I could see Hibbert returning to All-Star form after practicing against (and getting tips from) Tim Duncan every day. West has stated that he's willing to join a contender (specifically mentioning the Spurs) for a lot less and he's obviously good friends with Hibbert and has defended him on his way out of Indy. I know that this isn't ideal, but I'm not sure what other options are out there.

Mutually exclusive. Once you go under the cap, all exceptions go away until you get back over the cap. But the MLE, LLE and existing TE and IPEs don't come back. The RE is there instead in addition to any new TEs and IPEs that get generated afterwards.

I lived there when those rains happened several years ago and houses were falling- I lived there. I worked nary 3 miles from where I lived and it would take hours to get home, if I took the Wilshire, Holly, and then Mulholland. So I had to find the little neighborhoods in between (which is where I found where Nightmare On Elm was filmed) to get home.

In my years living there: never took a highway unless I was going to San Fran, or that city just north of Tijuana. All of it was backroad shit.
