I've been on it for a couple of years. It worked great for the first year and half but now it seems to have lost it's effectiveness. I am going to go back to my neurologist to see about trying something else or changing my dose. I currently take 100mg in the morning and 100mg at bedtime. I also take Zomig when I get migraines, which lately is all the frigging time. I've been eating those like lifesavers the last six months. But you aren't supposed to take more than 2 or 3 in a 24 hour period so a lot of time I have to suffer.
