a “public spectacle.”

This little racist tirade against the Patriots in Congress was pretty good - and has kept the white supremacists on the defense for a good week - but he will really have to throw a bitch-fit and include racism, white nationalist policy and criminal acts (all of which are a breeze for this pedophile racist traitor piece of shit)
to DISTRACT from Mueller testifying that - yes - we have a criminal in the white house and ONLY the OLC memo prevented Mueller from indicting this piece of shit criminal.
Add racism to this criminals' repertoire and we have ourselves a genuine traitor scum criminal occupying our white house and ALL supporters of his have been exposed as nothing but white supremacist supporters and haters of this country.
Gonna be a fun week and Mueller needs to man the fuck up or go down in history as nothing more than another enabler to this traitor who sold out the country and joined team Russia.

Rep. Nadler Says Trump Has Broken The Law ‘Six Ways From Sunday’
Nadler said the importance of having special counsel Robert Mueller testify publicly is to make sure Americans truly understand the findings in his investigation.
“We think it’s very important for the American people
to hear directly what the facts are because
this is a President who has violated the law six ways from Sunday,”
Nadler told Fox News host Chris Wallace.
“If anyone else had been accused of what the report finds the President had done, they would have been indicted.”
“It’s important that we not have a lawless administration and a lawless president,” he continued.
“It’s important that the people see where we are at and what we’re doing.

Bill Barr ‘crossed the line established by federal criminal law’ — and should be prosecuted: legal experts
some of the questions will no doubt involve Attorney General William Barr’s response to Mueller’s final report for the Russia investigation.
former Homeland Security advisor Elizabeth Holtzman, a Democrat, and New York University law professor Ryan Goodman recommend on the Just Security website that
the House of Representatives refer Barr for criminal prosecution (https://www.justsecurity.org/64972/house-should-prepare-criminal-referral-of-a-g-barr-for-lying-to-congress/) for lying to Congress.
“Based on the available public record about the Russia investigation,” Holtzman and Goodman declare in their Just Security article,
“it’s clear that the Attorney General has repeatedly deceived Congress in a manner that appears to have crossed the line established by federal criminal law.
It’s a federal offence if anyone intentionally ‘falsifies, conceals or covers up by any trick, scheme or device a material fact’ or makes a ‘materially false’ statement before Congress.”
after Mueller’s testimony,
Congress “should consider transmitting Barr’s multiple testimonies to the Justice Department” and
“call for a special counsel to” investigate the attorney general.
And they go on to explain why they believe such actions are necessary.
First,
if he knew what was meant by news reports that
members of Mueller’s team believed his response to Mueller’s report was inadequate — and he responded, “No, I don’t.”
The evidence, according to Holtzman and Goodman, says otherwise.

ratfucker Rudy Giuliani is running a backchannel with Ukraine to take down Mueller and Trump’s critics
currently working as President Donald Trump’s lawyer, has established a backchannel with the Ukrainian government in order to dig up dirt on potential 2020 Democratic presidential candidates.
ratfuckers Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman (https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/mikesallah/rudy-giuliani-ukraine-trump-parnas-fruman), a pair of political operatives who have helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for Republican candidates, are instrumental players in Giuliani’s scheme
They have repeatedly met with top political officials in Ukraine and then set up meetings with Giuliani so that the information they obtained could be potentially utilized against Democratic presidential contenders.
The two men urged prosecutors to investigate allegations against Democratic frontrunner Joe Biden.
And they pushed for a probe into accusations that Ukrainian officials plotted to rig the 2016 election in Hillary Clinton’s favor
by leaking evidence against Paul Manafort, Trump’s campaign chair, in what became a cornerstone of the special counsel’s inquiry.
Giuliani has made no secret about working with Ukrainian politicians (https://www.salon.com/2019/05/10/rudy-giuliani-plans-trip-to-ukraine-to-bolster-probes-that-could-be-very-helpful-for-donald-trump/) in order to achieve Trump’s political goals.

:lol he’s not a patriot anymore? When did this happen?
We find out Wednesday.
He did his report.
BARR AND TRUMP lied about what was in it and continue to cover up all the crimes in it.
Mueller - made his statement - telling us that BARR is full of shit - but tried to go hide.
He cannot.
He has to now face the country. He has to go public - which he is averse to doing-
so now -
Wednesday
he either continues to allow Barr to cover up the crimes -or he tells the world that Barr and/or Rosenstein or his mandate or whatever fucking thing stopped the investigation -
whatever stopped it - has to be revealed.
Or he can be a pussy and hide behind the DOJ umbrella and allow a traitor to get away -(for now)

You have gone down a strange hole, man.
It's over. If Mueller comes in and doesn't answer questions you want answers to, it doesn't mean he's keeping secrets or joined the evil empire.
The law is simply on Trump's side because he is the president. I think even TSA must acknowledge this fact.
Trump no doubt obstructed justice many times but he's backed up by a whole justice department and policies that are in place solely to protect the president.

There is so much that has been covered up that people must be forgetting what the fuck just happened to our country.
The FBI began a COUNTER-INTELLIGENCE investigation to see if trump was compromised $$$ by foreign gov'ts and if trump and his team conspired with russia.
Mueller was appointed and then his hands were tied to two main categories;
1) whether trump team and russia conspired to rig the election -
2) whether trump obstructed the investigation into russia
THAT IS IT.
BUT
The CI investigation - did not vanish into thin fucking air -
IT CONTINUED.
The FBI CI investigation continued on without Mueller and even though the law says that the FBI must keep Congress informed on the status, the findings, the evidence -
to see if we have a compromised president -
NO ONE HAS REPORTED SHIT TO CONGRESS.
WHY?
No one has reported what happened to Trumps taxes, trumps finances. trumps dealings with foreign gov'ts.
No one has told us anything about what the fuck Trump and putin discussed in secret.
Do you think Mueller or anyone in the USA intel wasn't eavesdropping on those chats?
Did Mueller or anyone interview the interpreter or take the interpreters notes? Why the fuck not?
BARR - has got EVERY fucking DOJ person scared or hiding - and this shit has got to stop.
THIS is fucking bullshit.
So Mueller can go and just continue this charade or he can man the fuck up and tell Congress at least enough to impeach this fucking traitor and impeach Barr for this criminal cover up.
Mueller can tell congress if Barr or anyone stopped his investigation or prevented him from interviewing trump.
Mueller can tell congress if anyone stopped him from interviewing other trump family. If anyone stopped Mueller from indicting anyone else.
Mueller can tell congress if anyone told him NOT to charge conspiracy - or if the evidence was just not there - or if he was still gathering evidence and was told to stop.
Or he can keep his silence and betray the country.

Piece of shit - BARR -
still conducting his criminal cover up by trying to shut Mueller up - before he even gets to the hearing.
Mueller seems scared now - and is allowing this criminal cover up to continue. Mueller is not bound by this "bogus executive privilege"
Don't have much hope for Mueller now - he is neutered and seems unwilling to rise above and stand for this country.
History will not be kind to Mueller either - even though he is miles above Trump and Barr - who are actual criminals and traitors -
Mueller - although an honorable man -
is weak now. Age must have caught up and he is not full of that marine grit he once had which allowed him to rise above and become a war hero.
Now -
he wants to escape to his reading chair and hide while the USA burns to the ground and Trump sells out the country and gets away with it.
Just sad and pathetic.

The old man stood the gaffe. I thought he was a goner & said so on these Boards early when they came for him armed to the teeth. I didn't know each time I went to the CNN front page whether he'd be resigned, or, been removed otherwise. I didn't give a plug nickel for the chance of his survival. They threw everything at him including the kitchen & could not dislodge that glorious man. He fought back brilliantly, engaging Rudy as his point man. And those bastard Media guys knew Rudy was the cat's pj's & tried mightily to end him, but, uh, uh, the old man never wavered on Rudy, kept him on the point & it frustrated Media no end, because they couldn't get into the old man for that fuckin' Looney Tune Rudy standing twixt, going on CNN once/twice a week to run Fredo Cuomo nutty-nuts with his talking in circles routine, it was a like a one man Marx Bros., attack. :lol
At the end of each show Fredo would still shake Rudi's hand because he didn't what had hit him. :lol How bad he's gotten screwed and wouldn't know until he watched the tapes the next day.:lol
& that Sekulow lawyer of Trump's. He's another cold blooded killer. Never stumbled, or, stammered, just stayed the course the entire way. Run 'em circles while the TV clock on the wall where the producer's sit just kept on a tickin'.
Trump ain't no country preacher, not by a jugful he ain't. They took up with the wrong guy & now they know it.
His old lady, right out the fuckin' gate sent word ahead:::"You hit him, he's going to hit back 10x harder."

Kind of a large flaw in most conservative circles.
They didn't read the report before saying they "know" what is in it.
The ones who were supposed to read it and make a judgment call on it, neither read it, nor saw the underlying evidence.

Trump says he will likely sue some people who were involved in Mueller probe
into whether he or his 2016 election campaign colluded with Russia.
“I probably will be bringing a lot of litigation against a lot of people having to do with the corruption investigation having to do with the 2016 election,”
The Russian state did run a hacking and propaganda operation to disrupt the U.S. election, Mueller found.

Lindsey Graham’s latest ‘deep state’ conspiracy theory gets slapped down by Australian ambassador
Graham sent out a letter claiming that an Australian diplomat had been “directed to contact” former Trump foreign policy aide George Papadopoulos and
“and relay information obtained from Papadopoulos regarding the campaign.”
The insinuation from Graham’s letter was that
Papadopoulos had purportedly been set up by the FBI
in an effort to frame the Trump campaign for seeking Russian help to defeat Democratic rival Hillary Clinton in 2016.
Australian ambassador Joe Hockey accused Graham of misrepresenting the facts behind the Australian diplomat’s actions.
“In your letter you made mention of the role of an Australian diplomat,” Hockey wrote to Graham.
“We reject your characterisation of his role.”

The trial of longtime Trump friend and ally Roger Stone is now underway; next stop, prison (https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2019/11/5/1897342/-The-trial-of-longtime-Trump-friend-and-ally-Roger-Stone-is-now-underway-next-stop-prison)
Today, the trial for longtime Trump buddy Roger Stone finally got underway (https://www.npr.org/2019/11/05/776121411/roger-stone-trump-friend-and-alleged-tie-to-wikileaks-faces-trial-in-washington).
For those of you having trouble keeping track of which of
Trump's friends, lawyers and campaign allies have been indicted
for what,
Stone is the longtime dirty-trickster political operative who fairly fell over himself in efforts to collude with Russian foreign intelligence hacking,
seeking to coordinate whatever the hackers could bring him so that could be of best use to the Trump campaign.
Stone attempted to do this via Julian Assange,
whose WikiLeaks organization had been publishing the Russian-obtained material.
How successful he and his associates might have been at this coordination is not known—largely because
Stone lied to investigators and Congress about those acts. And that, in turn, is why Roger Stone is now facing trial.

Bill Barr’s DOJ argues in court that ‘Trump lied to Muller’
The Department of Justice’s trial of longtime Donald Trump associate Roger Stone features evidence the president lied to special counsel Robert Mueller.
“Extraordinary development inside a courtroom in Washington today featuring opening arguments in the trial of Roger Stone,”
“Prosecutors with the Trump Justice Department’s laying out a case suggesting
President Trump may have committed a new crime in office by lying to the Mueller probe.
This was all part of the blockbuster opening statement by former Mueller prosecutor himself Aaron Zelinsky now a regular DOJ line prosecutor,”
“He’s telling jurors they can convict Stone for lying to Congress
because Stone lied about the fact that he twice spoke to Trump before the 2016 election,
something Trump shot down by telling Mueller,
‘I have no recollection of any communication with Stone.'”
“We’ve heard allegations Trump was lying about that before.
What’s new here is that it is
Trump’s own Justice Department insisting that it’s false in court and
saying they have the evidence to prove it,”
They don’t charge Donald Trump, :lol
they never have charged Donald Trump, :lol
but today in court they did provide
evidence that Roger Stone was on the phone talking to Donald Trump in the days after the DNC hack went public.”

The endgame is to sow mistrust in institutions
"government is not the solution to our problem; government is the problem" -- St Ronnie inaugural address 1981
Pootin's sophisticated, bloodless Long War on America continues what St Ronnie started and what has been aided for years by Repugs and the rightwinghate media.
Govt is not a problem for the oligarchy.
Government by oligarchy is no problem for the oligarchy, but is for the non-oligarchy.
Pootin simply can lose his Long War on America since the Repugs are fully enlisted along side Pootin.

They have been WILDLY successful - shit - they practically OWN the entire fucking GOP.
Republican Senators/Congressmen peddling russian propaganda in the hearings and on tv news shows...
Moscow Mitch refusing to allow a vote on the floor - to ENACT ELECTION SECURITY - knowing full well that Russia is meddling as we speak...
A complete news russian propaganda tv station - is the #1 rated news station - and they do nothing but lie through their teeth, defend russian propaganda and refuse to show the presidents crimes...
40% of the population according to most polls say that these 40% americans - are surrendering their country to russia and their asset in the oval office...
I'd say they are succeeding wildly - scary to even PONDER their END GAME -
They already recruited one party - and probably the DOJ and the SCOTUS too -
Yet americans are thinking we are doing well.
