The FBI will be able to ask questions and follow up questions to what Mark Judge already submitted as a sworn statement. He will also have a chance to recant his statement (i.e. flip on Cavanaugh to save his own ass ala Cohen and David Dennison).

The FBI can also clear up 51-year old Dr. Ford's memory by doing a background check on everything she reported. The FBI will be able to ask questions and follow up questions to what Mark Judge already submitted as a sworn statement. He will also have a chance to recant his statement (i.e. flip on Cavanaugh to save his own ass ala Cohen and David Dennison).

The FBI can also clear up 51-year old Dr. Ford's memory by doing a background check on everything she reported.
