Can't blame him for being flustered tbh. All his good sources are about to lose their security clearance.

No, I ask you how long these investigations take, just like you ask about Mueller’s investigation when I ask where are the Russian collusion charges.Dunno. It could be over for all I know. Could be going on right this second. Depends on what they got from the warrant. Looks like a lot from all the pages of findings.
The FBI told the FISA court that Page "has been collaborating and conspiring with the Russian government"And? I just said they might not have enough evidence to prosecute.
no need to lie about reading every Q postDon't need to. I've learned your non-answers confirm my suspicions more often than not. If Q had predicted any of it, you'd have told me by now.

MSNBC's Rachel Maddow Reveals the White House's
Bizarre Machinations Concealing Putin's Admission that He Favors Trump
Why would they be trying to hide this?
a reporter asked the Russian president if he had wanted Trump to win the 2016 election.
For the first time, Putin admitted that he did.
But according to the White House's official records, that didn't happen,
Other outlets have noted that in the White House's transcript of the press conference,
the reporter's question about whether Putin had wanted Trump to win was suspiciously left out.
And even after news outlets picked up the story, the transcript wasn't corrected.
In the White House's official recording of the conference, the questions itself appears to have been edited out of the video entirely.
"They just dropped it out," she said.
"The first part of his question: 'President Putin, did you want President Trump to win the election?'
They just dropped it out."
She reports, as well, that the Russian transcripts edited out the question entirely. :lol
Independent video and transcripts of the press conference exist, and
that exchange itself was widely reported and discussed.
Minor tweaks to the official records won't change that fact.

Why Russian spies really like American universities
Maria Butina may be only the latest in a long line of Russian agents to go undercover on U.S. campuses
Under the alias Cynthia Murphy, Russian spy Lydia Guryeva attended Columbia Business School, and ingratiated herself with a key fundraiser (https://dealbook.nytimes.com/2010/06/30/the-russian-spy-ring-and-the-v-c/) for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign. Guryeva’s instructions from Moscow, according to a 2010 FBI complaint, were to “strengthen…ties w. classmates on daily basis incl. professors who can help in job search and who will have (or already have) access to secret info” and to report “on their detailed personal data and character traits w. preliminary conclusions about their potential (vulnerability) to be recruited by Service.”
If the charges against Butina are accurate, she’s only the latest in a long line of Russian agents to infiltrate U.S. universities.
Dating back to the Soviet era, Russian spies have sought to take advantage of academia's lax security, collaborative, global culture, and revolving door with government.
Russian intelligence understands that today’s professor of international relations may be tomorrow’s assistant secretary of state, and vice versa.
Although cyber-spying and hacking offer opportunities to glean secrets at less personal risk, the traditional strategies of human espionage persist, and sending a spy to school is prominent among them.
Butina enrolled in American University’s School of International Service in the summer of 2016
She concentrated in cyber policy and became a research assistant at the university’s Kogod School of Business.
With research funding from the Kogod Cybersecurity Governance Center, she and two professors, Mark A. Clark and J. Alberto Espinosa, co-authored a March 2018 paper on “Cybersecurity Knowledge Networks (https://www.american.edu/kogod/research/cybergov/upload/CybersecurityKnowlNetworks_Mar2018.pdf).” (The paper is still on the center’s website (https://www.american.edu/kogod/research/cybergov/research.cfm).)
Clark and Espinosa declined comment.
The cybersecurity center was founded in 2015 to provide “guidance (https://www.nist.gov/sites/default/files/documents/2016/11/15/sept_19_2016_amer_univ_meeting_minutes.pdf) specifically to boards of directors, senior executives, and other leaders so that they can make informed decisions about cybersecurity.”
It has a partnership (https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/raytheon-partners-with-american-universitys-kogod-cybersecurity-governance-center-300271061.html) with defense contractor Raytheon Co., and was headed from June 2017 to March 2018 by a former lawyer for the National Security Agency.

Experts Conclude That Russian Attack Won The Election For Trump
Outside experts have concluded that the Russian attack on the 2016 election did enough damage to swing 80,000 votes in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, which put Trump in the White House.
In his latest column for The Washington Post, (https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/without-the-russians-trump-wouldnt-have-won/2018/07/24/f4c87894-8f6b-11e8-bcd5-9d911c784c38_story.html?utm_term=.140ff70606e2) Max Boot wrote:
While the intelligence agencies are silent on the impact of Russia’s attack,
outside experts who have examined the Kremlin campaign —
which included stealing and sharing Democratic Party emails, spreading propaganda online and hacking state voter rolls —
have concluded that it did affect an extremely close election decided by fewer than 80,000 votes in three states.
Clint Watts, a former FBI agent, writes in his recent book, “Messing with the Enemy,” that
“Russia absolutely influenced the U.S. presidential election,”
especially in Michigan and Wisconsin, where Trump’s winning margin was less than 1 percent in each state.
The numbers are staggering.
Russian pro-Trump/anti-Clinton propaganda reached 126 million people on Facebook alone,
which is roughly the same number as the number of votes cast for Clinton and Trump.
Russian bots reached 1.4 million Twitter users with their disinformation, and
39 states had their voting systems hacked
in what experts believed what a Russian effort to get data that they could use to target voters in their attack.
Trump is not a legitimate president
It is simple math.
Trump lost the popular vote but
won an election by 80,000 votes in three states.
The Russians micro-targeted voters in those states.
They only needed a small fraction of voters to fall for their efforts in order to be successful.
The numbers were in Putin’s favor. (https://www.politicususa.com/2017/10/02/illegitimate-president-math-trump-won-78000-votes-4-4-million-russian-facebook-ads.html)
He could fail 90% of the time, and still swing the election for Trump.
The conclusion is that Trump wouldn’t have won without the Russians.
Trump owes Putin big, which is why he is constantly kissing the ring of America’s biggest enemy.
Trump isn’t legit.
The majority of Americans felt it,
believed it, and
the numbers show that it is true.

And to answer your question, no, I am not. Collusion takes more than just meeting someone, it takes exchanges of things like favors or money.
Such as:

To some who knew her as a graduate student, Butina’s indictment on federal charges validated their own unsettling suspicions.
On a campus full of ambitious students aiming to land influential U.S. government and policy jobs,Maria Butina cut an unusual profile.
It wasn’t just the outspoken conservative politics of the auburn-haired Russian woman that drew the attention of other graduate students at American University.
There was also her almost zealous embrace of her homeland.
Butina’s cellphone case was emblazoned with a famous photo of Russian President Vladimir Putin riding shirtless on a horse.
She would buy friends rounds of vodka at the Russia House,

For Russian business, Putin's summit win over Trump turns sour
some fear Putin may have overplayed a winning hand and are bracing for a U.S. sanctions backlash.
While the sanctions proposed by Republican Lindsey Graham and Democrat Bob Menendez were seen by most political risk analysts as unlikely in the near term,
new curbs contemplated by other U.S. lawmakers targeting the energy and metals sectors are more realistic, they say.
the reaction inside the United States is blocking any dialogue,
“The threat of wider sanctions has grown,”
wrote on social media after the summit that the Russian president had outplayed Trump in Helsinki “by a big margin”, but added:
“... In doing so he created a problem because he exposed his partner to fierce criticism in the United States.”
a bipartisan group of senators is pushing
the “DETER Act” legislation putting Putin on notice that his country would be hit with more U.S. sanctions if Russia interferes in future polls.
“All liquid (Russian) securities are now hostage to geopolitics, which strongly depend on what goes on in the United States.”
“In short, nobody is expecting anything good to happen.”

I don’t need to provide you details of how she was acting as an agent. You and I have both read the charges. It’s pathetic watching you try and somehow parlay her charges into Trump/Russian election collusion when it has zero to do with it. You’re unhinged Random, Trump broke you.
Seems like a dodge and deflection to me.
My theory that you are dishonest seems to be holding up so far.
:lol Jedi mind trick. Trump has broken you dude. You are unhinged.
It was a dismissal due to it having nothing to do with Trump/Russia election collusion.
Hard to know whether or not that is true if you don't even, or can't even, bring yourself to describe it.
I was wondering what your understanding was of it. Looks like your understanding is along the line of a young child holding his hands over his ears going "la la la la, I can't hear you".
I guess we should delve into how she infiltrated Republican political circles, according to prosecutors.
I assume you know that Trump is a Republican, right?

and would did they do in the application? alerted the judge to potential bias by pointing out that the information was gathered to discredit the trump campaign. that literally means political opposition research.
this is such a strange point to hang your hat on. the extension of this would be that even if they disclosed the source of funding, they didn't identify the account # and transaction ID
It's sort of like complaining that an application mentions the "Clinton Campaign" as the source of funding instead of the "Hillary Clinton 2016 campaign." But these are highly trained, paranoid persecution addicts here.

I just filed a resolution with @Jim_Jordan (https://twitter.com/Jim_Jordan) and several colleagues to impeach Rod Rosenstein.
The DOJ has continued to hide information from Congress and
repeatedly obstructed oversight--
even defying multiple Congressional subpoenas.

That's funny.
They've already shown their hand. They won't force a vote, thus this impeachment threat is pointless and holds no water.
But anyways, the reason why they're now filing articles of impeachment is because the DOJ won't release documents. So tell me again how this has worked in the past? :lol

Rosenstein handed over documents the last time he was threatened with contempt.
That's not why they handed the documents. But go ahead and go with that.

You cant have it both ways.
You cant threatened to impeach because they haven't handed down documents and say they also have given them the said documents.

You're not too bright. :lolTwo separate threats. They threatened contempt and received the documents requested. They are now threatening impeachment and want a DIFFERENT set of documents.
I thought I made that obvious when pointing out a threat of contempt vs the threat of impeachment now being discussed.
You really aren’t bright at all. Best you quit now before making yourself look stupid. You are quickly heading down the “on vs from” embarrassment.

Tweet-struction: Mueller considering Trump's tweets in investigation of obstruction (https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2018/7/26/1783688/-Tweet-struction-Mueller-considering-Trump-s-tweets-in-investigation-of-obstruction)
Robert Mueller is looking at a wide-ranging obstruction investigation,
including a review of how Trump may have used his Twitter account to harm the investigation and mislead investigators.
Included in this review are tweets concerning both
former FBI Director James Comey and
Attorney General Jefferson Sessions,
both of whom have come in for frequent attacks from Trump.
By attacking Sessions and Comey,
along with others like Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein,
former intelligence officials like James Clapper and
John Brennan, and
members of Mueller’s investigative team,
Trump definitely attempted to demean the institutions involved.
That includes the intelligence community,
the Department of Justice,
the FBI, and
the special counsel’s office.
And, especially if Trump knowingly used false information in making these attacks,
they may have risen to the level of obstruction.
But both Comey and Sessions have special status as potential witnesses.
… Mr. Mueller is examining whether the actions add up to attempts to obstruct the investigation by both
intimidating witnesses and
pressuring senior law enforcement officials
to tamp down the inquiry.

Rosenstein “attempted to conceal certain facts as documents provided to Congress were heavily and unnecessarily redacted.”
According to the impeachment articles, “most of the redacted documents containing material investigative information did not contain law-enforcement-sensitive information, the Department’s stated basis for redactions.”
Rosenstein’s DOJ redacted the price of (former) FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s $70,000 conference table because it was potentially embarrassing information for the FBI.
The DOJ under Rosenstein redacted FBI Agent Peter Strzok’s personal relationship with FISC Judge Rudolph Contreras, remember this story.
Also, under Rosenstein, the DOJ redacted the names of high-ranking Obama administration officials, such as former White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough.
The DOJ also redacted the names of high-ranking FBI officials, such as former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

A New Talking Point From the Pro-Trump Fringe
A new line of punditry is bubbling up among the president’s followers online:
It was a positive thing that the Russians hacked the 2016 election.
“If Trump & co. just pivoted to ‘Aren’t you glad Russia helped us defeat Hillary Clinton?’ would there be any serious blowback from his base?”
The question was rhetorical. The answers that began trickling in were not.
“No,” said (https://twitter.com/CassandraRules/status/1019647581943721984) Cassandra Fairbanks, a writer at the right-wing news and conspiracy website Gateway Pundit (and a former Sputnik employee). “I mean, I would be cool with it. Im already there. If russia was involved we should thank them.”
“No,” responded (https://twitter.com/bridgers_kirk/status/1019603950524354571) another self-identified Trump voter. “Hillary is a greater threat to our Republic.”
“If Russia assists MAGA Candidates on the internet in this year’s midterms, that’s not the end of the world.”
“I’ll try not to sound too awful, but I want to thank the Russians for interfering with our election to stop Hillary Clinton from becoming president. That woman has got illusions of grandeur.”
this new line of punditry bubbling up in the pro-Trump social-media conversation is worth taking seriously.
Trump has benefited enormously throughout his political rise from the efficiency with which
his supporters circulate talking points that
excuse his bad behavior,
or neutralize his latest scandal,
or explain away the discrepancies in his ever-shifting rhetoric.
the outlines of the pro-Russian-meddling argument emerging:
America interferes in other countries’ elections, so it can’t be that bad;
exposing Democrats’ hacked emails was a victory for transparency;
keeping Clinton out of office was so urgent and important that it warranted some foreign intervention.
Trump’s allies were forced to pivot repeatedly. They argued that
the president hadn’t broken any laws (https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2017/07/the-everybody-does-it-defense-of-collusion/533325/);
that any candidate in his position would have done the same thing;
that Clinton would have lost regardless of Russia’s interference,
so the whole point is moot.
the dangers of celebrating foreign interference in the American democratic process
—regardless of which party benefits—
should be self-evident.
But that’s a slippery slope some Trump supporters don’t seem afraid of tumbling down.

Republicans Accuse Rosenstein of Secretly Plotting to Uphold Constitution
https://media.newyorker.com/photos/5b5a023d92497e4fd001751b/master/w_727,c_limit/Borowitz-Rod-Rosenstein.jpg
WASHINGTON —House Republicans on Thursday accused the Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein, of “secretly and nefariously” implementing a plot to uphold the United States Constitution.
In a joint press conference, Representatives Mark Meadows, of North Carolina, and Jim Jordan, of Ohio, said that
they had “ample evidence” that Rosenstein was prepared to protect the Constitution “by any and all means at his disposal.”
“There is only one way to describe Rosenstein’s obsession with putting the Constitution before all other concerns,” Meadows said. “Conflict of interest.”
“It is almost as if Rod Rosenstein had taken some kind of solemn oath to defend a centuries-old document,”
Jordan said. “This should make every American very, very scared.”
Though the Republicans have shelved their articles of impeachment against Rosenstein for now, they hope that their impeachment threat will send a clear message to Rosenstein that his reckless allegiance to the Constitution will no longer be tolerated.
“If, going forward, Rosenstein uses his position at the Department of Justice to seek justice,
he will be crossing a red line,”
Meadows said.

Here is where this gets real. If Trump laundered money, this is the guy who knows about it in great detail. Cohen flipping gets the prosecutors to this guy. Get ANY dirt on him for him to flip, and Trump is THE next step. Pay close attention to this name.
The Trump Organization executive who knows all about the business has been subpoenaed
Federal prosecutors want to question Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg as part of the investigation into Michael Cohen.

Russian Hackers’ New Target: a Vulnerable Democratic Senator
The Russian intelligence agency behind the 2016 election cyberattacks targeted Sen. Claire McCaskill (https://www.thedailybeast.com/the-sexual-assault-case-that-haunts-claire-mccaskill) as she began her 2018 re-election campaign in earnest, a Daily Beast forensic analysis reveals.
That makes the Missouri Democrat the first identified target of the Kremlin’s 2018 election interference.
McCaskill, who has been highly critical of Russia over the years, is widely considered to be among the most vulnerable Senate Democrats facing re-election this year
The senator later released a statement asserting that the cyberattack was unsuccessful.
“Russia continues to engage in cyber warfare against our democracy. I will continue to speak out and press to hold them accountable,”

More evidence that Mercer/CA plus Russian money was pushing for BREXIT
Facebook finally hands over leave campaign Brexit ads
The UK parliament has provided another (https://techcrunch.com/2018/05/10/russian-facebook-ads-house-intelligence-full-list/) telling glimpse behind the curtain of Facebook’s unregulated ad platform by publishing data on scores of pro-Brexit adverts which it distributed to UK voters during the 2016 referendum on European Union membership.
The ads were run on behalf of several vote leave campaigns who paid a third company to use Facebook’s (https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/facebook/) ad targeting tools.
The targeting of the ads was carried out on Facebook’s platform by
AggregateIQ, a Canadian data firm that has been linked to Cambridge Analytica/SCL
— aka the political consultancy at the center of a massive Facebook data misuse storm (https://techcrunch.com/2018/04/04/cambridge-analytica-87-million/), including by Facebook itself, which earlier this year told the UK parliament it had found billing and administration connections between the two.
Several of the Brexit campaigns whose ads have now been made public were also recently found to have broken UK election law (https://techcrunch.com/2018/07/17/its-official-brexit-campaign-broke-the-law-with-social-medias-help/) by breaching campaign spending limits.
BeLeave, had been joint-working with the official Vote Leave campaign — yet the pair had not jointly declared spending thereby enabling the official campaign to overspend by almost half a million pounds.
And that overspend went straight to Aggregate IQ to run targeted Facebook ads.

Here’s a stunning editorial from The New Yorker Magazine
" …..a question has been haunting our national life.
It is whether the Republic will live or die.
The question has been asked in countless forms.
May newspapers print whatever they wish to print, and the people read whatever they wish to read?
May the people assemble without fear of injury or loss of life?
Must senators and others always support the President in his difficult decisions?
Are the people to be treated like children or like adults?
To what extent does the government have the power to check up on what the people are doing?
To what extent do the people have the right to check up on what the government is doing?
How do we spend our money?
When do we go to war?
Who decides?
[...]
On this occasion, as on many others in recent years, the President has flouted the law.
He has not merely broken the law;
he has overthrown the law.
But this time, since his lawbreaking seems to remove a threat to the very survival of his Administration in office,
it is not just this one act but the continuation of the Administration itself that has become lawless.
The question of whether the Republic will live or die has now been decisively posed in this form:
Will we remove a lawless Administration from office or will we submit to illegitimate rule?
The question has probably been put in its final form, and may not be asked again.
[...]
And the only resolution the President has left to us,
unless he resigns,
is for Congress to begin consideration of impeachment proceedings.
The country surveys a scene of devastation.
The wreckage of American institutions lies all around us.
Any future under the present leadership is unthinkable.
The point of no return has been passed,
and the country has no choice but to take the first,
dread steps toward putting its house in order. "
