Considering we were nowhere near a Top 25 football program this past season it amazes that some of you would feel "disappointed" with a near Top 10 recruiting class. This class is a success no matter who they finalize it with, let's gather ourselves.

The group's plan relied on Murray flipping. Texas doesn't get officials from a few guys if not for Murray's interest. Scout also said both Mack and Jamabo said they were coming.

I agree. This is the most obnoxious recruiting class I have ever seen. I have been following recruiting closely since around 2007 and this year has been very hard to enjoy. Lots of these kids feel entitled these days. Hopefully the 2016 class isn't like this.

I certainly would always hope for a higher ranking class who wouldn't but the pull is alot tougher when you don't perform on the field. What I'm saying is the fan base should be satisfied with what we currently have. As we elevate our play we can elevate our recruiting expectations. I love our class #9th overall going into NSD is awesome.

However, he did return a call to OrangeBloods today concerning having someone cover his announcement ceremony in the morning. He proceeded to get them in touch with Miami Northwestern's journalism teacher and that guy will be providing the live updates. May be nothing, but also may be a small clue that he's committing to Texas.

A&M had some things working against them as well. We lost 2 coaches this off-season which were heavily involved in recruiting and lost our defensive coordinator. That would result in disaster for a lot of other programs. We managed to keep everyone in the fold and add some great players late though.

Considering Texas and A&M both limped to pathetic endings to season and both teams failed to address all their needs with recruiting classes, their is waaayyy too much smack talk going on. Let's not forget that Texas had like 100+ ranked offense and A&M had like 100+ ranked defense.
