draft DB, safety, DB... before worrying about anyone on offense, tbh. Barry Church is the worst safety I've ever seen.

I agree with the Giants probably being an L. Even if they won those next 5 after Seahawks, that puts them at 5 losses going into @GB, Jets, Buffalo, then home for the Skins.
I'm thinking 9-7 at best. But they probably drop one of those 5 after Seattle.
But maybe they can find something special. Get those defensive guys back. Get Romo and Dez. Still need to figure out whose going to run the ball. Seems like there are lots of RB that were slated to start but are now 2nd or 3rd. Maybe see if the Skins will give up Jones or Morris.

New York might go 10–6 this season. ODB is fucking off the hizzay and Victor Cruz is coming back. And the Giants have a four-year interval magic switch, and it's the fourth year. (AKA the years the NFC East plays the AFC East)

Mykkele Thompson was the star quarterback from my high school team his senior year that went to state semifinals (the band had to travel to Pearland the week of Christmas that year, it was my sophomore year)... but now he's a safety/corner on the Giants, though he's out this year with a torn Achilles. What a darn shame, he could have been part of a contender...

I was already graduated but a couple years later Jay HS (yeah the ref targeters) went to the playoffs and met up with Austin Westlake.. They were thoroughly dismantled by their massive offensive line, and none other than Nick Foles.

Greg Hardy returns from suspension, calls out Brady
Hardy's first job as a Cowboy will be sacking Tom Brady and the Patriots on Sunday. It'll be a tough task for the rusty lineman, who has missed 19 games, but Hardy expressed he wasn't worried about the matchup.
When asked how he views facing Brady in his debut, Hardy replied, "The same way I did last time I saw him, hopefully on the ground."
Hardy was initially handed down a 10-game suspension following an investigation by the league into Hardy's domestic violence incident last year involving ex-girlfriend Nicole Holder. However, the suspension was reduced to four games in July by an independent arbitrator.

Garrett was less than thrilled, which is the only opinion that matters. I'm sure they will watch a lot of tape in the next 2 weeks, and I figure it's not going to look good for Weeden. Too many checkdowns, and 50/50 jump balls. Terrance Williams is a good receiver, and I think he's been targeted like once? in the last 3 games. Granted he had a big drop, but he deserves some looks and it looks like he's been completely frozen out.

I actually prefer McFadden over Randle. Randle either gets 3 yards and runs into a wall or tries to play LeSean McCoy and gets -4 yards (or the ultra-rare 10 yard gain in garbage time). Or, he tries to hurdle 10 linemen by the goal line and fumbles or gets stuffed. We need to consider playing McFadden as if he was early 2014 Murray or else go after someone in free agency, a-la the Pats and Blount last year.

Besides the fact he always goes for homerun plays (as you said) he's just too small. We need a 1 cut power back, nobody thought much of Murray until last year when the oline got him all those yards. The oline has underachieved so far this year because it is built to carry a power back like Lacy, Lynch, last year Murray etc as the #1, not a Randle or Devonta Freeman.

I wouldn't put him below present-day Murray, tbh

Cowboys still would have scored, DMC ran 5 yards from the 1 on 2nd down. Whereas, the BS OPI cost us 4 points and the BS DPI cost us 7 points as the NYG were 3rd & 4 and would have had to punt.

Yuck vs Yuckier tbh... if that's the 2 teams in the super bowl I'll deflate my football and throw it in the dumpster and will hate the sport forever honestly... I guess I'd rather have the Cheatriots win it again over Green Gay, as the one good thing there is that Brady gets to shove it up Goodell's ass again.
I still think the Cowboys can match and even beat the Patriots fully healthy, based on the game from a couple weeks ago. Sure giving up 30 seems like a lot, but it's only 6 more than Seattle in the Super Bowl considering the pathetic Dallas offense with Weeden went 3 and out virtually every time they had the ball.
Going forward, I like Cassel as the starting QB. People will complain about the 3 picks, but only the first one was the real problem because it was a pick-6 and (a) it was 80% Terrance Williams' fault and (b) showed the lack of experience Cassel and TW have together. The second was basically an arm-punt, but the defense let the Giants out of the box and allowed a quick FG drive to the red zone when it should have forced them to punt from their own endzone. The third was a poor decision on Cassel's part on 1st-and-15 in NYG territory, when he had McFadden open in the right flat for an easy 10–15 yards but chose to force it in over the middle to Butler into an armada of defenders. Shit happens. Outside of the pick-6, the difference in the game was 4th quarter special teams. To me, Cassel's performance reminded me of younger Romo more than anything, and is certainly not the ultra conservative statue in the pocket that Weeden is.
The Eagles lost tonight, putting them at 3–4. Next week's game between the Seahawks and Cowboys is a must-win for both teams, and Dez Bryant will be back so the "LOB" will have their hands full. The major hope is the Cowboys win and the Saints continue their winning ways and beat the Giants at home in the Superdome, which will put the Giants back tied in the loss column with the Eagles on bye, and the Giants having one more division loss than the Cowboys. To win the division, the Cowboys absolutely need(ed) to win one of the @ NYG game or the vs PHI game, and since they lost in New York, they must beat the Eagles. The good thing is that the Eagles lost tonight despite Cam Newton having an atrocious game. There's still life, but Cowboys fans are fed the fuck up of losing (4 L's in a row is worst since the 2010 tank year) and they need to pick it up fast before it's too fucking late.

One positive from this game is that it proved, as I have said all along since game 1, that McFadden is a more than capable bell cow given the opportunities. A lot of posters in my forum laughed at me when I said that, but here he is rushing for well over 100+ on the ground plus some in the air. He looked like 2014 Murray today, but Garrett inexplicably went away from the run with 2 minutes left and 3 timeouts, going incomplete throw incomplete throw incomplete throw turnover on downs when they could have stayed balanced and methodically gotten a touchdown with very little time left forcing overtime. It pisses me off how stupid Garrett actually is when it matters most. Sure he'll pull a nice rabbit out of the hat like the Lucky Whitehead switcharound play, but those seem few and far between in contrast to the ones that have crushed the Cowboys' dreams year after year after year.

yeah, Randle is too small and weak and isn't fast enough to compensate for that. He either gets 2 yards, negative 2 yards, or the ever-so-occasional 10-15 yard run, but what we need is a guy like McFadden who can consistently get those 5, 6, 7 yard gains on first downs to keep the down and distance favorable for us offensively as Murray did last year.

No the time specified by the league was 10 games. You support someone beating your daughter? Because that motherfucker would be in a bag.

All Im saying is that this is fake outrage by the media, meant to stir idiots up and get clicks. Goodell and the judge that ruled on his case knew what happened and he went through the punishments handed down and now they are trying to get the public pissed again about this. And you are falling right into there stupid trap getting you fake outraged about this. Be mad at Goodell and the judge for giving him an easy out.

Hardy is grown. Its not fake outrage. If you get away with it once you will do it again. Professional athletes will always get away and not serve time unlike the general public. What's funny, is you are defending those pictures while your team still isn't doing shit. He will end up killing someone.

The person who should be in jail for murder is the girl's father. Hardy should be 6' under, but dad probably was not around anyway for a daughter to actually choose to be with a maggot like Hardy and get paid off. The guy is a hell of a good football player though.

:lol legal repercussions. If the offender was a regular citizen they would be in prison for a long time. He either threatened her or paid her off not to show up to testify. He didn't deal with shit.
they settled, so she didnt testify in the criminal proceedings. similar situation with kirbs

probably will lose against the Giants imo but I think we can get some wins after the Seahawks game unless the whole team is injured
time to amend projections again

Funny thing is Cowboys only 2 wins are divisional opponents so if they win out they win the division I believe

no, they don't control their destiny, not at all
Eagles have to lose another one, Giants have to lose 2 more... both still play the Pats, count those as losses so the Giants still would have to lose another...and their schedule is really easy to end the season. Tank tank tank sell the franchise etc
