I got rid of a ton of stuff when I moved and it was a really good feeling. Pain in the ass when I was doing it, but I'm happy I did.

In fact, while moving and packing is a pain in the ass, especially if I end up going across the country, I'm actually looking forward to doing it again in a year or so specifically so I can have another purge session. I don't think I'll ever stop being a packrat, nor do I feel a particular need to do so, but the fact that I didn't die from the stuff I got rid of last time has made me aware of how much more I can eliminate. I wouldn't be surprised if half of the boxes I thought important enough to put in storage two years ago end up going directly to a thrift store when I finally deal with all of that junk.

In my experiences, picturing people naked doesn't work. It sort of serves as a distraction from my actual presentation, then I have regain composure etc. Nothing sucks more than having to regain your position mid presentation and there's a silence of death in the air.

Cool, the JCC is a nice facility except for the fact that you can hear every whistle from every court and that can be confusing for me :dizzy My son has played there many times and I think his current team is considering moving there because they'll be aging out of their league this summer.

Yeah it does, but you just listen for the loudest one. Its an ok gym. There are a lot of dead spots on the floor and the refs made some of the worst calls in the history of basketball.

I think all the rec leagues in SA use refs from the same place, because we have encountered the same guys on every league we've played on. And yes, they really do suck. I told you about the guy that T'd my kid for mouthing off about a call after a game? But as far as the kids games go there are probably like 2 refs I really like because they teach the kids by explaining their calls. Other than those, forget it.
