It can be hard to pick between the bs on twitter just because the bias is so blatant that it’s hard to get a clear picture. Since those twitter posts this morning there seems to be some inaccuracies with my initial post. The person that posted the conversation screen shot was not the athletes father. I’m still fuzzy on who posted the conversation but I know it was posted and it appears to be true because the athlete later messaged the person who posted the screenshot. The DM to the would be “whistleblower” was the athlete asking him to delete the screenshots. The whistleblower then posted the direct message that the kid sent. The whistleblower is an A&M guy but since his initial post everyone has jumped in and added their two cents. Sorry if the description is hard to follow or read, typing on phone.

Id post screenshots of the twitter stuff but idk how. Also, very much appreciative of the information that TFloss shares with us and if this type of information seems to veer too much from the actual theme or intent of the thread then I will gladly refrain from posting “rumor mill” type of junk.

Yeah, I don’t know enough about this but seems like an NCAA thing more than a USC thing, since he’s already enrolled. But if it’s up to USC maybe they allow it since they’re in a world of shit as a university and an athletic program right now and don’t need any more negative PR and publicity.

I looked into it seems to be just head coach. A request for immediate eligibility can now be granted if the transfer was due to “documented mitigating circumstances that are outside the student-athlete’s control and directly impact the health, safety and well-being of the student-athlete.”

I don’t doubt he’s trying to get out of Southern Cal but I’m not holding my breath he is successful. If something sounds too good to be true... Plus I don’t see why USC would actually just release the gem of their class. Losing their entire staff aside from Helton was a kick in the nuts. Then along comes the Kingsbury thing. Losing Bru is too much for them to just let go of I think and the ncaa prob isn’t going to make them seeing as its USC. No way in hell Bru takes a year off.

That's a good question. Transfers would normally not, but this case would seem to be different if he were to enroll for the Spring Semester as a true freshman. If so, i think we would move into the #3 slot. That will set the aggies off.

Recruiting rankings don't mean squat. Sound like Aggs claiming bs victories. Getting gratification from so called recruiting victories is part of the culture that needs to be done
away with.

Every site has their own arbitrary factors for how they rank prospects, so I wouldn't read too much into it.

Watch his tape, know that the staff likes him so much that they took his commitment a year early and come to your own conclusion.

Very good at avoiding blocks and finding the ball.
Speed is not his calling card, but that may be overcome by really good instincts.
Once he finds the ball he becomes very fast because he takes good angles.
He knows when to blast people or wrap up just based on those snippets.
Love to see him taking on the 200 lb kids with quick jukes in the hole to see if he can adjust...The kind of kids that only allow you hit part of them.

I like having kids that have his possible mentality of working their butt off at attempting to crush 4-5 star athletes on the team. Hopefully no talk all business type. It makes for a really good mixture for the team. I would say if he has D linemen in front of him who absorb blocks and create tackling lanes inside he's going to have fun.
