One thing about the game not being mentioned is the refs. They simply let the players play, with minimal penalties and stoppages. It allowed the players to be the highlight of the day. I also enjoyed the old school feel of watching WRs and DBs fight for the ball without all the yelliw laundry covering the field. It took me back to the 80s and early 90s, when football was still football. So, ty to the refs for not taking over the game.

Besides, everyone knew the Ags would be 2-2 at this point, lets see what the opinion is when they are still losing to LSU, Auburn, KY, Miss St, and USCe. 7-5 and 6-6 are looking about right for them. Next year won't be much better either. They are a minimum of a 3 year work in progress, the real question is can Jimbo actually get them over the hump? Getting near the top of the mountain, is not the same as getting over the top.

“It was a great visit,” Cine said. “Before the game, I got a chance to be around Coach (Craig) Naivar and watch the safeties warm up. After the game, they were in the locker room celebrating and listening to music. I got some videos. It was nice."

If Texas wins out, they will get into the playoffs and have a shot at them. It would be interesting seeing as Texas has the DBs to hang with their passing game and the run defense to slow down their rushing attack. Texas also has the Wrs to really challenge their pass defense. Sadly, Texas gets squashed facing their dline and run defense. They would do horrible things to our QBs. I used the plural for QB cause there is no way Sam finishes the game against them.

Same holds true for Georgia, I'm starting to think Texas can hang with Clemson. Their Dline is fierce but I'm not overy impressed with anything else on their team, I will say their freshmen QB is the truth and if he progresses is going to be the next great NFL QB. Watching him is like watching Payton Manning all over again.

K. Ingram is our man. No RB we have seen so far has his elusiveness combined with + yards after contact, it’s not even close on our roster.

Ehlinger remains shaky with accuracy. Wide open C. Johnson on important 3rd downs in the fourth quarter and he over throws horribly and then almost underthrows??? Wide open long balls in the 1st quarter? We still don’t have a QB imo. We have a fullback/QB.

We need a difference maker at RB, Ingram is the best of a very average group of backs. If Texas gets Tre Sanders or Noah Cain, I'd predict either would be day 1 starters getting huge carries. Now that I think about it, IMG has more RB talent than Texas has. :(

KSU has owned us since we the BIG 12 started. Manhattan has been our personal Hell. So, we beat a team in their house that had a psychological edge over our program. Also, because we had to grind out the win, it was a great character and confidence builder for future close games. Over the past several years we have found ways to lose games like this one. Now, we are finding ways to win.

Less penalties please. Dicker, stop missing FGs. CBs need to play tighter coverage at the line.

- Ingram as a freshman is the best player on O. Why do the coaches continuously pull him when it’s apparent we move the ball with him in there better than any of the other backs?

- If I see another jet sweep with Jamison I’ll need to buy another remote and probably new TV when said remote goes thru it. Stop it please!

- Ehlinger sometimes can’t hit the broad side of a barn. He’s somewhat of a liability in that regards and needs to step his game up, if we’re going to compete in this years big 12. The O needs to let things loose starting this week. I’ve seen glimpses of a strong O but nowhere consistent enough to score at least 30+ points in a game, like we’ll need this week to beat blowU.

Ingram is good, and fun to watch, but he is not 100% nor is he an every down back. He is a 10 carries a game back more than that and he will ware down.

I have been saying forever that Sam's accuracy is about 1 in 5 pass attempts, well I will change that right now he is throwing about 3 out of 5 accurate passes. He has improved week to week, but one thing you can't take away from him. He tossed two interceptions in week 1 and nothing since then. That has been huge in this win streak. He is still streaky and sometimes you scratch your head when he misfires but I really like his improvement.

Kris Boyd is battle tested, he did a pretty good job against Raegnor, but admittedly he didn't have a QB the level Kyler throwing to him. Texas is going to again ask their corners to live on an island. The key is how and where they are going to dial up pressure. Key 2 is who will be spying Kyler so he doesn't run, I'd like to see us do some Chicago bears defense where we crowd the like with about 5 or 6 guys and rush some and drop other so they don't know where the pressure is coming from. That will force Oklahoma into quick hitter plays and limit the number of deep balls they can throw.
