Instead of coming out and saying he's dropping out like he should, Sanders says once again he won't be speaking tonight.
Very confuse here. There likely won't be any more primaries for a long while because of the Virus so dragging this out like you have a prayer's chance is crazy to me.
Unfortunately he will cave tomorrow.
He/We needed the postponement of these primaries today & didn't get it. CNN/MSM kept a lid on it & their mouths shut until after the polls closed, then, THEN, then they lambasted having those primaries. The motherfuckers!

The orange man has very determined backers.
Someone give me rules on delaying a National Presidential election.
Because If does not look good, the red team is gonna give a shot at pushing back November elections.

All you have to do is look at DJT to get some idea where he's headed.
Sanders' campaign said Wednesday morning (https://www.foxnews.com/politics/bernie-sanders-to-assess-future-of-his-campaign-over-next-few-weeks) that the Vermont senator will spend the next several weeks assessing the future of his campaign after a string of losses to Biden.

Obama was at one point behind by 300 delegates. I don't think Bernie should drop out yet. There is something strange about this process. If your primary is supposedly over with nearly 2/3 of states remaining, everyone should just vote on the same fucking day like the general.

Let the corporations empty their stash, where they've salted (it) for the past decade+ of a bull market right into their employees pockets. No, they ain't do that. But, in the end will (they) really cut those checks, unencumbered? Sure, the $60 billion check, no problem, but, the 1 granders? Those will keep them up at night before & long after the mailing of 'em & the consideration to cut & mail more within 60 days.

Objectively, how many speeches can one make about this situation? I know you think I'm a Biden stan or whatever but I am failing to see why people are demanding Biden be out there when he's a private citizen. The thing he ought to be doing is campaining and that has come to an end essentially because of the pandemic.

Id say you’re a bandwagon primary supporter and want to say you supported the winner/popular candidate above all else. You were gushing over Hillary until she lost to Trump, then you ostensibly hated Hillary all along and claimed to be pissed about how the DNC treated Bernie. Basically followed the same path as Donna Brazile.
Regarding Biden, He’s running for president and it’s 6 months before the election. The way things usually work is people are out campaigning in the months leading up to their election.

Wow massive bait and switch post edit. Pussy
You're full of shit. I have always said I would vote for whoever the nominee is from the dem side and that I never voted in the 2016 primary here. And would have skipped this year's.
I never bother voting in the primaries. New York always votes for the prefered establishment so what would my vote accomplish?
In so far as supporting Hillary over the other guy. I have made my stance on Bernie since 2016. I dont like his policies not because they're bad but because they're not realistic and I dont like how he paints everyone else that's not him as evil establishment people.
Also how he blatantly lies to his own supporters selling his non executable policies. Yeah sure Republicans will just let him fuck up the system beyond recognition.
You must really have me confused with someone else. I never said I hated Hillary or how Bernie got screwed. He didn't. He got out voted by nearly 3 millions. Get the fuck over it already.

The GOP is much more likely to ever reach 60 than the Dems due to the fact that each state gets 2 senators no matter the population. I think the most likely case scenario / general equilibrium is about 51-55 in favor of GOP.
GOP might lose a seat or two this cycle but they'll gain back at least the Alabama seat and maybe more. The 2022 one is the best chance for the Dems because it includes a ton of swingy northern states with GOP incumbents.

:lol might lose a seat or two? They’re going to lose Colorado by 10+ points, and they’re trailing in Arizona and Maine right now. It’s also closer in North Carolina than people think with a Democratic Governor who’s not going to try and suppress the black vote.

spring polls... grain of salt... I agree they will lose the Colorado seat they gained in 2014, but little or nothing else. I don't think AZ is blue enough to put in 2 Democrat senators. 2020 general election will tell. AZ holds red at the electoral college level = they retain the senate seat, too... same can be said for NC, and possibly ME2.

Can't wait to hear what Biden has to say on the Sunday shows today. What, he's not on any?
He wants Sanders to officially quit, but, the stubborn bastard won't abide.
Good for him.

Biden ghosted sometime last week, did he become a ghost?
He can no longer appear as long as Sanders is around...THEN it's a race again. The race is over. Over over, but, the DNC can't get Sanders to quit it so Biden can go head-to-head vs. the President without Sanders hanging around like an albatross.
If & When they start conducting Primaries once & again this is up to SandersPERIOD

So you’re saying AZ is blue enough to slip one senate seat but not two? That logic makes no sense, especially when it’s the same Republican senate candidate who already lost to a Democrat.
Yeah I think it was dumb as shit for the GOP to force Martha McSally down the Republicans' throats after she got upset by a pathetic hipster pinko commie. They needed a better candidate, someone with more Western AZ values but non-racist, someone like McCain was (before he bitched out in 2017).
My logic on the purple split-senate states makes sense when you think about how that's the exact case with most of the Northern / rust belt states. That's why I'm saying 2022 is the Dems' best chance in a long time to flip the senate. Think 2006... similar scenario with a less-than-super-popular GOP president nearing the end of his second term in office.
WI, OH, PA GOP seats will all be quite vulnerable in 2022... No General Election favors the party that doesn't have the incumbent White House president.
The other thing is that there was no General Election when Sinema beat McSally (and by a hair)... assuming AZ goes to Trump, likely McSally hangs on.

I see this week's talking point is "Where is Joe Biden?"
This is one in a long line of shit talking points progressives have been using as the cool kids melt down due to getting their teeth kicked in by the dumb poopyhead, normie shitlibs week after week who are barely even online
Previously, it was "Joe Biden is senile, has dementia, won't stand up during a debate, and will also get destroyed by Bernie at same said debate 1 on 1" and well yeah

If Sanders (and Tulsi) were serious, they'd start a new party. That old cuckold commie has some serious cognitive dissonance.
Well, I believe Tuesday night he was ready, even willing to toss the towel and let Biden become the nominee, but, sheer minutes passed & as each minute went away he got his back up, revisited old trespasses & before he knew it he became beaten, but, not beat like that [hot dog vendor] in that movie "Sleepers."
Now he won't let go of that "hot dog cart" on the edge of the ledge of those subway stairs.

She ran a stop sign with all the kids in the car right in front of an 18 wheeler that didnt have a stop sign. The truck rolled trying to avoid her but hit her anyway. Bernie is not a great judge of character. He did the same this year.
Guy went into Rogan's podcast..for what who knows. But apparently he alienated a lot of his own hardcore supporters.
Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) declined multiple pleas from the Bernie Sanders campaign to stump for the Vermont senator’s candidacy after the Iowa caucuses
But the progressive New York representative disagreed with the campaign over its decision (https://twitter.com/berniesanders/status/1220445820505546755?s=12) to promote the endorsement of Joe Rogan, the popular podcaster who has been criticized by LGBT activists for opposing puberty blockers for gender-confused children. His wife and kids died before he was inaugurated into the Senate and he got sworn in in his kids hospital bed. He had planned on living in DC iirc but after that took an Amtrak train home every night couple hundred miles to Delaware from then on to raise his kids. Google "Amtrak Joe" to read about it since it was his nickname to people on the train who all got to know him and became like family to him. And yes sadly (from my perspective) as time went on he embellished details and exaggerated them about the accident including the driver being drunk. He called the guy and apologized but this grief counselor in one of the books I read said it's common for survivors to exaggerate. Still pretty shitty thing to do.

Kamala may be too divisive and might turn off the white trash with her focus on identity politics but I guess she could be ok. Warren has a Republican Governor so it's giving up a senate seat.
Duckworth would be spectacular. Woman, minority, awesome personal story, likeable as far as I can tell (don't know a lot about her tbh), from a blue state so we don't lose a senate seat. I would be bowled over if it was her

It's a total shithead thing to do. Chumpettes don't care though. TDS and all that; to say nothing of blindly supporting who wins the Dem nomination in the first place.

Was taking an Amtrak train 250 miles to and from work every day to raise his kids as a single dad also shitty? Or just the obviously, admittedly bad low light that is the key takeaway from the story

On the vice president side Duckworth is my dream VP pick. Klobacher is so unlikable to me its insane so hope its not her even though policy wise I'm closest to her.
I would be bowled over if it was her
She was born in Thailand, IIRC. She wouldn't be eligible due to the natural born citizen clause. As we all know by now, only American born or Kenyan born citizens (the latter with a fake Hawaii, only Hawaii, birth certificate) can qualify, tbh.

Bernie not harping on the tranny shit is actually one of his most redeeming qualities. The fact the economic left is so closely married to the freak show left is a big problem.

It's this kind of stuff that makes Bernie hard to take seriously as an actual candidate vs. a rabble rouser. A candidate for POTUS should understand that restaurant employees at franchised locations aren't paid by some huge corporation. By and large, they're paid by small business owners who simply chose to open a franchise business.
Asking JimBob who owns a Subway in Graham, TX to guarantee paid sick leave (not to mention a $15/hour wage) is not the same as asking it of Amazon or Walmart.

In the three states that decided the election Gary Johnson (effectively the third party candidate for right wingers) got way more votes than Stein did. Take away both third party candidates and Trump’s margin is even wider.
I also think blaming third party candidates is a cop out. If Democrats in battleground states were willing to waste their vote on a candidate with no chance at winning because they didn’t want to vote for Hillary that’s an indictment on her likability.

Just taking away Stein isn’t a reasonable hypothetical. At that point you’re just manufacturing a scenario that’s favorable to Hillary, which is precisely the problem with her as a candidate - she can only win when the deck is stacked in her favor.
