I was being a smart ass, what you said is exactly what I did. And asking if you know anyone who has taken the class still has the books would lend them to you for a semester is never a bad idea. I did get fucked with one book this semester. I had one Spanish book from another class and thought the professor was going to use the same one, so didn't look online for a used version of another one the same author wrote and got to the store yesterday and saw the other one sitting there and was out $65. damn them. damn them all.
