keep trying... poor attempt.
So Russia is violating the treaty. The goal should be to bring them back into compliance and not give them more room to violate what was in the treaty. But that goes above your head so stick to being a male secretary.

Roger Stone ‘has no defense’: Ex-prosecutor predicts Trump pal will ‘crack’ after courthouse appearance
ex-federal prosecutor Paul Butler appeared on MSNBC with Ari Melber to explain the connections between Stone and Trump, and why he expects Roger Stone to flip.
“I don’t believe the president, in part because he wasn’t coherent New York Timesinterview] even yesterday.
At first, he said that Rod Rosenstein had directly told him that he was not a target and
then he said well, maybe he told my lawyers and :lol
the reporter asked, ‘Well, when?’ He couldn’t remember,”
“So there’s a specific definition in the Department of Justice handbook which I looked at every day when I was a prosecutor.
A target is someone who is about to be indicted.
The specific phrase is
‘when the prosecutor has substantial evidence linking him to the commission of a crime.’
Almost certainly,
in the southern district,
Donald Trump, or Individual-A, as the prosecutor there likes to call him,
is a target of that investigation.”
Butler said he thinks
Stone will flip given that he doesn’t have much of a defense.
the “cockroach” of American politics is not likely to go quietly.
“But if he’s looking at 10 years if he’s convicted, at least, which means he will be 77,” Butler said.
“We’ll see how much of a firebrand he is then.
That’s why I think he’s probably going to make a deal.”

Ex-US Attorney Bharara questions why Trump hasn’t fired his ‘TV lawyer’ Giuliani:
‘It boggles people’s minds’
Preet Bharara said that it was mind-boggling (https://www.rawstory.com/2019/01/trump-whines-losing-money-president-new-york-times-oval-office-interview/) that President Donald Trump has fired other staffers except for his lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
Trump admitted that Giuliani was wrong about comments made about a potential Trump Tower in Moscow, Russia.
“Rudy has been wrong a little bit (https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-rudy-giuliani-wrong-russia-1314502). But what has happened is this: I didn’t care,” Trump told The Times. “
That deal was not important. :lol
It was essentially a letter of intent or an option.”
“By the client’s own reckoning,
that lawyer is making misstatements and that
lawyer has had to withdraw statements and
sometimes makes statements that are not in the interest of the client,”
“I don’t understand why that representation continues.
I don’t understand why the president fires other people who are competent but retains this lawyer.
Rudy Giuliani is basically the TV lawyer. (https://www.rawstory.com/2018/12/giuliani-exposed-clown-utterly-brutal-column-fool-time/) The real lawyers are operating behind the scenes,”

Deutsche Bank Rejected Trump Loan Request in 2016 (https://splinternews.com/deutsche-bank-rejected-trump-loan-request-in-2016-repo-1832306253)
https://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/image/upload/s--5RAzv04z--/c_scale,f_auto,fl_progressive,q_80,w_800/laqcf1k47a7wjmykh8ux.jpg
one of his primary sources of funding over the years, Deutsche Bank, rejected a significant loan request in 2016 as Trump ran for president.
Trump attempted to obtain a multimillion-dollar loan (https://www.nytimes.com/2019/02/02/business/trump-deutsche-bank.html) expansion from the bank to fund renovations at a golf property Trump owns in Turnberry, Scotland.
Since 1998, Deutsche Bank has participated in loans to the Trump Organization totaling a staggering $2.5 billion (https://www.wsj.com/articles/deutsche-bank-in-late-2016-raced-to-shed-loan-it-made-to-russian-bank-vtb-11549147289?ns=prod/accounts-wsj)
The Trumps turned to the bank when no other financial institutions would lend to them due to their abysmal track record on previous businesses, including several bankruptcies at Trump hotels and casinos.
entities affiliated with Trump had more than $300 million in borrowings from Deutsche Bank during Trump’s presidential candidacy.
Eric Trump told him during a round of golf (https://splinternews.com/how-the-hell-did-the-trump-organization-access-so-much-1825801333), “We have all the funding we need out of Russia…We just go there all the time.” Eric Trump has since denied that claim.
In 2008, Donald Trump Jr. noted (https://www.nytimes.com/2018/02/18/opinion/trump-russia-putin.html), “Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross section of a lot of our assets.”
in the nine years prior to Trump announcing his presidential campaign, the Trump Organization spent more than $400 million in cash on real estate deals (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/as-the-king-of-debt-trump-borrowed-to-build-his-empire-then-he-began-spending-hundreds-of-millions-in-cash/2018/05/05/28fe54b4-44c4-11e8-8569-26fda6b404c7_story.html?utm_term=.3a8cf47b7d1b). Yes, cash.
In January 2017, Deutsche Bank agreed to pay $630 million in fines (https://www.reuters.com/article/us-deutsche-mirrortrade-probe/deutsche-fined-630-million-for-failures-over-russian-money-laundering-idUSKBN15E2SP) to U.S. and U.K. regulators
over a staggering $10 billion in suspicious Russian transactions,
i.e. money laundering.
later in 2016, Deutsche Bank, “seeking to slash its exposure to Russia,” sought to quickly shed an outstanding $600 million loan to the Russian state-owned bank VTB Group.
the German bank worried about its financial contacts with Russia, which U.S. intelligence officials accused of interfering in the 2016 presidential election while the campaign was still under way,”
In the last three months of 2018, Trump’s campaign spent $23 million, while bringing in only $6.9 million, :lol

Trump indicates he only wants Mueller report made public if it doesn't say anything mean about him (https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2019/2/4/1832082/-Trump-indicates-he-only-wants-Mueller-report-made-public-if-it-doesn-t-say-anything-mean-about-him)
when Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan asked Trump about the Mueller investigation, he became agitated,
referring to the investigation as a “witch hunt” four times,
dismissing the fact that 34 people have been charged with
“many of them were bloggers from Moscow :lol what? :lol
or they were people that had nothing to do with me,”
trying to change the subject to Hillary Clinton, :lol and
saying that Roger Stone “wasn't on my campaign except way at the beginning.”
whether he’d be comfortable having Mueller’s report released, Trump said
“I don’t know.” Because “It depends. I have no idea what it’s going to say.”
In other words, he’s waiting to find out how damning it is.
bragged about his pen pal relationship with North Korea’s Kim Jong Un, saying
“We have had tremendous correspondence that some people have seen and can’t even believe it”;
lied about Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell having tried to recruit Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to run for the Senate;
and, of course, harped on his border wall dreams.
fearmongering about “an invasion of our country by human traffickers.”
Though, notably,
Trump didn’t repeat his own personal fantasies about women with tape on their mouths. :lol
water is wet and
Trump is still dug in on his unpopular positions and
lying shamelessly to defend them.

In order for CNN to not have been tipped off by the SCO you had to come up with a laughable conspiracy theory of someone changing the metadata.
The SCO tipping off CNN would accomplish the early morning raid and perp walk of Roger Stone being caught on camera.
Adam Schiff Blows Up Trump’s Plan To Hide The Mueller Report
who is threatening to subpoena the special counsel report if Trump refuses to release it.
Schiff said,
“This is too big to be buried.
This is of too great a consequence to the country to be swept under the rug.
And so we will use whatever compulsion we can and must to make sure that the public gets the full story. ”

Russia Is Attacking the U.S. System From Within
A new filing by Special Counsel Robert Mueller shows how Russia uses the federal courts to go after its adversaries.
a Russian troll farm currently locked in a legal battle over its alleged interference in the 2016 election appeared to wage yet another disinformation campaign late last year—this time targeting Mueller himself.
the special counsel’s office turned over 1 million pages of evidence to lawyers for Concord Management and Consulting as part of the discovery process.
But someone connected to Concord allegedly manipulated the documents and leaked them to reporters,
hoping the documents would make people think that Mueller’s evidence against the troll farm and its owners was flimsy.
The tactic didn’t seem to convince anyone,
but it appeared to mark yet another example of
Russia exploiting the U.S. justice system to undercut its rivals abroad.

Trump traveled to Moscow in the 90s to discuss real estate projects with Russian officials: ex-mayor
https://www.rawstory.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/trumpmoscow2.png
Donald Trump meets with fellow American real estate magnates and Russia's deputy mayor in Moscow in 1995.
Moscow’s former mayor Yury Luzhkov has revealed that in the 1990’s,
he held talks with Donald Trump about building a “sprawling” underground mall (https://themoscowtimes.com/news/trump-held-talks-moscow-leadership-build-mall-ex-mayor-reveals-64405) near the Russian State Duma.
The Moscow Times reported that Luzhkov, in an interview published with the Interfax news agency earlier on Tuesday, said
Trump had “one or two” contacts with Vladimir Resin, a current Duma member who was then first deputy mayor, about the proposed project.
“[Trump] planned to take part in the mall’s construction,” the ex-mayor told Interfax.
“There were intentions… but the matter didn’t go further.”
Resin spoke to Trump and other American real estate moguls in 1995 — and the conversations were broadcast on Russian state television.
“Trump also traveled to Moscow in November 1996, where
he announced (https://old.themoscowtimes.com/news/article/tmt/316249.html) plans to invest some $250 million in several building projects,
including a high-rise tower just north of [the upscale shopping center] Okhotny Ryad,”

You are an idiot. Learn the facts.
Republicans have been stalling by not completing their sworn assignments and this week - after a fucking month - they finally fulfilled their obligation to set their assignments/committee seating and now the Dems can pursue justice.
Mueller was legally bound to wait until the "official" procedure was completed and this is why they had to re-send.
But traitors who defend other traitors do not worry about facts, do they?

House Intel Dems Rebuff Nunes’ Flawed Russia Probe And Announce Do-Over
In an extraordinary rebuke to his predecessor,
House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) formally announced on Wednesday that his committee would be
re-opening its Russia investigation to pick up on lines of inquiry that were left “uncompleted”
by the committee investigation of the previous Congress, when Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) was the chair.
[...]
“During the prior Congress, the Committee began to pursue credible reports of money laundering and financial compromise related to the business interests of President Trump, his family, and his associates,” Schiff said in a statement, that also pointed to the
President’s actions since taking office that have “only heightened fears of foreign financial or other leverage over President Trump.”
“Unfortunately, these and numerous other avenues of inquiry were not completed during the last Congress,” Schiff said,
Schiff laid out five specific lines of inquiry that were “not completed” in the last Congress, when Republicans held the gavel, that the committee will pick up on again.
They are:
(1) The scope and scale of the Russian government’s operations to influence the U.S. political process, and the U.S. government’s response, during and since the 2016 election;
(2) The extent of any links and/or coordination between the Russian government, or related foreign actors, and individuals associated with Donald Trump’s campaign, transition, administration, or business interests, in furtherance of the Russian government’s interests;
(3) Whether any foreign actor has sought to compromise or holds leverage, financial or otherwise, over Donald Trump, his family, his business, or his associates;
(4) Whether President Trump, his family, or his associates are or were at any time at heightened risk of, or vulnerable to, foreign exploitation, inducement, manipulation, pressure, or coercion, or have sought to influence U.S. government policy in service of foreign interests; and
(5) Whether any actors – foreign or domestic – sought or are seeking to impede, obstruct, and/or mislead authorized investigations into these matters, including those in the Congress.

Brazen lies from Trump Jr. are ‘taunting’ prosecutors:
‘You think we’re stupid?’
Donald Trump, Jr. is “inspiring” federal prosecutors by “blatantly” lying, career federal prosecutor Cynthia Alksne explained
“The House Intel transcripts were released to Mueller as Chairman [Adam] Schiff promised,” Hayes reported.
“It’s the first sort of major action that the chair has taken in his capacity:
Don Jr.
Jared Kushner,
Jeff Sessions,
Steve Bannon and
Brad Parscale.”
“Well, the first thing to know is Mueller probably already has transcripts,” Alksne noted.
to get a real answer to what happened
during the campaign regarding the Russian involvement and
what happened during the transition and
the inaugural,”
“Schiff has already said Don, Jr. has an issue — I don’t think there’s any questions,” Alksne reminded.
“And also there’s something offensive — that’s inspirational — for prosecutors when people so blatantly lie and it’s almost taunting,” she explained.

NELLIE OHR: UKRAINIAN LAWMAKER WAS FUSION GPS SOURCE
https://dailycaller.com/2019/02/06/nellie-ohr-fusion-gps-leshchenko-ukraine
*Nellie Ohr told lawmakers in October that one of Fusion GPS’s sources was a Ukrainian parliamentarian whose government has accused him of illegally meddling in the 2016 U.S. election.
*Ohr, a former Fusion GPS contractor, testified that Serhiy Leshchenko was a source for the Democrat-funded opposition research firm.
*Leshchenko was the leading force behind the release of the so-called “black ledger,” which accused Paul Manafort of receiving illicit payments from the Ukrainian government.
*The ledger led to Manafort’s firing from the Trump campaign, but its validity remains in dispute.

Chris, you don't know the criteria for renewing a FISA warrant so save your ignorant conspiracy theories.
Since you are so into questions, I'll ask you one -- what are the criteria for renewing a FISA warrant, TSA?
Sorry, you have a question pending. Nothing more until you answer.
What are the criteria for renewing a FISA warrant, TSA?
As soon as you give me the relevant passage as I did, we can proceed.
What are the criteria for renewing a FISA warrant, TSA?
https://www.nsa.gov/about/civil-liberties/resources/assets/files/pclob_section_702_report.pdf
This may or may not apply to Page, but it served the purpose for your stalling.
So where's that relevant passage that does apply to the renewal of Carter Page's FISA warrant, TSA?
Why did Rosenstein and all the Republican-appointed judges renew the warrant, Chris?
Explain your conspiracy.
How would they be duped, Chris? Please answer based on your extensive knowledge of FISA warrant renewals which must be superior to that of the Deputy Attorney General of the United States and multiple federal judges.
Thanks in advance.
So no quote.
No.
Why was the 2016 Page warrant renewed for a full year by Republican appointed DAG and FISA judges?
One doesn't have to wait for that to answer a question about how all FISA warrants get renewed in general.
Don't be so disingenuous -- just say you're dodging the question because it would look bad for you to answer and blog hasn't told you a way to spin it yet.
ONLY HOROWITZ KNOWS HOW FISA WARRANTS ARE RENEWED NO ONE ELSE
Nor the confidence.
Saying it's the same is quantification enough unless you have some special angle you lack the confidence to explain.
Oh, so you want every single request fulfilled?
One of my standing questions to you is this: What is the process for renewing a FISA warrant?
I'm not the only one who asked it.
I'm confident you won't answer it.
10 on a scale of 1-10.
He will never answer this question.
One can debate the FISA application process, but what cannot be denied is that the standard for renewing the warrant is higher than that of the initial application. The Carter Page warrant passed that higher standard three times.
And that doesn't fit TSA's conspiracy nontheory.
How does a FISA warrant get renewed three times, TSA?
And?
Page had been outed as a FISA target a weak earlier than these events.
More than one leak, but I guess interesting if the whole first application is out there. More interesting would be the ever expanding findings that appeared in each renewal application.
How can you say they weren't followed?
The renewals tell me all I need to know
Again, the renewals tell me all I need to know.
I put my faith in the renewals.
Tell me, TSA -- what are the criteria for renewing a FISA warrant?
Please answer this time. You have dodged this question every time you have been asked.
I have faith in the Carter Page FISA warrant process from start to finish.
Period.
What are the criteria for renewing a FISA warrant, TSA?
Please answer this time. You're coming off as terrified to answer this simple question that you have dodged so many times before.
Don't panic.
Don't get pissy.
Just answer.
What are the criteria for renewing a FISA warrant?
Yeah, you'll have to find a precedent or black letter statute or regulation regarding FISA warrants requiring that kind of specific disclosure.
Not one person has.
That's all.
And I'll have to ask you again since I don't think you know -- what are the requirements for renewing a FISA warrant?
Chris, what are the criteria for renewing a FISA warrant?

Prosecutors: Manafort may have lied to improve chances of a pardon (https://theweek.com/speedreads/822648/prosecutors-manafort-may-have-lied-improve-chances-pardon)
A redacted transcript released Thursday shows that Paul Manafort, President Trump's former campaign chairman,
was still working in Ukraine after he was indicted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller,
and that prosecutors believe he may have lied in order to help boost his chances for a presidential pardon.
Manafort told the special counsel the last time he discussed Ukrainian policy with Kilimnik was at the 2016 meeting, but prosecutors now say the pair met to talk about Ukrainian policy throughout 2017 and in 2018.
prosecutors also believe Manafort lied about "an extremely sensitive matter" related to his former deputy, Rick Gates.
It is thought that Manafort lied about this because being truthful
would lead to "negative consequences in terms of the other motive that Mr. Manafort could have,
which is to at least augment his chances for a pardon."

Manafort Prosecutors Have Questions About $1 Million Condo Loan
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-02-08/manafort-prosecutors-have-questions-about-1-million-condo-loan
Mueller’s prosecutors on Thursday told a court they needed to know more about the August 2017 loan, from a Nevada company called Woodlawn LLC. Manafort, the onetime chairman of President Donald Trump’s campaign, guaranteed the loan, which was secured by the family’s interest in a Manhattan condominium, according to court papers.
As Manafort’s legal problems escalated, Woodlawn installed a Hollywood bit player named Joey Rappa as its “managing member” in public filings. The investor or investors funding the loan wanted to remain anonymous given the potential for embarrassment, according to a lawyer for the lender.
Now that prosecutors are seeking to seize the condo after Manafort’s conviction on tax- and bank-fraud charges, Woodlawn is staking a claim to it in order to collect on the debt.
But one riddle remains: Who actually funded the $1 million loan?

“Did you ever create, direct the creation of, see, or become aware of
the existence of any documents relating to pardoning of any individual?”
Whitaker looked down in a listening pose during the question, and paused for a small amount of time before answering the question:
“I'm aware of documents relating to pardoning of individuals, yes.”

And Trash was told the DB money was actually Russian, so Pootin made sure Trash was his compromised toy, who his creditor was. And did Trash, King of Debt, ever repay DB?

"one of the most tantalizing" hints that Special Counsel Robert
Mueller "is still pursuing the central question of whether there was some kind of deal between Russia and the Trump campaign"
during the 2016 presidential election, The New York Times reported (https://www.nytimes.com/2019/02/10/us/politics/manafort-mueller-russia-inquiry.html) Sunday night.
The theory that
Trump campaign officials were in talks to effectively cede Eastern Ukraine to Russia and
maybe ease Russian sanctions
while Russia was helping the Trump campaign
"This goes to the larger view of what we think is going on, and what we think is the motive here,"
Mr. Weissmann said.
"This goes, I think, very much to the heart of what the special counsel's office is investigating." ...

That link is from a year ago. Baker and Anderson's testimony is not an old recycled story as they hadn't even testified at the time of the link you posted.
New info
"Anderson told investigators that her direct supervisor, FBI General Counsel Baker, had personally read and reviewed the Page FISA, lending her additional confidence in the review process. However, according to Baker, he had only read the “factual section” relating to probable cause, and had not read or reviewed any other section of the Page FISA, including the Woods file.
The Woods file, which provides facts supporting the allegations made in the FISA application, is attached to every FISA application and is provided by the originating FBI agent in each case.
Baker, during questioning as to why the FBI failed to disclose the political motivations of dossier author Steele to the FISA court testified this fact should have been vetted during lower levels of preparation."
New info
Trisha Anderson, the principal deputy general counsel for the FBI and head of the bureau’s National Security and Cyber Law Branch, who approved the application for a warrant to spy on Page before it went to FBI Director James Comey. During her Aug. 31 testimony, she described the FISA application process as being a linear path and noted there is a specific “system called FISAMS within the Bureau that tracks in a linear fashion all the approvals on a FISA.”
Yet, despite the rigid description provided by Baker and Anderson, it appears the linearity process was not adhered to in the case of the Page FISA. According to Anderson, pre-approvals for the Page FISA were provided from both Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, before the FISA application was ever presented to her for review.
“[M]y boss and my boss’ boss had already reviewed and approved this application. And, in fact, the Deputy Attorney General, who had the authority to sign the application, to be the substantive approver on the FISA application itself, had approved the application. And that typically would not have been the case before I did that,” said Anderson.
Anderson told investigators that the Page FISA “was handled a little bit differently in that sense, in that it received very high-level review and approvals — informal, oral approvals — before it ever came to me for signature.”
The unusual preliminary review and approval from both McCabe and Yates appears to have had a substantial impact on the normal review process, leading other individuals like Anderson to believe that the Page FISA was more vetted than, perhaps, it really was. It is not known why McCabe and Yates both chose to insert themselves at an early stage into the Page FISA process.
McCabe, who was fired for lying to the DOJ Inspector General, is currently being investigated by a grand jury. Yates, who was fired by President Donald Trump for failing to impose the so-called “travel ban,” was responsible for the issuance of a July 2015 opinion that allowed the DOJ & FBI to refuse Inspector General access to information collected under Title III of the Federal Wiretap Act.
Anderson told investigators that in general, as an approver, she was verifying that processes had been followed and legal sufficiency existed for the FISA, but noted that she did so with “a great degree of deference to the many lawyers who have reviewed that application before me.”
But in the specific case of the Page FISA, Anderson viewed the situation as particularly unique, noting that “I wouldn’t view it as my role to second-guess that substantive approval that had already been given by the Deputy Director and by the Deputy Attorney General in this particular instance.”
Anderson also testified that she had not read the Page FISA prior to signing off on the application and passing it along to FBI Director James Comey for final signature.

Americans believe Mueller more than Trump and want his findings to be made public.

How Manafort’s 2016 meeting with a Russian employee at New York cigar club goes to ‘the heart’ of Mueller’s probe
Paul Manafort, Donald Trump’s campaign chairman, ducked into an unusual dinner meeting at a private cigar room a few blocks away from the campaign’s Trump Tower headquarters in Manhattan.
Court records show that Manafort was joined at some point by his campaign deputy, Rick Gates,
The two Americans met with an overseas guest, a longtime employee of their international consulting business who had flown to the United States for the gathering: a Russian political operative named Konstantin Kilimnik.
Aug. 2, 2016, encounter between the senior Trump campaign officials and
Kilimnik, who prosecutors allege has ties to Russian intelligence,
has emerged in recent days as a potential fulcrum in special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s investigation.
prosecutors believe Manafort and Kilimnik may have exchanged key information relevant to Russia and Trump’s presidential bid.
One subject the men discussed was a proposed resolution to the conflict over Ukraine,
an issue of great interest to the Russian government,
another possible interaction at the Havana Room gathering:
a handoff by Manafort of internal polling data from Trump’s presidential campaign to his Russian associate.
the Grand Havana Room gathering, which ended with
the three men leaving through separate doors
, as Judge Amy Berman Jackson noted.
Weissmann said in the hearing that
one of the special counsel’s main tasks is to examine contacts between Americans and Russia (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/russians-interacted-with-at-least-14-trump-associates-during-the-campaign-and-transition/2018/12/09/71773192-fb13-11e8-8c9a-860ce2a8148f_story.html?utm_term=.a4755ca5662c&tid=a_inl_manual) during the 2016 race and
determine whether Trump associates conspired with the Russian-backed interference campaign.
“That meeting — and what happened at that meeting — is of significance to the special counsel,” he said pointedly.
