That's why I like different forms of exercise/activity. I just don't like a regimented schedule, or going to the gym and being on a machine.

huh? you stretch your arms out and measure from tip to tip. i have an extra few inches on my arms then i should for my height... add that to my broad shoulders and you get a freakishly long wingspan.
