Oh man, that house. Got a call from my FIL this morning - he's in real estate. They just dropped the price on it by 10%. For it to go down so far after only a month on the market probably means that they brought in an inspector and found something really wrong with it. Mold, or foundation problems, or something that would take a lot of time and money to fix.

Fingernails rounded. Used to cut toenails straight with a toenail clipper. Supposedly you do this to avoid ingrown toenails. But lost the clipper sometime ago so now use a fingernail clipper. Never had an ingrown toenail. So, I think this was probably some kind of myth started by the manufacturer so they could sell a separate product.

He'd also buy a newspaper from whatever city we were in. I'd always want to borrow the sports section. He never read it anyway. But that fucker would make me pay for the proportionate part of the paper that the sports section made up.
